Sales Development Representative
AlphaPoint
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Location: Remote (US or LATAM)
About AlphaPoint
AlphaPoint is the infrastructure platform behind digital asset businesses worldwide. Since 2013, we have powered exchanges, brokerages, banks, and fintechs across dozens of countries, giving them the trading, custody connectivity, tokenization, treasury, and settlement capabilities they need to operate in digital assets at institutional scale.
We are not a collection of products in a box. AlphaPoint is a single platform with many capabilities: one integration that lets a client offer trading, brokerage, treasury, and stablecoin workflows to their end users, connect to the liquidity venues, custodians, and banking partners of their choice, and expand into new use cases without re-platforming. Every super app needs a super platform underneath it. That is what we build.
The Role
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) owns the top of AlphaPoint's funnel. You'll research and prospect companies that need digital asset infrastructure, qualify them, and book well-briefed meetings for our Account Executives. Working closely with sales and marketing, you'll turn a target account list into a predictable pipeline of qualified opportunities.
You must already understand the market we operate in. You know the difference between an exchange, a broker, and a custodian; you can speak to why a bank or fintech would launch a digital asset product; and you can hold a credible first conversation with a Head of Digital Assets, CTO, or COO.
What You'll Do
- Outbound prospecting. Build and work target account lists that match AlphaPoint's ideal customer profile. Run personalized email, phone, and LinkedIn sequences to engage decision-makers.
- Lead qualification. Qualify inbound leads (web, events, partner referrals) and outbound responses against defined criteria: fit, need, timing, and buying authority.
- Meeting booking and handoff. Book qualified meetings for AEs and brief them on the account, contacts, pain points, and context before every call.
- Nurture. Keep qualified-but-not-ready accounts warm with relevant follow-up until they are ready for a sales conversation.
- Campaign and event support. Drive registrations and follow-up for AlphaPoint events and marketing campaigns and report on results.
- CRM discipline. Log every activity in HubSpot, keep account and contact data clean, and report weekly on activity, meetings booked, and pipeline created.
- Hit your numbers. Own monthly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generated.
Must-Haves
- Digital asset market knowledge. A working understanding of the crypto and digital asset ecosystem: exchanges, brokers, custodians, tokenization, stablecoins, and the banks and fintechs entering the space. You can explain who buys infrastructure like ours and why.
- 1–3 years of outbound prospecting or SDR/BDR experience in crypto, digital assets, fintech, or financial services, selling to enterprise buyers.
- Strong written and verbal communication. Clear, concise outreach that earns replies from senior executives.
- Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles and consultative selling; comfortable engaging C-level and senior management.
- Proficiency with HubSpot (or a comparable CRM) and sales engagement tools; disciplined about pipeline hygiene.
- Self-directed and resilient. Comfortable with high activity volume, rejection, and a fast-changing market.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience selling white-label, SaaS, or infrastructure products to financial institutions.
- Existing network in the digital asset or fintech space.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo/Apollo, or similar prospecting tools.
- Additional languages (Spanish) given our LatAm client base.
How Success Is Measured
- Qualified meetings booked and held per month
- Pipeline generated from SDR-sourced opportunities
- Meeting-to-opportunity conversion rate
- Outreach activity and response rates
- CRM accuracy and completeness
Why AlphaPoint
You will sell a proven product into a market that is moving from experimentation to production, alongside a team with deep payments, fintech, and crypto infrastructure experience. High performers have a clear path to an Account Executive role.

Sales Development Representative
OneSpan Inc.
At OneSpan, we specialize in digital identity and anti-fraud solutions that create exceptional and secure experiences.
Build pipeline. Break into new markets. Build your career.
OneSpan is hiring two experienced Sales Development Representatives to join our Demand Generation team and play a critical role in an executive-sponsored growth initiative focused on bringing new security solutions to market.
