Senior Program Manager, Application Security

Harness

**
USA
Full-Time
Posted about 23 hours ago

Harness is the AI Software Delivery Platform company, led by technologist and entrepreneur Jyoti Bansal (founder of AppDynamics, acquired by Cisco for $3.7B). Harness has raised approximately $570M in funding and is valued at $5.5B, backed by leading investors including Goldman Sachs, Menlo Ventures, IVP, Unusual Ventures, Citi Ventures, and more. As AI accelerates code creation, the real bottleneck has shifted to everything after the code – testing, deployments, application security, reliability, compliance, and cost optimization. Harness brings AI and automation to this “outer loop,” helping teams ship software faster while maintaining security and governance throughout the entire software delivery lifecycle.

Powered by Harness AI and the Software Delivery Knowledge Graph, the Harness Platform applies deep context and intelligent automation across the software delivery lifecycle with governance and policy-driven controls embedded throughout the platform.

Over the past year, Harness powered over 185M deployments, 82M builds, 18T flag evaluations, 8M security scans, 9.1B optimized tests, 3T protected API calls, and helped manage $2.8B in cloud spend — enabling customers like United Airlines, Morningstar, and Choice Hotels to accelerate releases by up to 75%, reduce cloud costs by up to 60%, and achieve 10x DevOps efficiency.

With a global team across 26 offices and 27 countries, Harness is shaping the future of AI software delivery — and we’re looking for exceptional talent to help us move even faster.

About the role

As a Senior Program Manager, Application Security, you will lead the post-sale journey for a portfolio of large enterprise customers, turning their investment in Harness shift-left and runtime security products into measurable business outcomes. You will guide implementations, build adoption, and earn the trust of security and executive leaders along the way.

You are the primary point of contact for your customers and the link between customer, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams. If you enjoy bringing structure to complex security rollouts and helping people succeed with technology, this role is for you.

What you'll do

Deliver customer outcomes

  • Drive measurable value for enterprise customers from the Harness runtime and shift-left security portfolio.
  • Own the end-to-end journey: onboarding and implementation, adoption, value realization, and renewal readiness.
  • Build and run customer success plans that connect product capabilities to each customer's business and security goals, and track progress against them.

Lead complex security programs

  • Manage multi-workstream implementations, including roadmap, milestones, scope, resourcing, and risk, across Harness and customer teams.
  • Lead the engagement rhythm: weekly status, clear communication, and proactive risk management. You own the next steps and keep them moving.
  • Keep project and delivery records clean and current across your portfolio.

Grow adoption and customer health

  • Watch for early signs of risk, such as slow adoption, stalled integrations, or sponsor changes, and act on them quickly.
  • Spot opportunities for deeper adoption and bring them to the account team.

Build executive and cross-team relationships

  • Build and sustain trusted relationships with customer executives, including CISOs and security and engineering leaders.
  • Plan and lead quarterly executive business reviews that show ROI, risk reduction, and the road ahead.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support. Carry customer feedback to Product, and bring the right people together when an issue needs attention.

Stay close to the technology

  • Learn the products hands-on and run product demos and workshops, in plain language that works for both executives and practitioners.

What you bring

  • 7+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Program Management, or Professional Services in a SaaS environment, including experience with security products or programs.
  • A track record of leading large, multi-workstream security or software implementations from start to finish, with results you can point to.
  • Experience driving adoption and customer outcomes in complex, fast-moving technical environments.
  • Working knowledge of modern security practices, such as secure software development, CI/CD, runtime security and vulnerability management.
  • Comfort building relationships with both executives and hands-on technical teams, along with strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM, customer success, and project tools such as Salesforce, Gainsight, and Jira.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

You don't need all of these. If you meet most of the requirements above and are excited about the work, we'd like to hear from you.

  • A program management or security certification, such as PMP, CISSP, or CSSLP.
  • Familiarity with “Forward-Deployed-Engineer” (FDE) and “Echo” delivery motion.
  • Hands-on exposure to application or API security, DevSecOps, or cloud-native tooling.
  • Experience with customers in regulated industries, such as financial services or healthcare.
  • Experience running product demos or technical workshops.

What success looks like

  • Customers reach their agreed time-to-value milestones on schedule.
  • Product adoption and customer health scores improve across your portfolio.
  • Executive sponsors can clearly describe the security outcomes they have gained.
  • Accounts renew and grow with no surprises.
  • Projects, plans, and status updates are accurate and current.

Gatik, the leader in autonomous middle-mile logistics, is revolutionizing the B2B supply chain with its autonomous transportation-as-a-service (ATaaS) solution and prioritizing safe, consistent deliveries while streamlining freight movement by reducing congestion. The company focuses on short-haul, B2B logistics for Fortune 500 retailers and in 2021 launched the world’s first fully driverless commercial transportation service with Walmart. Gatik's Class 3-7 autonomous trucks are commercially deployed across major markets, including Texas, Arkansas, and Ontario, Canada, driving innovation in freight transportation.

