Colibri Group

Full Time
Posted 11 days ago

At Colibri Group, culture is at the heart of everything we do. Our values Love, Joy, Boldness, Teamwork, and Curiosity guide how we work together, support our customers, and make a difference in the communities we serve.

Colibri Group is a leader in online professional education, serving more than one million learners each year across a family of trusted education brands. Our Healthcare B2B business supports organizations and professionals across a growing portfolio of education products and solutions, including offerings under TRC. As we expand beyond pharmacy into a broader, multiprofessional healthcare audience, strong product marketing will help us bring a clearer, more connected story to market.

Come Build What’s Next

We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to define how Colibri positions, launches, and grows its Healthcare B2B products and solutions. You’ll turn customer and market insight into compelling product stories, focused go-to-market plans, and practical tools that help our teams connect with the right buyers.

This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Head of B2B Marketing. You’ll own positioning and messaging, competitive intelligence, launch readiness, and sales enablement across a growing portfolio. You’ll partner closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, Client Success, and other teams to move work forward and build alignment—without needing direct reporting authority.

We’re looking for a hands-on product marketer who understands complex B2B buying decisions, is comfortable asking thoughtful questions, and can bring people together to solve problems. You should enjoy shaping strategy, digging into research, pushing launches forward, and making technical or multifaceted solutions easy to understand.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the Healthcare B2B product marketing approach, including priorities, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans across a growing product portfolio
  • Build clear value propositions, buyer personas, segmentation, and customer journeys that reflect how healthcare organizations evaluate and purchase solutions
  • Lead customer and competitive research, develop competitive frameworks, and turn market intelligence into useful recommendations for Marketing, Sales, and Product
  • Partner with Product Managers to bring customer needs and market opportunities into product planning and roadmap discussions
  • Lead product launches from planning through market readiness, aligning narratives, messaging, customer-facing content, and cross-functional deliverables
  • Equip Sales and go-to-market teams with practical resources, competitive insights, and consistent messages that help them tell the broader portfolio story
  • Bring together Product, Engineering, Sales, Client Success, Marketing, and Content partners to resolve challenges, align priorities, and keep initiatives moving
  • Define and track meaningful measures of launch performance, customer adoption, engagement, and business impact; use insights to improve future plans

What You’ll Bring

  • 6+ years of hands-on product marketing experience in B2B or enterprise software, with the judgment to operate at a senior level
  • Current or recent ownership of core product marketing work, including go-to-market strategy, product launches, positioning, and messaging—not simply campaign support
  • A demonstrated track record of bringing complex products, platforms, or product portfolios to market and translating customer needs into compelling value propositions
  • Experience working directly with Product Managers, Sales, and Marketing teams throughout the product lifecycle, including building alignment without direct authority
  • Strong customer and competitive research skills, including the ability to develop frameworks and communicate actionable market insights
  • Clear, confident communication, strong interpersonal skills, a proactive problem-solving approach, and comfort asking questions and driving decisions
  • A data-informed mindset, with experience using performance metrics and customer feedback to evaluate impact and refine strategy

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with clinical healthcare audiences or solutions, such as pharmacy, nursing, behavioral health, healthcare organizations, or healthcare professionals
  • Experience in continuing education, workforce development, or a multi-brand or portfolio business

Tools, Platforms, and Methodologies You May Use

Experience with every tool, platform, or methodology below is not required. We care most about how you turn research and market knowledge into effective positioning, launch decisions, and measurable outcomes.

  • Go-to-market planning, product launch and readiness frameworks
  • Customer research, buyer personas, segmentation, and journey mapping
  • Competitive intelligence, battlecards, and positioning frameworks
  • Product usage, adoption, engagement, and performance reporting
  • Sales enablement, collaboration, and project management tools

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Own meaningful product marketing work with visibility across our Healthcare B2B business
  • Help shape the story behind a growing portfolio serving healthcare organizations and professionals
  • Work directly with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Client Success partners to solve challenging business problems
  • Have room to bring ideas, build stronger processes, and influence how we go to market
  • Join a growing team where future leadership paths may develop as business needs evolve
  • Join a mission-driven organization where your expertise and judgment can have a visible impact

We Encourage You to Apply

You may not check every preferred box, and that is okay! We welcome experienced product marketers from B2B software, enterprise technology, education technology, workforce development, and related complex business environments. Prior healthcare experience is a plus, not a requirement.

This role does require hands-on product marketing experience, ownership of go-to-market and positioning work, and the ability to partner effectively across Product, Sales, and Marketing. If your background has primarily focused on general brand marketing, digital campaigns, or product management without direct product marketing ownership, this may not be the right opportunity.