You'll be accountable for creating meaningful engagement within priority accounts, converting that engagement into meetings, and contributing directly to new-logo pipeline and ultimately revenue. You'll work across a tiered account strategy that combines targeted outbound prospecting, ABM programs and inbound demand, partnering closely with dedicated Account Executives and Demand Generation.
You'll initially develop deep expertise in financial services and FinTech, helping OneSpan expand its position in a market where security, authentication and customer experience are rapidly evolving. As our go-to-market motion expands, so will the markets, accounts and opportunities you can pursue.
The initiative has executive-level visibility and long-term growth ambitions. For someone who is commercially curious, data-driven, persistent and motivated by measurable results, this is an opportunity to have your work seen and your impact measured.
And we want this role to lead somewhere. SDRs sit within Marketing at OneSpan, providing exposure across the customer journey and opportunities to develop experience relevant to future roles in Sales, Marketing or Customer Success.
What success looks like
Within your first year, you'll be expected to:
- Create qualified new-logo pipeline: Make a measurable contribution to Security pipeline through disciplined prospecting, qualification and account development.
- Contribute to revenue: Confirm the types of prospects for meetings, who can progress beyond the meeting and ultimately become customers. Our incentive model increasingly rewards contribution as opportunities advance through the funnel, with the greatest recognition for sourced opportunities that become closed-won revenue.
- Penetrate priority accounts: Work strategically across tiered target accounts, engaging the right buyers and creating multiple paths into high-value organizations rather than relying on one contact or one channel.
- Increase speed to engagement: Help reduce the time between a qualified lead entering our ecosystem and meaningful prospect engagement.
- Execute with discipline: Ensure qualified leads receive the right outreach, at the right time, with consistent follow-through throughout the entire cadence, not just the first touch.
- Improve the motion: Use engagement data, prospect feedback and what you're learning in the market to help Demand Generation and Sales continuously improve targeting, messaging and outreach.
- We care about activity because activity creates opportunities. But activity alone isn't the outcome. Pipeline and revenue are.
What you'll do
- You'll own prospecting and early-stage engagement across a defined portfolio of target accounts, with an initial focus on financial institutions and FinTech organizations. Working closely with dedicated Account Executives and the Demand Generation/ABM team, you will:
- Research target accounts, buying groups, decision-makers and potential business needs to identify where OneSpan can create value.
- Execute predominantly outbound prospecting through phone, email, social and other relevant channels while responding quickly and thoughtfully to qualified inbound demand.
- Engage stakeholders ranging from practitioners and technical influencers to senior decision-makers.
- Use account tiering, intent and engagement signals to prioritize where your time is most likely to create business impact.
- Personalize outreach based on the account, persona, business problem and stage of engagement rather than relying solely on generic sequences. Qualify interest and uncover business needs, urgency, buying dynamics and relevant use cases before transitioning opportunities to Sales.
- Work with Account Executives to develop account strategies and determine the best path into priority organizations.
- Partner with Demand Generation and ABM to execute coordinated account plays and provide feedback on what's resonating in the market.
- Work with Product Marketing to continuously build your understanding of our buyers, market, competitive environment, solutions and value propositions.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and lead status so prospects receive appropriate follow-up and Sales and Marketing have a reliable view of account engagement.
- Consistently execute complete outreach cadences and follow-up commitments.
- Share prospect feedback, objections, competitive intelligence and emerging patterns with the broader GTM organization.
- Measure your success not simply by meetings booked, but by the quality and progression of the opportunities you help create.
What you'll bring
We're looking for people who already understand the fundamentals of sales development and are ready for greater ownership.
You'll likely be successful here if you have:
- Previous experience in an SDR, BDR, inside sales or comparable prospecting role, ideally within B2B technology, SaaS, cybersecurity or another complex enterprise environment.
- Demonstrated experience with outbound prospecting and target-account selling.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding qualified-meeting, opportunity, pipeline or comparable commercial goals.
