Account Executive US (AI Pentest)
Recruitee
🌍 We’re making security suck less for developers.
Security tools haven’t kept up with how software is built today. They interrupt teams, slow releases, and turn security into a bottleneck instead of a capability. We built Aikido to change that. Aikido builds developer-first security products that reduce real risk without getting in the way of shipping software. We focus on what actually matters and automate the rest.
We’re taking on legacy security tools teams have been stuck with, and we’re winning. If you want to help us take market share and build products developers actually enjoy using, you’re in the right place.
Founded in 2022 by third-time founders, Aikido has $85M in the bank and a long runway ahead. We’re building toward self-securing software. Join an all-star team. Take real ownership. Push boundaries. Build things that matter.
To bolster the go-to-market for this product, we’re hiring a Go-to-Market Lead (AI Pentest) to take it into a wide-open market. The role requires someone sharp, driven, and fluent in pentesting or offensive security. Prior full-cycle selling experience in this space is a strong requirement since the job demands immediate execution.
If you’ve sold pentesting, red teaming, or offensive security tools, you’ll be a strong fit.
Responsibilities
Reporting up to the SVP North America, you’ll own the full sales cycle with pentesting firms across North America.
Build pipeline from scratch through direct outbound
Run technical conversations with security leaders and engineering buyers
Convert buyers who are actively evaluating similar tools
Drive early GTM execution across sales, partners, marketing, and internal teams
Activate select partners and resellers when useful to accelerate volume
Requirements
3–7+ years of SaaS or security sales, preferably in pentesting / offensive security
Comfortable prospecting and running your own outbound motion
Confident speaking about vulnerabilities, attack surfaces, and remediation
Experience selling to engineering and security teams
Organized, scrappy, and able to operate without a ton of handholding
Someone who wants to build, not inherit
What you can expect
Short decision lines. Big ownership. Shape the projects that matter and ship fast.
Grow as fast as we do. Take on more, own more, and carve out your own path.
Top-tier tech pay and equity.
High trust, strong values, zero corporate BS.
Flexibility in working hours.
A company that sticks to its values in an open and informal atmosphere.
We hire for talent, drive, and potential. Everything else is noise.

Description
At Utila, you’ll help build the modern, enterprise-grade platform that powers digital asset operations for more than 275 global institutions. Our technology secures $20B+ in monthly transaction volume and has protected over $200B to date, and we’re growing fast, backed by $50M in funding and a rapidly expanding customer base.
We work on mission-critical systems that demand innovation, precision, and deep technical expertise. If you’re excited by complex challenges, want to work with powerful teammates, and are looking to make a real impact on the future of financial technology, you’ll feel right at home here.
Join us, and help build something big.
About the Role
We're looking for an Enterprise Sales Director, USA, to own and scale Utila's enterprise revenue across the United States.
This is a senior, high-impact role responsible for driving new logo acquisition, expanding strategic accounts, and building strong executive relationships with institutional customers. You'll work closely with Marketing, Product, and Leadership to define go-to-market strategy, close complex deals, and position Utila as the category leader in institutional digital asset infrastructure.
If you thrive in consultative enterprise sales, enjoy navigating long sales cycles, and know how to turn complex technology into business value, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Own Utila's enterprise sales motion across the USA, driving new business, managing strategic accounts, and consistently closing high-value deals.
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with C-level executives, security teams, compliance, and technical buyers.
- Build and execute a regional GTM strategy in collaboration with Marketing and Leadership, identifying priority markets, ICPs, and verticals.
- Develop strong executive relationships with customers and partners, positioning Utila as a long-term strategic infrastructure provider.
- Work closely with Product and PMM to provide market feedback, influence roadmap priorities, and refine messaging.
- Own pipeline forecasting and revenue targets, maintaining high standards of deal qualification, CRM hygiene, and reporting.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience, with a strong track record of closing complex, high-ACV deals in the U.S. market.
- Experience selling technical or infrastructure products, ideally in fintech, crypto, security, payments, or regulated environments.
- Proven ability to navigate long sales cycles and manage multiple stakeholders across business, legal, compliance, and engineering teams.
- Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to translate complex technology into clear business value.
- High ownership, autonomy, and execution mindset, comfortable operating in a fast-growing startup environment.
Bonus Points
- Strong existing network within banks, fintechs, or PSPs.
- Experience selling custody, wallet infrastructure, or payments SaaS products.
Why Join Us?
- Opportunity to be at the forefront of growth at a cutting-edge fintech product in new markets, with a high-degree of autonomy.
- Uncapped growth potential and commissions in a rapidly scaling organization.
- Work directly with leadership and make an immediate impact.
- Be part of a fast-growing, mission-driven company.
- Collaborate with a world-class team of builders.