What You Can Expect From Our Hiring Process

We want our interview process to give you a clear picture of the role, the team, and what it’s like to work at Colibri while giving us the opportunity to understand your experience, how you approach your work, and what you’re looking for next. We do not use AI to review applications; applications are reviewed by a human member of our Talent Acquisition team. While the exact process may vary slightly by role, you can generally expect:

1. Recruiter Conversation

An introductory conversation with a member of our Talent Acquisition team to learn more about your experience, career goals, and interest in Colibri. We’ll also share more about the role, team, compensation, and what to expect throughout the process.

2. Hiring Manager Conversation

A deeper discussion with the hiring manager focused on your relevant experience, how you approach the work, and the priorities and challenges this person will own.

3. Team and/or Cross-Functional Interviews

Depending on the role, you may meet with future teammates, partners, or leaders you would work closely with. These conversations are designed to explore the skills most relevant to the position while giving you the opportunity to learn more about how the team works together.

4. Final Conversation and Decision

For some roles, there may be a final conversation with an additional leader or stakeholder. Our Talent Acquisition team will keep you informed about next steps and timing throughout the process.

Application deadline: October 22nd, 2026

Our goal is to make the experience thoughtful, respectful, and transparent. We encourage you to ask questions throughout the process—we’re evaluating the opportunity together.

Our Commitment to Inclusion

Colibri Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome, respected, and empowered to do their best work. We encourage qualified candidates from all backgrounds, experiences, and career paths to apply.

Principal Product Marketing Manager (AI Gateway)

Axway

Overview

We are seeking our new Principal Product Marketing Manager (AI Gateway) to join the Axway team!

Axway’s AI Gateway helps enterprises govern AI model interactions and agent access with policy controls, security, observability, and accountability. It is part of a wider Amplify approach that connects enterprise AI with API Management, multi-pattern integration, and service engagement in complex hybrid environments.

We are hiring a senior, hands-on Product Marketing professional based in the US to make Axway’s AI Gateway more visible and credible through exceptional thought leadership, direct analyst engagement, and strong industry speaking. You will execute within the global Product Marketing strategy, work autonomously, and personally produce high-quality content rather than primarily coordinate other writers.

Location: United States

Remote: U.S. based with limited travel

Responsibilities

CORE PRODUCT MARKETING RESPONSIBILITIES

Product marketing and positioning execution

  • Translate the approved positioning for Axway’s AI Gateway and the wider Amplify platform into clear product narratives, persona-based messaging, differentiated value propositions, and credible customer use cases.
  • Communicate the role of AI governance alongside API Management, multi-pattern integration and enterprise service discovery without confusing product boundaries or overstating capabilities.
  • Adapt narratives to technical and business buyers including CIOs, CISOs, architects, AI leaders and integration teams across financial services, manufacturing, healthcare and government.

Go-to-market and launch delivery

  • Own assigned product marketing workstreams for launches and releases: messaging, market-facing assets, FAQs, customer use cases, commercial readiness and coordinated field communications.
  • Work closely with Product Management, Sales, Field Marketing, and partner teams to deliver complete assets on agreed timelines and maintain consistent global positioning.

Hands-on writing and customer proofing

  • Personally research, outline, write, refine and deliver high-quality white papers, solution briefs, product presentations, value decks, articles and campaign source content. This is a writing and creation role, not a content coordination role.
  • Build evidence-based customer stories and technical proof points from interviews with product experts, field teams, and customers. Validate claims and distinguish current capabilities from the roadmap.

Independent cross-functional delivery

  • Convert a strategic brief into an actionable plan, gather input, resolve routine obstacles, coordinate reviews, and ship finished outputs with minimal supervision.
  • Use field feedback, analyst research, competitor signals and customer insights to recommend practical improvements within the agreed global Product Marketing direction.

ROLE SPECIALISATION

Thought leadership and external market voice

  • Build and execute an editorial and thought-leadership program for Axway’s AI Gateway, with informed points of view on enterprise AI governance, agentic AI, MCP services, secure model access and the relationship between AI, APIs and integration.
  • Personally author opinion pieces, executive narratives, keynote content, white papers and speaking abstracts that connect technology to business outcomes for regulated enterprises.

Events, speaking and industry influence

  • Represent Axway as a credible subject-matter speaker at relevant industry conferences, panel discussions, webinars, executive roundtables and customer events; partner with Events and Communications on event selection and speaker preparation.
  • Prepare presentation storylines and deliver engaging talks independently, adapting material for both technical audiences and executive decision-makers.

Analyst Relations delivery

  • Lead the Product Marketing contribution to analyst briefings, inquiries and relevant evaluations with Gartner, Forrester, IDC and specialist research firms in collaboration with corporate Analyst Relations.
  • Write briefing narratives, build evidence packs, prepare responses, participate in analyst conversations, and translate research feedback into actionable content and positioning improvements.

