We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Representative to partner directly with our Enterprise Sales Executive. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing high-value, complex enterprise deals and driving faster deal progression. This is a unique opportunity to learn the ropes of enterprise-level tech sales from the inside out while contributing meaningfully to our revenue growth and customer success.

What You'll Do:

  • Drive Deal Momentum: Partner closely with the Enterprise Sales Executive across all phases of the sales cycle—from discovery to close—to help accelerate deals and boost close rates.

  • Own Meeting Execution: Prepare tailored agendas, create materials for prospect calls, attend high-stakes meetings, and take charge of all follow-up actions to keep opportunities moving forward.

  • Conduct Account Research: Dive deep into market and account research to identify potential customers and gather key insights that personalize our outreach.

  • Optimize Sales Materials: Customize pitch decks, case studies, and ROI calculators for specific verticals or clients to maximize our impact and conversion rates.

  • Manage Pipeline Intelligence: Monitor active opportunities, maintain accurate CRM entries for clean forecasting, and provide timely alerts on critical actions needed to close deals.

  • Act as a Cross-Functional Liaison: Coordinate smoothly with Marketing, Product, Legal, and Solutions teams to quickly deliver proposals, pricing, security reviews, and contracts.

  • Analyze the Competition: Gather and maintain up-to-date intel on competitor offerings to help the team tailor messaging and confidently overcome objections.

  • Streamline Workflows: Continuously look for opportunities to automate repeatable tasks and improve internal processes to reduce sales cycle friction

Who You Are (Qualifications):

  • Experienced Tracker: You bring 3-4 years of experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role (ideally within SaaS or B2B).

  • Growth-Minded Team Player: You possess a proactive attitude and a genuine desire to learn and grow your career within enterprise tech sales.

  • Master Organizer: You have strong organizational skills and thrive when managing multiple priorities at once.

  • Strong Communicator: You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, allowing you to connect professionally with internal teams and external clients.

  • Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable using CRM tools (like Salesforce or HubSpot), Microsoft Office, and standard sales engagement platforms.

  • Curious & Interested: You bring an interest in financial technology or collections, which will give you a head start in understanding our space.

What We Offer (Perks & Benefits)

  • Flexible vacation

  • Medical/dental/vision insurance

  • Traditional/Roth retirement savings options

  • Company-paid disability and life insurance

  • Flexible Spending Account & Limited FSA

  • Family-friendly parental leave, volunteer and voting time off

  • On-demand wellness platform access for you and 5 friends and family

  • PerkSpot discount program for 900+ merchants nationwide

Remote Work, Travel Expectations & Physical Requirements:

This role supports a global, cross-functional business and operates primarily in a Remote-First environment. However, flexibility outside of standard business hours and occasional local or international travel may be necessary for global operations support, company meetings, training, offsites, and collaborative projects.

This position primarily involves computer-based work, requiring extended periods at a computer, participation in virtual meetings, and use of standard office technology. We will consider reasonable accommodations to enable individuals to perform the essential functions of the role.

Maintaining a reliable internet connection and a professional work environment is expected. The ability to protect confidential company, employee, customer, and business information while working outside of a company office is also required.

Why TrueML?

TrueML is a mission-driven financial software company that aims to create better customer experiences for distressed borrowers. Consumers today want personal, digital-first experiences that align with their lifestyles, especially when it comes to managing finances. TrueML’s approach uses machine learning to engage each customer digitally and adjust strategies in real time in response to their interactions.

The TrueML team includes inspired data scientists, financial services industry experts and customer experience fanatics building technology to serve people in a way that recognizes their unique needs and preferences as human beings and endeavoring toward ensuring nobody gets locked out of the financial system.

As a Sales Representative at TrueML, you're responsible for the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, of our unique AI-powered SaaS products for Collections or debt-focused teams. Industry experience isn't required, in fact - if you're driven to win, have the ability to learn, can see "the big picture," and put in the effort - there's an incredible opportunity for success in front of you!
Of course, you have to have excellent interpersonal skills, but you're not one to rely exclusively on personality to close deals. You're methodical, process and data driven, and you go into every meeting with a desire to understand the customer's needs and determine whether or not there's an alignment between them and TrueML.
You ruthlessly prioritize your time "closest to the dollar" because you know your job is to get a binary answer: yes or no. You can't live with a long, drawn-out "maybes" or "well...if's." You're quick to disqualify bad-fit opportunities because you know time is your most finite resource. This sense of clarity helps you focus on deals you WILL win; not those you "hope" to win.

What You'll Do:

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales, revenue, and productivity targets
  • Quickly progress opportunities by demonstrating mastery of TrueML products and conducting highly effective discovery and sales meetings
  • Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and product demonstrations with prospects and customers
  • Deliver expertise in virtual presentations, online web demos, remote and onsite sales processes
  • Unearth new sales opportunities through cold calling
  • Demonstrate value to key stakeholders within the prospect companies during fast-moving, potentially complex sales cycles
  • Maintain impeccable Salesforce.com hygiene
  • Learn the TrueML way, and deliver results by adhering to our proven sales process and standards

Who You Are (Qualifications):

  • At least 4 years of relevant sales experience, with proven success selling into B2B SaaS products -- ideally, but not limited to, other Collections-Tech/AR-Tech solutions
  • Consistent track record of achieving 100%+ of quota (enterprise-level)
  • Ability to penetrate target accounts’ senior leadership, gain their trust, and develop lasting business relationships with Director / VP and C-level decision-makers
  • Experience with navigating large organizations to successfully sell complex deals
  • Exceptional communication skills - ability to credibly communicate and influence at all levels of the organization from operations to engineering to C-level executives

What We Offer (Perks & Benefits)

  • Flexible vacation

  • Medical/dental/vision insurance

  • Traditional/Roth retirement savings options

  • Company-paid disability and life insurance

  • Flexible Spending Account & Limited FSA

  • Family-friendly parental leave, volunteer and voting time off

  • On-demand wellness platform access for you and 5 friends and family

  • PerkSpot discount program for 900+ merchants nationwide