The company's proprietary Level 4 autonomous technology, Gatik Carrier™, is custom-built to transport freight safely and efficiently between pick-up and drop-off locations on the middle mile. With robust capabilities in both highway and urban environments, Gatik Carrier™ serves as an all-encompassing solution that integrates advanced software and hardware powering the fleet, facilitating effortless integration into customers' logistics operations.

About the Role

Gatik is looking for a detail-oriented, improvement-minded Program Manager, Operations Process to own and improve the workflows that power our autonomous trucking operations. In this role, you will lead process creation, process review, and workflow design, and maintain the templates, standards, and gates that keep quality consistent across every operational workstream. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Operational Excellence, you will partner closely with subject matter experts across Operations, Fleet Maintenance, Safety, Training, and Engineering to turn operational knowledge into clear, standardized, scalable processes. You will be instrumental in maintaining quality and consistency while driving lean practices and continuous improvement.

This role is remote in the USA, with travel to sites.

What You'll Do

  • Own processes end to end. Act as the accountable owner for assigned operational processes across workstreams, keeping them current, consistent, and aligned from start to finish.
  • Design and maintain workflows. Build, document, and maintain operational workflows, including process maps, SOPs, RACI charts, and handoffs between teams.
  • Set templates and standards. Create and maintain standard templates for processes, SOPs, work instructions, and change requests so documentation looks and works the same everywhere.
  • Run process gating. Run quality gates and approvals for new and changed processes so they meet quality, safety, and readiness standards before rollout.
  • Lead process creation. Partner with stakeholders to scope, design, and launch new processes as operations and markets grow.
  • Run process reviews. Hold regular reviews to audit existing processes, find gaps or drift, and drive updates.
  • Partner with subject matter experts. Work closely with SMEs to capture expertise, validate process design, and secure adoption by the teams doing the work.
  • Drive lean practices. Apply lean tools (value stream mapping, waste elimination, standard work, root cause analysis) to simplify workflows and improve quality and efficiency.
  • Manage process change. Own version control and change management for process updates, working with Training to make sure changes are communicated and trained before rollout.
  • Improve continuously. Gather feedback from the field and turn it into targeted process improvements.

What We're Looking For

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in process engineering, operational excellence, quality, program management, or business process management.
  • Experience owning and maintaining processes across several teams or workstreams.
  • Experience designing workflows, writing SOPs, and building documentation templates.
  • Experience running process review or approval mechanisms.
  • Working knowledge of lean principles and tools.
  • Strong ability to work with subject matter experts and turn complex operational knowledge into clear, usable processes.
  • Proficiency with process mapping and documentation tools such as Lucidchart, Visio, Miro, or Confluence.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in autonomous vehicles, trucking, logistics, fleet maintenance, or other safety-critical operations.
  • Lean Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt, or equivalent lean training.
  • Experience with quality management systems or frameworks such as ISO 9001.
  • Experience in a startup or high-growth environment where processes were still being defined.
  • Familiarity with change management methodologies such as Prosci or ADKAR.
  • Experience with workflow tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, or Smartsheet.

More about Gatik

Founded in 2017 by experts in autonomous vehicle technology, Gatik has rapidly expanded its presence to Mountain View, Dallas-Fort Worth, Arkansas, and Toronto. As the first and only company to achieve fully driverless middle-mile commercial deliveries, Gatik holds a unique and defensible position in the AV industry, with a clear trajectory toward sustainable growth and profitability.

We have delivered complete, proprietary AV technology - an integration of software and hardware - to enable earlier successes for our clients in constrained Level 4 autonomy. By choosing the middle mile – with defined point-to-point delivery, we have simplified some of the more complex AV challenges, enabling us to achieve full autonomy ahead of competitors. Given extensive knowledge of Gatik’s well-defined, fixed route ODDs and hybrid architecture, we are able to hyper-optimize our models with exponentially less data, establish gate-keeping mechanisms to maintain explainability, and ensure continued safety of the system for unmanned operations.

Events Manager, Offsites & Experiences

Tremendous

**
LATAM, Canada, USA
Full-Time
Posted 2 days ago

Tremendous is the global platform built for businesses to send thousands of payouts to anyone, anywhere, for free. We're trusted by 20,000 organizations like Atlassian, MIT, and United Way to deliver gift cards and money to millions of recipients worldwide.

Our customers (researchers, marketers, HR teams, nonprofits, and platform businesses) rave about how fast and easy Tremendous is to use. Check out our ratings on G2.