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE THAT WILL HELP

Required (each one rules a candidate in or out)

  • 8+ years in enterprise B2B product marketing or enterprise technology marketing with substantial direct ownership of Product Marketing deliverables.
  • Demonstrated experience positioning complex enterprise software in competitive or emerging categories, with clear examples of results and real outputs.
  • Exceptional professional English writing and editing; ability to show personally authored product marketing assets for executive, business, and technical audiences.
  • Technical depth to collaborate credibly with enterprise architects, product managers and engineers on APIs, AI governance or integration platforms.
  • Hands-on experience executing product launches and GTM content for enterprise software, including sales or customer-facing materials.
  • Demonstrated autonomy, prioritization, and delivery reliability across multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Hands-on Analyst Relations experience: direct participation in industry analyst briefings, inquiries, or formal evaluations and personally prepared analyst-facing materials.
  • Proven external presenting or speaking experience including industry conferences, webinars, panels or executive events; ability to represent the company independently.

Helpful, not required

  • Previous Product Marketing experience within the enterprise software industry, preferably in API Management, Integration, AI infrastructure or closely related technology markets.
  • Familiarity with AI security, API security, identity, data governance, iPaaS, hybrid connectivity, or enterprise middleware.
  • Experience with regulated-industry buyers and relevant frameworks such as NIST AI RMF, HIPAA, FedRAMP
  • Experience with new categories, growth-stage initiatives, global launches, and cross-regional collaboration

DomainTools

United States
Full Time
Posted 25 days ago

The Mission

Cyberattack runs on internet infrastructure. DomainTools maps it, and has for over 25 years.

The world's most advanced security teams rely on DomainTools to identify malicious infrastructure before it's used against them. We're not a company coasting on legacy. We're in an active growth phase: shipping new products, expanding our intelligence platform well beyond our DNS roots, and positioning at the center of where cybersecurity is heading in the age of AI.

Today, DomainTools delivers a comprehensive internet intelligence platform covering domains, IPs, hostnames, SSL certificates, passive DNS, real-time threat feeds, and AI-native integrations, with visibility into 97% of the internet. Our Iris platform, DNSDB, real-time threat feeds, and MCP Server are the intelligence backbone for security teams at Fortune 500 companies, U.S. federal agencies, and the world's most sophisticated SOCs.

We're not chasing a category. We define it, and we're accelerating.

The Opportunity

DomainTools is at an inflection point. Strong product-market fit. A platform expanding rapidly in capability and scope. A market shifting decisively toward AI-native security operations, where agentic SOC workflows are moving from concept to production and where the retirement of legacy threat intelligence platforms is creating a window of competitive opportunity that favors us.

This role owns how that intelligence is positioned, launched, and sold.

You'll sit at the intersection of Product, Research, Sales, and Demand Generation. You'll turn intelligence, and investigative capability into clear narratives for practitioners and economic buyers, then put those narratives into the assets the field actually uses. You'll write battle cards that sales reps reach for in competitive deals. You'll build launch plans that ship with a narrative, enablement, and a measured result. You'll know the threat intelligence market well enough to brief an analyst or a sales engineer without a handler in the room.

What You'll Own

Positioning and Messaging

  • Own the narrative for assigned products and use cases, including investigation, threat hunting, fraud and brand protection, detection enrichment, and API-first data consumption. Keep it current as the product and market evolve.
  • Write for two audiences at once: the SOC analyst or threat hunter who has to trust the data, and the CISO or SOC Director who has to justify the spend.
  • Maintain the messaging framework so the website, sales team, partners, and campaigns all say the same thing and mean it.
  • Translate technical depth into buyer language without flattening what makes DomainTools different: 25+ years of data, predictive Risk Scoring, guided infrastructure pivots, and AI-native access via the MCP Server.

Launches and Go-to-Market

  • Plan and run go-to-market for product launches and major releases in partnership with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Demand Generation.
  • Define the full launch package: audience, narrative, asset list, enablement plan, and how you'll know it worked. Not just an announcement.
  • Translate the roadmap into a launch calendar the rest of the team can execute against, with enough lead time to do it well.
  • Own the AI and agentic SOC narrative as a launch pillar in its own right, positioning the MCP Server, AI-native workflows, and the shift from analyst-assisted to autonomous investigation as a coherent, compelling story for the market.

Sales and Partner Enablement

  • Build the field kit: first-call decks, solution briefs, battle cards, talk tracks, objection handlers, demo narratives, and proof points. Assets sales uses without rewriting.
  • Train sales and solutions engineering on positioning, competitive differentiation, and how to run a compelling DomainTools demonstration.
  • Join deals when the narrative needs an owner, including competitive situations, strategic accounts, and moments where the right framing changes the outcome.
  • Equip resellers and technology partners who embed or distribute DomainTools intelligence, including the security platforms and SIEM, SOAR, XDR, and TIP vendors we integrate with, with messaging that works for their buyers and go-to-market motion.

