Twin Health
Twin Health
At Twin Health, we empower people to improve and prevent chronic metabolic diseases, like type 2 diabetes and obesity, with a new standard of care. Twin Health is the only company applying AI Digital Twin technology exclusively toward metabolic health.
We start by building a dynamic model of each person’s metabolism — drawing on thousands of data points from CGMs, smartwatches, and meal logs — that maps their personal path to better health. Guided by a dedicated clinical care team, our members have lowered their A1C below the diabetes range, achieved lasting weight loss, and reduced or even eliminated medications, all while living healthier, happier lives.
Working here
Our team at Twin Health is passionate, talented, and united by a shared purpose: to improve the metabolic health and happiness of our members. We believe in empowering every Twin to make a meaningful impact for our members, our clients, and each other, while enjoying a supportive, collaborative work environment.
Twin has been recognized not only for our innovation but also for our culture, including: Innovator of the Year by the Employer Health Innovation Roundtable (EHIR), selected to CB Insights’ Digital Health 150, and named one of Newsweek’s Top Most Loved Workplace® .
With more than $100 million raised in recent funding, including a $53 million Series E round in 2025 led by Maj Invest, and a $50 million investment in 2023 led by Temasek, Twin is scaling rapidly across the U.S. and globally. Backed by leading venture firms like ICONIQ Growth, Sequoia, Sofina, Temasek, and Peak XV, we are building the most impactful digital health company in the world.
Join us as we reinvent the standard of care in metabolic health.
Opportunity
Twin Health sells cardio-metabolic programs to health plans, employers, and health systems. As our Product Marketing Manager, you’ll own the story we tell those buyers: what we sell, who it’s for, and why we win. You’ll make every launch, RFI, and sales conversation sharper, and you’ll check that the story holds up in real deals.
You’ll build the messaging and sales content that Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing use across a growing portfolio, including Type 2 Diabetes, Healthy Weight, and Prediabetes. You’ll set the strategy and write the content yourself. You’ll report to the Director of Product Marketing and sit on the Product team. This is our second PMM hire, so you’ll join a small, growing function and have real say in how it works.
Responsibilities
- Build one source of truth for positioning, launch messaging, and sales enablement across all programs
- Interview prospective buyers and current clients, and turn what you learn into personas that cover needs, buying process, and common objections
- Turn clinical outcomes and product capabilities into value propositions reps can use live in deals
- Work with Product on launches, from defining customer value to go-to-market
- Write pitch decks, case studies, one-pagers, battlecards, talk tracks, FAQs, RFI/RFP responses, and demo and video scripts, and work with Marketing and Design to ship them
- Track whether new messaging is landing in rep conversations and deal outcomes, and fix it when it isn’t
- Run regular check-ins with Sales, Health Economics, and Customer Success to keep messaging current as programs change
- Keep the portfolio telling one connected Twin story, including at company all-hands and major partner presentations
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 5+ years in product marketing, ideally at a health tech or B2B SaaS company with multiple products or segments
- Built personas from real buyer interviews, not just demographics
- Built a messaging framework that worked across more than one product
- Written sales and marketing content that reps actually use in deals
- Strong writing, from an executive narrative to a rep-ready talk track
- Skill with AI tools, plus the judgment to question their output and own the accuracy of your work
- A track record of working with Product, Sales, Marketing, Health Economics, and Customer Success without authority over them
- A high bar for accuracy
- Healthcare or employer benefits experience (strongly preferred)
Preferred
- Cardio-metabolic, digital health, or health plan/employer benefits experience
- RFI/RFP response experience
- Scripting or storyboarding video or demo content
- This remote opportunity based out of the U.S. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
Compensation and Benefits
The compensation range for this position is $140,000 - $160,000 annually.
Twin has an ambitious vision to empower people to live healthier and happier lives, and to achieve this purpose, we need the very best people to enhance our cutting-edge technology and medical science, deliver the best possible care, and turn our passion into value for our members, partners and investors. We are committed to delivering an outstanding culture and experience for every Twin employee through a company based on the values of passion, talent, and trust. We offer comprehensive benefits and perks in line with these principles, as well as a high level of flexibility for every Twin
- A competitive compensation package in line with leading technology companies
- A remote and accomplished global team
- Opportunity for equity participation
- Unlimited vacation with manager approval
- 16 weeks of 100% paid parental leave for delivering parents; 8 weeks of 100% paid parental leave for non-delivering parents
- 100% Employer sponsored healthcare, dental, and vision for you, and 80% coverage for your family; Health Savings Account and Flexible Spending Account options
- 401k retirement savings plan

- You have built sales enablement and competitive intelligence programs that sellers actually use
- You can take a technical product and make it simple and compelling for different audiences, from lab technicians to executives
- You have a high motor - you push through roadblocks, move fast, and don’t stop until the job is done
- You’ve worked on small, fast-moving teams and are comfortable with a high rate of change
- You are a self-starter with a strong bias for action - you identify opportunities, build solutions and move quickly without being told what to do
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency using AI tools in product marketing work
- 4-year Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
Nice to Have:
- Experience with LIMS or similar technical B2B SaaS products
- Experience marketing to scientific, regulated or technical buyers

- Support messaging, positioning, launch narrative, and external speaking.
What You Bring to the Table
- 4+ years of experience in B2B software product marketing, including running launches end to end.
- Experience on a team small enough that you owned the outcome rather than a slice of it.
- Track record with analyst relations, including formal evaluation submissions.
- Experience with pricing and packaging mechanics, or a strong appetite to learn.
- Strong cross-functional project management skills, with the discipline to hold a launch together when the work gets deep.
- A track record of building enablement the field actually uses.
- Comfort working directly with product and engineering on technical products.
- Strong writing, with the judgment to know when something is not good enough yet.
- Comfort operating without perfect inputs or heavy process.
- Background in finance, FP&A, or accounting, or experience marketing to finance buyers, preferred.
- Willingness to present externally through webinars, customer sessions, and events, preferred.
Why Planful
- 2 Volunteer days per year, Birthday PTO, and quarterly company Wellness Days
