We work with established organizations ranging from approximately $200M to $15B in annual revenue. Our business is growing, and we're looking for a Sales Manager who can bring structure, accountability, and energy to our sales organization.
About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Sales Manager to lead our growing sales team and own the day-to-day execution of our sales organization.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves, coaching people, inspecting the details, and holding a team accountable while still being strategic enough to know when and where to get involved.
You will manage a team of four sales representatives, with the opportunity to build and grow the team as the business expands. Your focus will be on coaching the team, driving pipeline discipline, improving forecast accuracy, ensuring follow-through, supporting strategic opportunities, and creating a culture of accountability and consistent execution.
Main Responsibilities:

  • Establish a consistent sales cadence through huddles, team meetings, pipeline reviews, and 1:1s.
  • Set clear goals, hold reps accountable, and create a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
  • Coach and develop reps on selling skills, prospecting, account strategy, deal execution, and customer relationships.
  • Maintain accurate HubSpot pipelines, ensuring opportunities, activities, next steps, and close dates are up to date.
  • Own sales forecasting, monitor pipeline health and metrics, and identify risks, trends, and opportunities.
  • Support strategic and high-value deals by coaching reps, joining customer meetings, and helping move complex opportunities forward.
  • Recruit and hire sales talent and build a structured onboarding and training program for new hires.
  • Partner with marketing to improve campaigns, inbound lead management, lead follow-up, and conversion.
  • Provide leadership with clear, data-driven updates on sales performance, pipeline, forecasts, risks, and opportunities.

· Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise customers.
· Hands-on experience managing sales pipelines and forecasts in a CRM; HubSpot preferred.
· Strong experience coaching, developing, and managing sales representatives.
· Experience conducting 1:1s, pipeline reviews, forecasting, and performance management.
· Experience recruiting, interviewing, and hiring sales professionals.
· Strong understanding of complex, consultative B2B sales cycles and strategic deal management.
· Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and remote leadership skills, with a metrics-driven approach to sales management.