Market and Competitive Intelligence

  • Track how buyers evaluate Domain Tools data and intelligence against other solutions. Know the competitive landscape cold. Know what shifts in the threat intelligence market mean for our pipeline and positioning.
  • Run win/loss and competitive reviews on a regular cadence. Feed what you learn back to Product and Sales, not just into a document no one reads.
  • Bring a point of view to analyst conversations, partner briefings, and market-facing moments where DomainTools needs a voice.

Content and Proof

  • Partner with Research and Content on thought leadership tied to real adversary infrastructure, not generic cyber news. DomainTools has 25 years of data and a research team that uncovers things others can't see. Your job is to make that visible.
  • Produce or direct web copy, solution pages, blog posts, customer stories, and proof content that sales will actually forward.
  • Build the evidence base: customer outcomes, third-party validation data, investigation time benchmarks, and use-case proof points that make every claim land.

How We'll Know It's Working

  • Sales reaches for your assets in competitive deals, without rewriting them first.
  • Launches ship with a narrative, enablement, and a measured result, not just an announcement.
  • Win stories and competitive guidance get sharper each quarter.
  • Product and Sales can both describe the same differentiation, in the same language.
  • The market, including analysts, prospects, and partners, understands what DomainTools does and why it's different.

Requirements

Must-haves:

  • 5+ years in B2B product marketing, with meaningful time in cybersecurity. Threat intelligence, DNS or domain data, fraud, security analytics, or SOC-facing products is a strong plus.
  • A portfolio that shows messaging, a launch, and sales assets, not only campaign work. We want to see the battle card, the brief, and the deck, not just the email sequence.
  • The ability to make technical products legible without flattening them. DomainTools buyers are practitioners. They'll know if you've oversimplified.
  • Comfort with enterprise security cycles, including intelligence buyers and vendors who consume data via API, not just UI-first buyers.
  • Enough cyber fluency to brief a sales engineer or a threat intelligence analyst without a handler in the room. You don't need to have been a SOC analyst, but you need to understand what one does.
  • Genuine curiosity about AI in security operations. The agentic SOC isn't a future state. It's happening now. You should have a point of view on what it means for how security teams buy, evaluate, and use intelligence tools.
  • Clear, confident writing. You'll write a significant portion of this job yourself, from solution briefs to competitive one-pagers to internal training decks.
  • Cross-functional instincts. You'll work closely with Product, Sales, Research, and Demand Gen. You'll influence and earn trust through the quality of your work.

Strong plus:

  • Hands-on experience with investigative or threat intelligence platforms.
  • Experience marketing API or data products, not only UI-first tools. DomainTools is increasingly consumed programmatically, via API, data feeds, and the MCP Server.
  • Familiarity with agentic AI workflows and how security teams are integrating LLMs into SOC operations. The MCP Server is a live, growing product and a central part of our story going forward.
  • Experience building or marketing within a technology partner or reseller ecosystem, particularly across SIEM, SOAR, XDR, or TIP platforms.
  • Analyst-relations or partner-marketing exposure.
  • Familiarity with SOC, fraud, or brand protection buying groups.
  • Experience marketing to or within the public sector or federal government.

Why DomainTools

The product is real, and growing fast. DomainTools has shipped more new capabilities in the past 12 months than in several prior years combined: real-time threat feeds, the MCP Server for AI-native security workflows, IrisQL for programmatic investigation, and a growing ecosystem of integrations across Splunk, CrowdStrike, Palo Alto Networks, Google SecOps, and more. The roadmap is accelerating, not slowing.

The customers are the proof. Security teams at Fortune 500 companies, federal agencies, and the world's most sophisticated SOCs use DomainTools every day. The product earns its renewals. Your job is to make sure more of the right buyers find it.

The culture is real. We value integrity, customer focus, impact, teamwork, innovation, and joy. We love what we do, and it shows.

Compensation: $125K - $150K base salary, plus a 10% annual bonus

Benefits

DomainTools is the global leader for Internet intelligence and the first place security practitioners go when they need to know. The world’s most advanced security teams use our solutions to identify external risks, investigate threats, and proactively protect their organizations in a constantly evolving threat landscape. DomainTools constantly monitors the Internet and brings together the most comprehensive and trusted domain website and DNS data to provide immediate context and machine-learning driven risk analytics delivered in near real-time.

DomainTools offers a comprehensive benefits package to our employees that includes fully paid medical, dental and vision insurance premiums, a 401k retirement plan with company matching, basic life insurance, flexible PTO and additional well-being benefits.

DomainTools embraces diversity, equity and inclusion to its fullest as an equal opportunity employer. We build our teams so creativity and innovation can flourish. We believe inclusivity and equity fosters innovation and growth, and we harness this mindset to drive a culture that serves our employees and our customers.
