How you will Make an Impact:
As an RPA Developer (UiPath), you will analyze business processes, design automation workflows, and build stable, scalable robots using the UiPath platform. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and engineering teams to automate processes that improve efficiency and reduce manual workload across our clients' operations.
Key Responsibilities
Automation Design & Development
- Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator.
- Create reusable components, automation frameworks, and libraries for scalable automation delivery.
- Conduct feasibility assessments of automation opportunities.
Process Analysis & Documentation
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to capture business processes and convert them into detailed technical requirements.
- Prepare and maintain PDDs (Process Design Documents), SDDs (Solution Design Documents), and deployment documentation.
Testing, Deployment & Optimization
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and optimization to ensure stable and efficient automations.
- Monitor and troubleshoot production bots; implement fixes and enhancements as needed.
- Follow best practices for maintainability, security, and version control.
Collaboration & Governance
- Work with project managers, QA teams, and business analysts to ensure smooth delivery.
- Adhere to automation governance standards, coding guidelines, and documentation requirements.
- Manage robot scheduling, monitoring, and maintenance within UiPath Orchestrator.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience developing RPA solutions using UiPath.
- Strong proficiency in UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, and REFramework.
- Experience integrating UiPath with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with C#, VB.NET, or Python is a plus.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- UiPath certifications (e.g., RPA Developer, Advanced Developer, or Solutions Architect).
- Experience with Intelligent Automation technologies such as Document Understanding or AI/ML features.
- Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Background in business process optimization or process re-engineering.

- Strong communication and technical documentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and reliability.
- Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently or collaboratively.

Clearance:
Must have a DOD clearance or be able to obtain one.

As an RPA Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering tailored UiPath solutions that meet the evolving needs of the organization. This role requires hands-on technical expertise, collaboration across teams, and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions. The position is remote with the possibility of occasional client site travel.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Implement or modify RPA solutions using UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, REFramework, and associated automation tools.
- Debug complex software components and automation workflows.
- Conduct unit testing and provide demonstrations of completed work to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with developers, testers, process owners, and other team members to deliver robust solutions.
- Provide change logs and documentation necessary to adhere to product build and release guidelines.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, such as Process Design Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD).
- Participate in and contribute to Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Engage directly with stakeholders and end-users to gather process requirements and provide product demonstrations.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Math, or related field
- 5+ years of comparable work experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on RPA development experience using UiPath.
- Proficient in UiPath, with UiPath certification.
- Experience working in Agile Scrum teams and applying Agile principles.
- Familiarity with software development pipelines for deployment (e.g., Azure DevOps or comparable tools).
- Strong technical skills with a demonstrated ability to design and build technical solutions using UiPath technologies.

Security Clearance Requirements:

Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.

The projected compensation range for this position is $94,800.00-$157,200.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