Founding Account Executive (Remote in New York/ Boston Area)
Weflow
Weflow's Revenue AI Platform automates Salesforce data capture and provides full visibility into deal, pipeline, and forecast health.
300+ fast-growing companies like Retool, Axosbank, BenchSci, IDnow use Weflow to improve team productivity, sales performance, and revenue predictability.
Weflow is backed by Gradient Ventures, Cherry Ventures, Eurazeo, and renowned angel investors and run by successful repeat founders Janis Zech & Philipp Stelzer.
Tasks
We’re seeking an exceptional founding Enterprise Account Executive to focus on new logo acquisition:
- Own a greenfield territory end-to-end. You manage every deal from outbound to close - prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation - with no hand-offs and full accountability.
- Work inbound and outbound deals. We build a strong inbound engine (LinkedIn, Ads, Podcast, AEO, Events), but require you to self-source many deals as well based on warm signals, events, partners, and more.
- Self-source 50% of your pipeline. Continuously refine outbound messaging and prospecting strategies that you can eventually share with the team and scale across the org.
- Run genuinely great discos & demos. Especially with technical stakeholders - RevOps, Salesforce admins - who can sniff out a shallow pitch from a mile away.
- Build relationships that compound. Understand your customers' business goals deeply enough to become a trusted advisor, not just a vendor. Retention starts in the sales cycle.
- Develop precise account plans. Map decision-makers, buying processes, current tech investments, regional nuances, and new revenue opportunities for every account you work.
- Educate and evangelize. Engage senior executives - CROs, VPs of Sales, RevOps leaders - on the emerging Revenue Intelligence category and why Weflow is the right bet.
- Help us build the machine. As a founding AE, your feedback shapes our ICP definition, messaging, and hiring - a genuine seat at the table.
Requirements
Requirements
- 5+ years closing complex SaaS deals with Mid-Market and Enterprise clients who know what multi-threaded looks like and how to run it
- Consistent track record of overachieving a $1M+ quota and closing six-figure deals ($100K+) in long-cycle, high-scrutiny sales processes (6+ months)
- Comfortable and credible selling to C-Suite, CROs, and RevOps leaders inside large organizations (1,000+ employees). You don't get intimidated by a room full of VPs
- True hunter. You've broken into new categories, opened new logos, and you'd rather build pipeline than work warm leads
- MEDDPICC practitioner (or equivalent). You use a methodology because it makes you better, not because your manager told you to
- Proven experience selling SaaS or enterprise software in competitive, high-stakes environments
- Exceptional communicator. You can take a technically complex product and make a CRO care about it in under five minutes
- Experience selling to RevOps or Sales leaders is a strong plus
- Familiarity with revenue intelligence or sales execution tools (Gong, Clari, or similar) is a plus.
Benefits
- Real PMF, real traction. 300+ customers are renewing, expanding, and referring. You'll walk into deals with proof points.
- Earning potential that actually means something. Uncapped commission and equity priced at a moment where the upside is still very real.
- Inbound that works for you. The largest RevOps podcast, LinkedIn profile, community, and newsletter in the industry paired with ads, events, AEO, and partnerships.
- Category moment. Revenue AI is the fastest-moving layer in the GTM stack right now. You're not selling into a crowded market with ten established players. You're defining the category alongside us.
- The best tools, no questions asked. Top-of-the-line equipment and the full sales tech stack from day one. No fighting for licenses, no clunky workarounds.
- A career inflection point. Founding AE roles at companies with real traction don't come around often. The reps who join early and win become VPs, RVPs, and CROs.
- A team that takes sales seriously. Founded by repeat entrepreneurs who've scaled and exited before. You'll have executive air cover, a sharp product team that ships fast, and colleagues who respect the craft.
If you're passionate about AI and want to sell a product you'd genuinely recommend to your peers, we'd love to hear from you.

Adaptive6
Description
Adaptive6 is the industry's first Cloud Cost Governance platform, helping enterprises maximize cloud efficiency by optimizing their infrastructure. The platform continuously scans multi-cloud, PaaS, and Infrastructure-as-Code environments, uncovering hundreds of hidden inefficiencies that are typically overlooked. Inspired by cybersecurity methodologies, it accelerates remediation with AI-driven code fixes and proactively prevents waste before deployment through shift-left cost policies.
With rapid adoption among Fortune 500 companies, we are expanding our world-class team to meet growing demand
We're hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to own net-new logo acquisition at the top of the market. This is a hunter role, full stop: self-sourced pipeline, competitive multi-stakeholder sales cycles, and six- and seven-figure outcomes. It is not a farmer role, not an inbound-fed closer seat, and not a technical demo seat.
You will sell top-down to economic buyers — CTOs, CISOs, VPs of Cloud/Infrastructure, and VPs of Engineering — building urgency and budget priority in a category many organizations haven't fully budgeted for yet. The strongest candidates will have proven this exact motion before: creating a business case from a technical problem, expanding a deal beyond its original scope, and winning against multiple credible competitors rather than closing on brand or inbound demand alone.
What you'll do:
- Own the full sales cycle for net-new enterprise accounts — from self-sourced prospecting through negotiation and close.
- Build and sustain executive-level relationships, mapping organizations and multi-threading across buying committees.
- Conduct deep discovery to uncover cloud cost drivers and governance gaps, translating them into business-value cases for C-level buyers.
- Negotiate and close six- and seven-figure contracts in competitive, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to run technically credible, value-led cycles.
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly bookings and pipeline generation targets.
Requirements
- 7+ years of full-cycle enterprise SaaS sales experience with a pure "Hunter" mindset focused on net-new logo acquisition.
- 3+ years selling into Cybersecurity, Cloud Infrastructure, CSPM, DevOps, or FinOps personas.
- Proven track record of hitting quota and closing six- and seven-figure contracts ($150K+ ACV).
- Demonstrated experience in Top-Down selling to C-level buyers (CTOs, CISOs, VPs of Cloud/Infra).
- Conversant in cloud infrastructure concepts (AWS/Azure/GCP, FinOps, K8s, Savings Plans) without relying solely on an SE.
- Strong grounding in enterprise sales methodologies, with a proven ability to create urgency, reframe buyer thinking, and multi-thread complex deals.
