Job Title: HR Recruiter
Duration: 12 months Contract-to-Hire
Location: Richmond, VA or McLean, VA – Hybrid
Rate: $35/hr–$40/hr (W2)
Introduction
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team and support recruitment efforts focused on sourcing qualified Product Analyst and Business Analyst candidates. This role will primarily focus on talent acquisition across the Chicago, Washington, DC, and New York City markets.
The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, experience identifying qualified talent, and the ability to manage recruitment activities across multiple markets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience in full-cycle recruitment or talent sourcing.
Must have recent experience recruiting for Product Managers and Business Analysts candidates
Strong candidate engagement, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Strong Sourcing Experience
Ability to manage multiple sourcing requirements and recruitment priorities.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Source and identify qualified Product Analyst and Business Analyst candidates.
Focus on talent sourcing across the Chicago, Washington, DC, and New York City markets.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to support hiring needs.
Engage with potential candidates and assess their qualifications and interest.
Coordinate with hiring teams and support recruitment activities throughout the hiring process.
Work Arrangement
This is a hybrid position.
Candidates must be able to work onsite at one of the following locations:
Richmond, VA or McLean, VA