Tremendous is profitable and growing without outside investors. We’re a fully remote, high-documentation, low-meeting culture, which means more time for what matters in both your professional and personal life. The team agrees — our employee NPS is in the high 80s.

About the role

Twice a year, we bring our fully remote team of ~175 people together in an incredible destination. We go all out on these trips, and the team gets excited about them months in advance. Read more about them in our public handbook.

We’ve traveled together to Mexico City, Lisbon, Medellin, Vail, and Santa Barbara. Our next offsite will be in Seville, Spain, in March 2027. We care about every part of the trip: a great hotel, meals, activities people will actually enjoy, and a few surprises along the way.

We’re looking for someone to own these experiences from the early planning through the final day onsite. It takes creativity, operational skill, and great communication. You’ll research destinations, plan the schedule, manage the logistics, and communicate with the team throughout.

To the rest of the company, you’ll be the face of one of the most fun parts of working at Tremendous — the person who builds excitement, keeps everyone informed, and sets the tone for the trip.

What you'll be doing

  • Own the creative vision, planning, and execution of two company-wide offsites each year for approximately 175 people.

  • Research potential destinations, find great hotels, restaurants, activities, and entertainment.

  • Build a schedule with plenty of time for people to connect and enjoy the destination, alongside a small amount of company programming.

  • Sweat every detail of the attendee experience, from the first announcement and travel guidance through arrival, daily programming, and the trip home.

  • Manage complex logistics from start to finish, including accommodations, transportation, vendors, meals, accessibility, contingency planning, and onsite execution.

  • Manage a substantial event budget, knowing when spending more will meaningfully improve the trip and when it won’t.

  • Build excitement before each offsite and serve as the main point of contact for the team, sharing clear updates, answering questions, and making sure everyone knows what to expect.

  • Gather feedback after each offsite and use it to continuously improve the experience.

  • Plan and run smaller team offsites throughout the year, including two GTM offsites, an annual engineering offsite, and occasional gatherings for other teams.

  • Assist with other company events and occasional special projects, such as logistics for marketing events.

What we’re looking for

  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity and are great under pressure when things don’t go well.

  • You have the ability to quickly grasp business objectives and translate them into an experience.

  • You bring energy and creativity to developing team activities.

  • You proactively identify potential issues with scheduling, travel, and projects and seek solutions.

  • You can take feedback and incorporate it into future events without compromising on vision.

You have

  • 2+ years in internal event planning or a similar role that requires substantial planning.

  • Experience producing memorable, high-touch events.

  • You’re a clear, warm communicator who enjoys working with people across the company.

  • Exceptional attention to detail.

What's cool about the role

  • We take these trips seriously. You’ll have a meaningful budget, plenty of support, and broad ownership over an experience that touches everyone at the company.

  • Competitive pay and equity. Base salary for this role: $110,000–$140,000.

  • Real benefits. 100% covered health (US), unlimited PTO, 12-16 weeks paid parental leave.

  • Fully remote. Work from anywhere in the Americas.

  • Great culture. Read more about how we work in our public handbook.

Quince

ABOUT QUINCE

Quince is a destination for builders, creators, innovators, and operators who want to come together and challenge the status quo. Our mission is simple: make really high quality essentials for really low prices, fairly and sustainably. We deliver on that mission through a unique manufacturer-to-consumer (M2C) model eliminating the layers of traditional retail that add cost and result in consumers paying more than they need to. We find, build relationships with, and work directly with the manufacturing partners behind some of the world’s finest products. From there, our teams design smart, efficient operational processes and build and deploy proprietary technology, AI, and analytics to help us scale fast.

What began with a small assortment of elevated basics has quickly grown into a cross-category brand spanning apparel, accessories, home goods, and more. Today, tens of millions of people across a growing number of countries come – and return – to Quince because they trust us to deliver.

OUR CULTURE

Quince is a culture built for builders by builders. Our way of working starts with a blank sheet of paper. We question conventional thinking, use technology and data to uncover new opportunities, and move quickly to turn ideas into reality. We aren’t interested in replicating how others do retail. We’re building a better way – at a speed and scale unlike anything that’s been done before.

  • We dream big and chase the hard problems others shy away from. Rejecting long-held assumptions is part of our company's DNA. Where conventional wisdom says you have to choose – soft or durable, speed or rigor, quality or price – we ask why that trade-off has to exist in the first place.
  • Our pace is fast and the bar is high because our customers expect a lot from us and we refuse to let them down. We believe the best results come from challenging ourselves, learning from one another, and building on each other's strengths.
  • Here, responsibility is not determined by role, tenure, or seniority. Every team member - no matter their level - has the opportunity to drive our business and shape our trajectory.

If you’re someone who likes to imagine new possibilities and build better systems rather than plug-in to outdated ones, Quince is the place for you.

