You'll call and message decision-makers every day, qualify real needs and book meetings for our account team. Some deals come direct and some through our channel partners. Many run it on-premises, air-gapped or in FedRAMP High environments, on an architecture aligned with the CJIS Security Policy. We're ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified, a Microsoft Solutions Partner for Data & AI and an NVIDIA Inception partner. Customers buy through GSA, Carahsoft and state and cooperative contracts.
What you'll do

Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years as an SDR or BDR at a SaaS or software company, selling to US buyers.

Nice to have
- Selling to government, public safety, legal or healthcare buyers.
- Experience working with channel partners or resellers on deals.
- An example of routine work you automated with AI, such as a reusable prompt, a Claude Project or a simple script.

Senior Sales Development Representative
Time Doctor
About Time Doctor
Time Doctor is a workforce analytics platform that gives leaders AI-powered, actionable insights into how work actually happens. By turning activity and productivity data into practical intelligence, we help organizations make smarter decisions, support employee well-being, and lead with trust — not control — across remote, hybrid, and in-office teams.
The Role
We're hiring a Senior Outbound Sales Development Representative to own qualified pipeline for our upmarket sales motion. This is not a traditional, top-of-the-ladder SDR seat. You'll work inside an AI-powered outbound system that already surfaces warm, high-intent conversations from companies in our ICP — your job is to turn that interest into qualified meetings, move deals faster, and proactively work our highest-value accounts.
This is a senior individual-contributor role for someone who has done outbound before and does it well. We're looking for a self-directed operator who needs minimal hand-holding, brings real commercial judgment to every conversation, and helps raise the bar on how we sell — sharpening talk tracks, surfacing what's working, and setting the standard for the function as the team grows.
Who We're Looking For
We are NOT looking for:
❌ Reps who rely on spray-and-pray volume over meaningful pipeline
❌ Candidates who lean on scripts and can't hold a real, unscripted conversation
❌ People who measure themselves by activity rather than outcomes
❌ Reps who let warm or inbound leads sit without fast, sharp follow-up
We ARE looking for:
✅ A pipeline owner who takes full responsibility for converting interest into booked meetings
✅ Someone who sells in terms of problems, not features — and can run a genuine discovery conversation
✅ A confident phone operator who's comfortable handling skepticism and objections in real time, including reframing concerns about workforce analytics around trust, accountability, and outcomes
✅ A commercially aware operator who understands what actually makes deals move
✅ Someone who works alongside AI tools to move faster, not to replace the human conversation
✅ A coachable professional who takes feedback and implements it on the spot — seniority here means judgment and adaptability, not ego
Requirements
What You'll Do
Pipeline Generation & Ownership Own the conversion of warm, AI-generated inbound and outbound responses into qualified meetings. Engage every lead quickly and move it forward with urgency, keeping a consistent flow of high-quality pipeline for Account Executives.
High-Impact Sales Outreach Run structured daily call blocks against high-signal accounts — engaged prospects, reactivated leads, existing customers, and closed-lost opportunities. Use the phone as your primary channel to accelerate conversations and qualification.
Lead Qualification & Conversion Quickly assess fit, identify buying intent, handle objections, and secure the meeting. Respond to replies with speed and relevance, and hold a high conversion rate from conversation to booked meeting.
Social Selling & Community Engagement Show up where target buyers are (LinkedIn, Reddit, and other relevant communities). Build credibility, add to the conversation, and surface opportunities that sit outside traditional sequences.
AI-Enabled Workflow Execution Lean on AI-driven systems that handle list building, segmentation, and initial outreach, so your time goes to the high-value human work — qualifying, converting, and advancing opportunities rather than manual prospecting.
Raising the Bar Bring your experience to bear on how we sell: feed back what's landing and what isn't, help refine talk tracks and objection handling, and model the standard for a growing outbound function.
Job Requirements
What we're looking for:
3+ years in an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales role, with a clear track record of consistently meeting or exceeding pipeline and activity targets
B2B SaaS sales experience — you understand the buyer, the motion, and the sales cycle
Strong phone presence and genuine comfort with high-volume, live calling
Proven ability to run discovery and handle objections without a script
Excellent written communication (email and social selling)
Hands-on experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot
Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Experience working with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude in your workflow
Ability to operate effectively in a remote, async-first environment with high autonomy
Preferred:
Experience selling into HR, IT, or Operations functions
Background in workforce analytics or an adjacent SaaS category
Experience with AI-assisted outbound or signal-based prospecting
Exposure to upmarket or mid-market sales motions
Success in This Role
Success will be measured by:
Conversion rate from positive reply to booked meeting
Volume and quality of daily conversations across channels
Meeting show rate
Pipeline sourced for Account Executives
Contribution to closed-won revenue
Why Join Us
100% remote and async-first — work from anywhere
Mission-driven company shaping the future of work
Strong product-market fit with tens of thousands of users and growing
An AI-powered outbound engine that feeds you warm, high-intent conversations instead of cold lists
Collaborative, humble, high-performing team
Competitive base with strong on-target earnings, plus 30+ days of paid time off
Our Hiring Approach
This is a full-time, 100% remote role, giving you the freedom to work from anywhere
Equal opportunity employer — we value diversity and inclusion across all backgrounds
We hire globally, with flexible employment or contractor arrangements depending on location
Who Are We?
We're a global team building the future of workforce analytics — focused on visibility, trust, performance, and growth. Our mission is to empower people and companies to thrive in the modern world of work, while giving business leaders the confidence to scale. We operate as a fully remote, async-first company with team members across 35+ countries, and we value thoughtful, data-informed decision-making.

