About Wellity Health
Wellity Health provides outpatient mental health care for Southern California and the greater bay area, with a focus on underserved populations in-person and via telehealth. As a fully remote PMHNP, you'll join that team, working closely with therapists, our supervising psychiatrist, and administrative staff who manage scheduling and billing.

Our Values and Goals
We're committed to true equity in mental health: equitable, accessible care for people from all backgrounds. Our goals are to reduce symptom severity, reduce or eliminate the need for higher levels of care, and foster lasting positive outcomes for our adolescent clients and their loved ones.

We pride ourselves on a management style and workplace culture that is respectful, understanding, and collaborative, while always prioritizing the well-being and effective treatment of our clients.

Job at a Glance

  • Location: Full-time, fully remote. Open to candidates licensed in CA, residing in CA, NM, NV, FL, or TX.
  • Pay: $165,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. This is a true salary, not pay per session.
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am - 6pm Pacific Time with a one-hour lunch. An alternative Monday-Thursday schedule is available. Remote doesn't mean "set your own schedule": our NPs work a consistent, structured weekly schedule that ensures continuity of care and team collaboration.
  • Benefits: PTO, health, dental, vision, and life insurance, and a 401(k), available after a short waiting period
  • Support: Dedicated staff handle client billing and scheduling, so your time goes to clinical work.

Is this the right fit? What matters most

  1. You're comfortable with our pay and scheduling model. We pay a stable salary no matter how many sessions you conduct. In exchange, busy days can be full, so we're looking for someone who isn't afraid of a high client load and values predictable pay, a regular schedule, benefits, and the flexibility of working from home.
  2. You're reliable and dedicated to your clients. You show up fully and consistently, and our clients and their families can count on you.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct telehealth evaluations, assessments, and medication management sessions to clients located in CA.
  • Collaborate with therapists and our supervising psychiatrist to provide integrated care
  • Monitor patient outcomes and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Participate in regular case consultations and team meetings
  • Maintain up-to-date, accurate documentation in the EMR
  • Provide psychoeducation to patients and families
  • Stay current with psychiatric care practices, telehealth trends, and CME requirements

Requirements
Essential:

  • Comfort with a high client load on busy days, with a salaried, non-per-session pay structure
  • Reliability and personal responsibility: you're consistent, follow through, and manage your time, caseload, and clinical notes without constant oversight
  • Active NP license in CA, and PMHNP certification in good standing
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited institution

Also required:

  • Strong clinical judgment and understanding of psychiatric medications
  • Solid telehealth skills, including comfort with EMRs and virtual platforms
  • Clear, compassionate communication with patients and team members
  • Ability to work independently while staying connected to a collaborative care team
  • Commitment to delivering equitable, effective care to diverse communities

Benefits and Why You'll Love Working Here

  • Stable salary: Predictable pay regardless of session volume
  • Predictable schedule: Structured full-time hours, with an alternative Monday-Thursday option
  • Comprehensive benefits: PTO, health, dental, vision, and life insurance, and a 401(k), available after a short waiting period
  • Work from home: Fully remote
  • Support for your clinical focus: Staff handle billing and scheduling, and our systems are designed not to overburden you
  • Collaborative team: Close collaboration with therapists, psychiatrists, and admin support, in a mission-driven culture of mutual respect
