Job Description
AECOM is seeking a Construction Quality Assurance Inspector. Under general supervision, performs routine duties included, but not limited to:
- Use your prior experience leading the QA/QC and inspection major site infrastructure, horizontal sitework, vertical construction replacement and modernization projects.
- Prepare daily reports, review RFIs and submittals, develop and review punch list, maintain testing and project logs, verify payment applications and schedules.
- Evaluate, select and apply standard engineering techniques, procedures and criteria to meet basic engineering and construction specifications.
- Utilize your advanced knowledge and understanding of site drawings, MOT plans, specifications, end-user policies and standards.
- Conduct daily site safety inspections and toolbox meetings.
- Independently perform walk-downs and inspections of installed commodities to assure conformance with specifications and design.
- Perform quantity surveys for tracking and reporting.
- Provide technical direction to drafters, technicians, and surveyors.