Quince is seeking a highly analytical, technical, and operationally minded Program Manager, Materials Planning to support material procurement and sourcing across our global manufacturing and supplier network. This role plays a critical part in ensuring alignment between sourcing strategies, production capabilities, and operational goals.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance planning efficiency, supplier performance, and overall value creation
  • Support reporting and analytics to inform procurement decisions and operational performance

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Foundational understanding of supply chain concepts, including procurement, inventory management, sourcing, and manufacturing operations
  • Experience or comfort working with analytics and reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations

Why We Have This Role

We’re hiring a Senior Program Manager, Privacy Compliance & Data Governance to establish, scale, and orchestrate our enterprise Information Governance program. You’ll sit at the intersection of Legal, Security, Engineering and Product, bridging the gap between business strategy, legal compliance, data security, and engineering. Rather than acting as a traditional gatekeeper, you will build and manage our "Data Front Door" to directly address how teams discover data rights, request entitlements, and manage novel data use cases safely and efficiently.

How You’ll Find Success and Grow

In this role, you won't just manage compliance—you will shape how our organization safely innovates with data in an increasingly complex global landscape.

  • Lead Enterprise-Wide Change: Grow your capability as a transformational program leader. You will drive a company-wide "Privacy by Design" culture, mentoring cross-functional team members and establishing sustainable governance practices that scale with business growth.
  • Governance Framework & Tooling Strategy: Deep fluency in privacy and data governance, establishing enterprise frameworks, data catalogs, and business glossaries that scale across high-growth SaaS environments.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities to distill complex privacy, legal, and technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Operational Enablement: Proven capability to design centralized intake and triage processes ("Data Front Door") that convert complex legal and security requirements and restrictions into frictionless, self-service internal workflows.

  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Ability to bridge legal and privacy compliance requirements (stemming from laws such as HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, etc.) with practical and understandable technical access controls, working seamlessly alongside Legal, Security, Engineering and Product teams.

  • Proactive Execution: Takes initiative to define the "how" in ambiguity, driving cross-functional alignment and resolving policy conflicts across teams.

  • Adaptive Curiosity: A drive to stay ahead of evolving privacy and data security laws, security architectures, and novel AI/ML data use cases to keep our governance framework compliant, modern, and flexible.

  • Elevate Executive & Strategic Influence: Scale your leadership presence by interfacing directly with leadership and executive stakeholders. You will hone your ability to turn complex legal requirements into business enablers and present risk metrics directly to executive-level audiences.

Things You’ll Do

  • Build the "Data Front Door": Design and manage a centralized intake and triage process for custom data access requests, novel data questions, and complex derivative work inquiries.
  • Curate the Data Marketplace: Establish a centralized Use Case Repository and Data Marketplace detailing pre-approved data uses, restrictions, and licensing parameters across distinct datasets.
  • Automate Metadata & Classification: Partner with engineering and security teams to implement automated data classification, lineage tracking, and metadata harvesting.
  • Translate Policy into Technical Controls: Collaborate with InfoSec to operationalize legal requirements into enforced technical access controls (RBAC/ABAC) and row/column-level security protocols.
  • Drive Governance Adoption: Measure program success through adoption KPIs, request turnaround times, and governance maturity metrics, delivering self-service documentation and onboarding across the org.

What We’re Looking For On Your Resume

  • 8+ years of experience in privacy, data governance, data security, data operations, or information architecture within a high-growth technology, SaaS, or data-intensive organization.
  • Deep understanding of privacy and security frameworks and ability to communicate contractual rights into practical guidance for various teams.
  • Direct experience setting up, configuring, or administering an enterprise data governance framework including the use of catalog tools (e.g., Collibra, Alation, DataGalaxy, Atlan).
  • Technical aptitude with cloud data ecosystems (e.g. Snowflake, Databricks, AWS/GCP), SQL, and data security mechanisms (e.g. hashing, tokenization, anonymization etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to create business-friendly, self-service workflows that accelerate R&D and AI/ML initiatives while ensuring compliance with laws and contractual requirements and adherence to security frameworks.
  • Preferred certifications, examples include:
    • IAPP: CIPP/E, CIPP/US, CIPM, or CIPT
    • ISACA: CISM, CRISC, or CISA
    • Data Governance: IGP or CDMP

What You Should Know About This Team

  • Enablement Over Gatekeeping: We view governance as a business driver. Our goal is to make doing the right thing with data the easiest path for our various teams across the business.
  • Cross-Functional Influence: You will sit at the crossroads of Legal, Security, Engineering and Product teams, serving as the connective tissue that translates legal policies into automated technical realities.
  • Built for Scale: As Qualtrics expands its AI and data capabilities, you will build the foundational governance frameworks that ensure our growth remains safe, ethical, and fully compliant.