- The ability to work independently and manage your own priorities. You'll have an experienced Demand Generation leader and strong GTM partners around you, but we're looking for people who don't need someone monitoring every call or telling them what to do next.
- Strong account-research skills and the curiosity to understand a company's business before reaching out.
- Confidence engaging different personas and levels of seniority.
- The ability to listen for business problems rather than simply deliver a product pitch.
- Persistence and resilience. Enterprise prospecting requires thoughtful follow-through and comfort hearing “not now” or “no.” Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A data-driven mindset and willingness to adjust your approach based on what the results are telling you.
- Strong organizational discipline, particularly around CRM hygiene, lead management and follow-through.
- Coachability and the willingness to experiment, learn and improve.
- Experience with CRM, prospecting and sales-engagement technologies such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Salesloft, Outreach or comparable platforms.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is welcome, but demonstrated ability to do the work matters most.
Even better if you have
- Experience selling or prospecting cybersecurity, identity, authentication, fraud prevention or related technologies.
- Experience engaging financial institutions, FinTech organizations or other highly regulated industries.
- Experience working within an ABM or tiered target-account model.
- Experience partnering closely with both Marketing and Sales.
- Familiarity with enterprise buying committees and multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
A role designed to build your career
We view Sales Development as a place to develop commercial talent, not simply produce meetings.
Because this team sits within Marketing and works closely with Sales, you'll gain exposure to account strategy, ABM, demand generation, product marketing, field marketing and the broader customer journey.
As you demonstrate results and develop your skills, we'll work with you to understand where you want your career to go. That could ultimately be toward an Account Executive role in Sales, ABM or Demand Generation within Marketing, or an opportunity within Customer Success.
There isn't a predetermined timeline or guaranteed next role. What we can promise is exposure, development and the opportunity to demonstrate what you're capable of.
Why this role, and why now?
OneSpan is investing in bringing new security capabilities to market and expanding our reach into new-logo accounts. These SDR roles are being created as part of that investment.
You'll join while the motion is being built, giving you the opportunity not only to execute it, but to help make it better.
You'll work alongside experienced Sales and Marketing leaders, support an initiative with executive visibility, develop expertise in a rapidly evolving security market and have a direct line between the work you do and the business outcomes we're trying to create.
If you're looking for an BDR/SDR role where success means more than hitting an activity number, we'd like to meet you.
Salary: $65,000- $75,000 (depending on experience and qualifications) + commission

We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to identify new business opportunities, engage prospective clients, and support our sales growth through outbound outreach.
Requirements
Your Mission:
Drive Pipeline Through Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to potential B2B clients, with cold calling as your primary outreach channel. Start conversations, identify business needs, and create new sales opportunities;
Book Qualified Meetings: Engage decision-makers, qualify their interest and potential fit, handle initial objections, and schedule relevant meetings for Account Executives;
Own Your Call Activity: Consistently work through target lists, follow up with prospects, and take ownership of key outbound KPIs, including call activity, conversations, and meetings booked;
Support Outreach Across Channels: Use email and LinkedIn to complement your calling efforts, follow up on conversations, and increase engagement with prospects;
CRM Hygiene & Reporting: Keep prospect information and interactions up to date in the CRM, track outreach activity, and provide visibility into results and pipeline;
Share Market Feedback: Capture common objections, prospect needs, and market insights to help improve messaging, targeting, and the overall sales approach.
You Are:
1–3 years of experience in cold calling, SDR, BDR, telesales, or inside sales, ideally within B2B SaaS, consulting, IT services, or another B2B environment;
Confident and comfortable on the phone – you are not afraid of reaching out to people who have never interacted with the company before;
Able to quickly build rapport, communicate value, ask the right questions, and handle common objections;
Persistent and resilient – hearing “no” doesn’t stop you from making the next call;
Goal-oriented and motivated by measurable results such as conversations, qualified leads, and booked meetings;
Process-driven and disciplined in CRM usage and follow-ups;
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of your outreach activity.