Sales Development Representative (SDR)
BrightBee
At BrightBee, we're on a mission to solve the critical K-12 staffing crisis by connecting schools with the vital support staff they need to thrive.
We look beyond the traditional classroom to empower the unsung heroes of education - the paraprofessionals, front desk assistants, afterschool group leaders, and operational support staff who keep schools safe and running smoothly. Through our flexible technology platform we provide schools and youth-serving organizations with on-demand coverage, permanent placements, and hosted workforce solutions, ensuring that no classroom or student is left without a champion.
About the Role
We’re looking for an SDR who has lived the reality of working in schools. This role is the front door of our sales motion: you’ll open conversations with district HR leaders and their teams, build genuine relationships across district offices, and book qualified meetings for our sales team. Your credibility as someone who has been in the building and understands what it means when a classroom or cafeteria is short-staffed is what will set you apart. This is a phone-first role. You’ll spend most of your day in live conversations, working to generate interest in BrightBee solutions.
What You’ll Do
Conduct high-volume, high-quality outbound calling to K-12 district HR contacts within assigned territories, supplemented by short, purposeful follow-up emails
Partner with Sales to develop a strategic, regional approach.
Develop targeted prospect lists, researching districts, identifying the right contacts, and prioritizing outreach within strategic focus areas.
Develop authentic relationships with everyone you reach, including front-office staff and administrative gatekeepers, treating every conversation as an opportunity to learn about the district’s staffing needs
Translate what you hear into concise, personalized follow-up that reflects each district’s specific needs
Book qualified meetings for Account Executives and own the handoff, including confirmation and reminder touchpoints that drive meeting attendance, not just meeting acceptance
Track activity, conversations, and pipeline contributions accurately in our CRM
Share what you’re learning from the field to help refine messaging, targeting, and outreach strategy
What You’ll Bring
Required
Direct K-12 experience as an educator, paraprofessional, substitute, or school/district staff member. You understand district operations and the daily impact of support staff shortages firsthand
Genuine comfort and energy on the phone; you’d rather have ten real conversations than send a hundred emails
Persistence and consistency. You’re energized by daily outreach and building familiarity with contacts over time.
Strong self-direction: you can take a territory or target list and independently figure out who to call and why
Clear, simple, communication style, with the discipline to keep messages short and relevant
Curiosity and respect in every interaction, regardless of the person’s title
Preferred
Experience selling to or working with school districts
Prior SDR, BDR, or other outbound experience
Familiarity with CRM tools and basic prospecting research
What Success Looks Like
Qualified meetings booked, and a strong show rate on those meetings
Consistent daily call activity that builds name recognition with districts
A growing network of district contacts who know you and take your calls
Follow-up that’s personalized, timely, and reflects real listening
Location
Remote: Able to work remotely in the following states: CA, TX, IL, MA, MI, NV, GA, or WY. Must be able to work standard central or eastern timezone business hours.
Compensation
OTE of $70,000-90,000 depending on experience and location, plus full benefits, unlimited PTO, and stock options.

