Senior Program Manager, Flow Growth
Autodesk
Job Requisition ID #
Sr. Program Manager, Flow Growth (Flow Studio & Flow Capture)
Position Overview
Do you thrive at the intersection of strategy and execution? Can you take a big growth ambition, break it into a clear operating rhythm, and keep a room full of sales, marketing, strategy, and analytics partners moving in the same direction? Do you get energized by helping build something new? If so, this might be the opportunity for you!
Autodesk Flow is our industry cloud for Media & Entertainment, connecting artists, productions, and studios from first frame to final pixel. Two of its fastest growing businesses are Flow Capture, our secure, cloud-based camera-to-cloud dailies and review solution connecting production and post, and Flow Studio, our AI-powered toolset that turns live-action footage into editable CG scenes and helps creators move from idea to final frame faster. Both sit at the center of how content is being made today, and both have a significant opportunity to scale.
To capture that opportunity, the Director of Sales, Flow is standing up two Cross-Functional Growth Teams, one dedicated to Flow Studio and one dedicated to Flow Capture. Each brings together partners from Sales, Marketing, Strategy, and Analytics who share accountability for scaling these businesses. We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to serve as the Sales Director's right hand in building and running these teams. You will help shape the operating model from the ground up, then own the program management that keeps both teams focused, aligned, and delivering.
In this role you will be at the center of it all, working closely with the Director and senior leaders across Go-To-Market, Product, Marketing, Sales, Strategy, and Business Analytics. You will use your analytical mindset and strong program leadership to bring structure, clear accountabilities, and decision ownership to the work, and you will keep stakeholders engaged with regular communication on progress, risks, and wins. This role reports to the Director of Sales, Flow.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Director of Sales, Flow to stand up the Flow Studio and Flow Capture Growth Teams, helping define charters, roles and responsibilities, and decision rights
- Own the program management for both teams: planning cycles, meeting cadence, business reviews, quarterly priorities, and retrospectives
- Translate the Director's growth strategy into executable plans with clear goals, milestones, owners, and measures, and track progress against them
- Partner with Analytics to define and maintain the KPIs that matter for scale (pipeline, ACV/ARR, conversion, adoption, expansion, retention), giving the teams and leadership a single source of truth
- Coordinate key go-to-market workstreams across functions, such as segment and market prioritization, campaigns, pricing and packaging inputs, partner and channel motions, and sales enablement
- Identify dependencies, risks, and blockers across teams, drive issues to resolution, and bring the right decisions to the Director at the right time
- Prepare the Director for leadership reviews and develop executive communications that deliver the right level of detail for each audience, from team working sessions to senior leadership and business-wide updates
- Proactively spot opportunities to improve efficiency, accountability, and operational excellence, and codify what works so the model can scale as the businesses grow
- Build strong alliances and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and trust across every team you touch
Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in program management, project management, or PMO roles, managing complex cross-functional programs with senior stakeholders
- Experience building new programs, teams, or operating models from the ground up
- Proven experience leading go-to-market or revenue growth programs that span Sales, Marketing, Strategy, and Analytics, including defining the plan, not just executing it
- Experience partnering closely with a senior leader as a trusted advisor, chief of staff, or program lead
- A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, a bias for action, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with comfort defining metrics and using data to drive decisions
- Ability to influence without authority in a matrixed environment
- A consummate planner who stays cool and calm in high-stakes situations and thrives at taming complexity
- Demonstrated executive presence and exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience
- Able to travel up to 20%
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a startup or high-growth business, with comfort operating in an unstructured environment and leading through ambiguity
- Experience in Media & Entertainment, creative tools, or production technology
- Experience scaling SaaS, cloud, or AI-powered products, ideally emerging or high-growth businesses
- Familiarity with subscription business metrics (ARR, ACV, NRR, pipeline coverage) and sales motions (direct, inside, channel, self-serve)
- Strong financial acumen
- Experience with program management and collaboration tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, Power BI, Tableau)