We Offer:
Clear opportunities for professional growth within the company;
Supportive team and access to a modern sales stack;
Coaching, sales enablement, and leadership support;
Ownership from Day 1 – your conversations directly contribute to building our pipeline and driving company growth.

Sales Development Representative, Midmarket
Steer
Steer offers a suite of software tools for today's automotive repair shop. We combine a mix of software tools that a repair shop needs to run a highly profitable shop, in one user-friendly, cost-effective platform. Through the Steer suite, we allow the shop owner to get back to focusing on what matters, and to stop worrying about marketing and customer retention.
Steer began as an online directory for drivers to find a local mechanic. Fast forward to today, Steer has launched a complete Customer Relationship Management (CRM) marketing suite, complete with text messaging, email automation, direct mail integration, reputation management, appointment reminders, declined/recommended services, and many other features. We are always innovating and we are proud to be a leader in the automotive repair industry. In August 2024 Steer acquired AutoOps - the leader in modern, intelligent, and fully integrated scheduling software for auto repair shops. AutoOps allows customers to smoothly schedule through a shop's website and Google Business Profile.
About the Role
We're looking for a Sales Development Representative to help build and scale our outbound motion into the mid-market segment at Steer, multi-location, full service auto repair groups operating 4 or more rooftops. This role is focused on uncovering and developing opportunities with growing repair groups, engaging multiple stakeholders across an organization, and guiding prospects through a longer, more consultative sales process than a typical single-shop deal.
This is not a passive, inbound role. You will be expected to create opportunities from scratch, navigate multi-location organizations with more than one decision-maker, and develop messaging that resonates with owners and operators managing growing, complex businesses. We are looking for someone who is no stranger to overcoming obstacles, comfortable with longer sales cycles, and strives to exceed expectations. Come join a team where skill cultivation, career advancement, and talent retention are core values.
This is a fully remote role for US-based candidates.
Compensation: 65k base + 25-35k variable (90-100k OTE)
You Are
- A Self-Starter: You are intrinsically motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable operating in a high-volume, outbound-heavy environment.
- Empathetic & Professional: You are approachable and professional, with a genuine desire to help business owners and operators achieve their goals.
- Resilient & Persistent: You maintain a positive attitude in the face of rejection, using setbacks as opportunities for growth and learning.
- A Strong Communicator: You possess a growth mindset and are self-assured in your ability to build rapport across multiple stakeholders and engage in compelling, effective communication.
- Organized & Disciplined: You are dependable and consistent in meeting deadlines and managing your pipeline activity, including longer, multi-touch sales cycles.
- Coachable: You are enthusiastic, open to feedback, and committed to continuous improvement.
You Will
- Drive Outbound Growth: Conduct a high volume of calls and outreach to identify and engage decision-makers and economic buyers at multi-location auto repair groups.
- Navigate Complex Organizations: Identify and build relationships with multiple stakeholders within a single account, from individual shop leadership to regional or ownership-level decision-makers.
- Master the Product: Develop a deep understanding of our SaaS product and its features to effectively communicate value during online product demos.
- Consultative Selling: Employ a consultative approach to understand prospects' needs across a growing organization and tailor presentations to their specific pain points.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain meticulous records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM to ensure accurate forecasting across longer sales cycles.
- Partner for Success: Qualify opportunities and collaborate closely with the mid-market sales team on strategy and deal progression.
You Have
Must Have:
- BDR or SDR experience, ideally including outbound prospecting into organizations with more than one decision-maker.
- Proven Track Record: A history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and activity metrics.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with comfort in phone-based outreach.
- Presentation Skills: Experience performing product demonstrations and consultations.
Nice to Have:
- Industry Experience: Familiarity with the automotive industry, home services, or blue-collar sectors.
- Multi-Location Experience: Experience prospecting into franchise, multi-unit, or multi-location businesses.

- Tech Stack: Experience using CRM tools (like HubSpot or Salesforce) to manage opportunities.