Sales Development Representative (SDR) - US
VIDIZMO
VIDIZMO is looking for a Sales Development Representative to help us build new pipeline across the United States. If you have 1 to 3 years of outbound sales experience, communicate in English with clarity and confidence, and enjoy starting conversations with new prospects every day, we'd like to meet you. You'll generate new business by engaging end customers directly and by working alongside our channel partners. You'll book meetings with the right decision-makers, validate that there is a genuine need, and hand well-qualified opportunities to our account team, using AI tools to speed up your research, preparation and follow-up.
About VIDIZMO
VIDIZMO is an AI software company founded in 2009 and headquartered in Tysons, Virginia. Our four products, Nexus, AI Intelligence Hub, AI Live Insight, and Redactor, help organizations store, search, analyze, redact and share every type of unstructured data, from video and audio to images, documents and text, treating each format as equally important.
More than 100 organizations run VIDIZMO in production across public safety and justice, government, healthcare, financial services, education, legal, manufacturing and energy. Many deploy it on-premises, in air-gapped networks, or in FedRAMP High environments, and our architecture aligns with the CJIS Security Policy.
We go to market directly and through channel partners worldwide, so this team works with both end customers and partners every day. VIDIZMO holds ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification, is a Microsoft Solutions Partner for Data & AI, and is an NVIDIA Inception partner. Customers can buy through GSA, Carahsoft, and state and cooperative contract vehicles.
AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot are part of our daily work, and we expect you to use them effectively. You are accountable for checking anything AI helps you produce for accuracy, completeness and compliance, and you own the final output.
What You'll Do
- Engage end customers and partners every day by phone and message, working through a prioritized call list.
- Dedicate at least two hours each day to live conversations with new prospects and partners.
- Book meetings with key decision-makers and confirm there is a genuine need.
- Turn qualified interest into opportunities and hand them to the account team with a clear summary.
- Register partner opportunities the same day you identify them, and onboard a new partner when a deal calls for one.
- Log every call, email and meeting in HubSpot on the day it takes place.
- Use Claude or a comparable AI assistant every day to research prospects, prepare for calls, draft outreach and follow up.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
- Clear, confident spoken and written English that US buyers can easily follow on calls.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in outbound business development, sales development, lead generation or inside sales, or strong evidence that you can do the job.
- Comfort with high call volumes and with hearing "no."
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo or similar tools.
- A habit of logging every call and meeting the same day.
- A track record of using AI to automate your own routine work, such as reusable prompts, Claude Projects, AI-assisted workflows or simple scripts. Please share an example of something you've automated.
- Experience selling a SaaS product or service to US buyers, including outbound cold calling, is strongly preferred.
- Able to make this a full-time commitment, without concurrent freelance work or outside business ventures.
- Current US residence and authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
What Sets You Apart
A "no" doesn't slow you down; you pick up the next call with the same energy. You listen carefully, can tell genuine interest from politeness, and keep your pipeline and CRM consistently organized. You use AI to prepare faster and follow up without dropping anything, and you take ownership of your results without needing close supervision.
