This is a remote position.
ROLE OVERVIEW
- Coordinate day-to-day sales operations and cross-functional activities for Victory Sweepers.
- Act as a key coordination point between the Coimbatore team and the Victory Sweepers USA team.
- Coordinate sales leads, follow-ups, CRM activities, documentation, reporting, and sales-support functions.
- Coordinate between the sales team, spare parts team, digital marketing team, IT team, and other support functions.
- Support business development and lead management for new international markets, with primary responsibility for Latin America.
- Support lead generation and follow-up for emerging markets such as Europe, as required.
- Ensure timely flow of information, requirements, updates, and action points between India, USA, and international market teams.
Requirements
Sales Coordination
- Coordinate with the Victory Sweepers sales team on leads, enquiries, opportunities, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Support lead allocation to appropriate sales team members.
- Track lead status, follow-ups, pending actions, and closures.
- Follow up with sales team members on pending leads and customer responses.
- Support the sales team in maintaining accurate CRM records.
- Coordinate with the team on CRM, SAP, and other sales-related systems.
- Prepare sales reports, follow-up reports, and activity updates.
- Support the sales team with required information, documents, presentations, and other sales-support materials.
New Market Development
- Take responsibility for coordination and follow-up of business leads from Latin American markets.
- Support identification, tracking, and development of new business opportunities in Latin America.
- Coordinate with the USA sales team on leads and opportunities from Latin America.
- Follow up with prospective customers, dealers, distributors, and business partners as required.
- Maintain a structured database and pipeline of prospects in new markets.
- Support market research, prospect identification, communication, and initial business coordination.
- Support lead handling from emerging markets such as Europe, based on business requirements.
- Ensure timely follow-up and proper handover of qualified leads to the relevant sales team.
Spare Parts Sales Coordination
- Coordinate with the spare parts sales team on enquiries, leads, quotations, and customer follow-ups.
- Track pending spare parts enquiries and follow-ups.
- Coordinate information between the spare parts team and the USA team.
- Support the team with CRM, SAP, reporting, and other operational requirements.
- Monitor pending actions and ensure timely follow-up.
Marketing Coordination
- Coordinate with the Digital Marketing team in India for Victory Sweepers' digital marketing activities.
- Coordinate with the Marketing Manager in Victory Sweepers USA and implement marketing inputs received from the USA team.
- Coordinate requirements for website updates, social media, campaigns, product communication, presentations, brochures, and other marketing materials.
- Work with the graphic design team for marketing and sales-support requirements.
- Ensure required product information, images, specifications, and other inputs are collected and shared with relevant teams.
- Coordinate timelines and follow up on marketing projects and deliverables.
IT & Systems Coordination
- Coordinate with the IT team for CRM, SAP, website, automation, software, and other technology projects related to Victory Sweepers.
- Gather requirements from the USA and India teams and communicate them clearly to the IT team.
- Track project progress, pending actions, testing, implementation, and user feedback.
- Coordinate between users and IT to ensure smooth implementation of new systems and processes.
- Maintain project trackers and provide regular status updates.
USA & International Team Coordination
- Act as an important coordination point between the Coimbatore team and the Victory Sweepers USA team.
- Coordinate with different stakeholders in the USA team for sales, marketing, IT, CRM, SAP, and other operational requirements.
- Coordinate international lead follow-ups and ensure proper communication with relevant sales teams.
- Track discussions, decisions, action points, and deadlines.
- Participate in calls and online meetings with the USA team.
- Work during US-aligned hours or night shifts when required.
REPORTING & FOLLOW-UP
- Maintain trackers for sales leads, spare parts enquiries, Latin America opportunities, international leads, marketing projects, IT projects, and other assigned activities.
- Monitor pending actions across different teams.
- Follow up consistently until tasks reach closure.
- Prepare periodic MIS and activity reports as required.
- Escalate delays, gaps, and critical pending matters to the appropriate authority.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for key activities.
