Job Title: HR Recruiter – Product & Business Analytics

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to support talent acquisition efforts, with a primary focus on sourcing and recruiting Product Analysts and Business Analysts. Key Responsibilities:

• Screen candidates, assess qualifications, and manage candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and provide regular updates on recruiting progress.

Must Have Requirements:

• Previous experience in corporate recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Experience sourcing and recruiting Business Analysts and/or Product Analysts.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and other sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple sourcing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model from either Richmond, VA or McLean, VA.
