  • Driving business plans and projects by identifying the customer and operational needs of the product
  • Building a team environment by selecting, training, and mentoring
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of your products and initiatives to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness with participating stakeholders

  • You have a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects: work prioritization, planning, task delegation and hitting deadlines
  • You have a demonstrated ability to understand and discuss strategic business concepts, manage trade-offs and evaluate opportunistic new ideas
  • You have skills in tracking and reporting on product launch metrics, utilizing feedback to drive associated actions and product iteration, as well as experience contributing to post-launch reviews and driving incorporation of feedback in future product releases

Product Manager - Engineering

Techstars

**
United States
Full Time
Posted 8 days ago

Job Type: Full-Time | Location: Remote (United States)

Techstars is undergoing a significant platform transformation: consolidating legacy systems into Techstars OS, sunsetting older tools, and leaning into AI to run our business lines more effectively. As Product Manager, you will be the operational center of gravity for this work. The VP of Product & Engineering owns roadmap and strategy; you own the day-to-day delivery. That means taking a loosely defined stakeholder request and turning it into a clear, documented plan that engineering can build against. It also means getting stakeholders aligned, keeping them informed, and shepherding them through change, not just collecting their feedback. This role spans the full Techstars internal platform: OS, data systems, founder tools, and the integrations that connect them.

What you will do

  • Translate ambiguous stakeholder requests into well-structured, engineering-ready work plans: clear scope, acceptance criteria, open questions called out, tradeoffs documented
  • Own day-to-day product delivery across Techstars internal systems and their supporting tools
  • Run the product lifecycle end to end: intake, discovery, requirements, sprint management, go-live coordination, and post-launch follow-up
  • Manage the backlog in Jira: sprint planning, refinement, prioritization, and keeping the team focused and unblocked
  • Produce clear, direct documentation that demonstrates that you understand the problem and the solution in your own words, not that you can prompt an AI to generate one.
  • Lead change management as Techstars moves away from legacy systems
  • Shepherd stakeholders through the full lifecycle of a change, communicating tradeoffs, managing expectations, and bringing people along
  • Partner closely with the operations and program teams to understand real workflow friction before specifying solutions
  • Maintain human-digestible documentation so context is captured and the team can move fast without losing institutional knowledge
  • Track usage and adoption of new features and flag what is not landing so the team can iterate quickly

What you bring

  • 4+ years of product management experience in software, ideally at a company where you worked across multiple internal tools or platforms, not a single product
  • Proven ability to turn a loosely defined problem or request into a documented, scoped plan that an engineering team can execute on
  • Strong change management instincts: you know how to get stakeholders on board with something they did not ask for, and how to hold that relationship through a difficult transition
  • Experience working directly with engineers, you understand technical tradeoffs, can read a ticket, and know when to push back on scope
  • Excellent written communication: your PRDs, tickets, and async updates are clear the first time and do not require meetings to explain
  • Proficiency with Jira and agile/scrum processes, sprint planning, capacity management, and release coordination
  • Comfort working across a wide range of stakeholders from ELT to program associates, you adjust your communication style and know how to build trust at every level
  • A bias for action and equanimity under shifting priorities, you can hold multiple workstreams without losing the details
  • Analytical enough to define a success metric, instrument a feature, and know whether it actually worked

Nice to have

  • Experience in a startup accelerator, venture capital, or founder-services context
  • Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce, Metabase, Jira, and Notion as a power user
  • Experience managing a product through a legacy migration or platform consolidation
  • Background working with data or operational systems, you have worked on features that help non-technical teams get value out of structured data
  • Experience working at or with a small, high-autonomy engineering team

Knowledge of financial or investment data in a VC or startup context
Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: 120,000 - 140,000 USD

Benefits: Techstars offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, and paid time off.

About Techstars
Since 2006, Techstars has been investing in the world’s most ambitious founders. We find great founders early, through a global network two decades in the making, and back them with capital, mentorship, and the connections they need to grow.

Techstars is an affirmative action, equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, sex, age, national origin, religion, physical or mental handicaps or disabilities, marital status, Veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity nor any other basis prohibited by law.

Product Manager

VA Loan Guaranty (LGY) Program | Full-Time W-2 | Fully Remote (U.S.)

The Problem We're Hiring You to Solve

Every month, your product decisions reach Veterans buying homes, the lenders who close their loans, the servicers who manage them, and the VA staff who stand behind the guaranty.

We are hiring a Product Manager for the modernization of the VA Loan Guaranty (LGY) technology portfolio. The job is translation under pressure: statute, policy, and a sprawling stakeholder ecosystem on one side, a backlog that ships to production every 30 days on the other, while a 20-year-old legacy platform keeps running until the modern one replaces it. If you can hold the Veteran, the lender, and the regulation in your head at the same time, keep reading.

The Opportunity

Most product roles let you invent demand. This one hands you something rarer: a product whose demand is guaranteed by law, which means every ounce of product discipline goes into making the experience better instead of making the funnel bigger.

The LGY portfolio spans the loan guaranty lifecycle: origination-adjacent workflows, servicing oversight and loss mitigation, claims, housing grants, and analytics. The modern platform is Salesforce-centered and configuration-first, supplemented by serverless capabilities in a government cloud. Users include VA program staff and thousands of external lender and servicer users.

The rhythm is fast and formal. Business needs enter through an intake process that produces an executable plan, with refined scope and level of effort, in days. Development runs on a monthly release cadence with an explicit quality bar: acceptance criteria sharp enough to support automated testing, defect detection above 95% before user acceptance testing, and accessibility built into every story. Your requirements are the first link in that quality chain.

You will partner with an Enterprise Solution Architect who owns the designs, an Engineering Lead who owns delivery, and a DevSecOps Lead who owns the platform. You own what gets built, in what order, and why.

What You'll Own

  • The backlog as an instrument of the mission. Turn business needs and policy changes into refined, traceable user stories with acceptance criteria precise enough that engineers build the right thing and testers can automate against it.
  • Intake to executable plan, fast. Drive new needs from raw business intent to a scoped, estimated, committed plan in days, working shoulder to shoulder with architecture and engineering.
  • The roadmap across the portfolio. Sequence modernization, sustainment, and legacy decommissioning, and keep the roadmap credible enough that the customer plans against it.
  • A stakeholder ecosystem, not a stakeholder. Balance VA program officials, field staff, and external lender and servicer users whose interests do not always align.
  • Value in every release. Own prioritization so every 30-day release ships something stakeholders can name, and coordinate user acceptance testing that runs smoothly because the criteria were right from the start.
  • The configure-versus-customize conversation. The program mandates configuration-first solutions. You represent the business value side of those tradeoffs and know when to fight for a custom exception.
  • Decisions informed by data. Ground prioritization in analytics, usage, and operational metrics, and push for instrumentation where it does not exist yet.
  • The transition experience. As functions move from legacy to modern, sequence the change so lenders, servicers, and VA staff are brought along rather than surprised.

AI-Native Product Management

AI is part of how PhoenixTeam works, and product management may have more to gain from it than any other discipline on the program.

We are looking for someone who already uses AI tools as a working part of their practice: analyzing policy and regulation changes to extract requirements impacts in hours instead of weeks, drafting and stress-testing user stories before refinement, synthesizing stakeholder feedback into decision-ready themes, and keeping the backlog coherent as the portfolio grows.

Judgment stays human. You know when AI output misreads a regulation or produces acceptance criteria that sound precise but are not. And boundaries are non-negotiable: federal environments govern what tools may touch government data and systems. Use AI wherever it creates leverage, and understand the security, data, privacy, and authorization boundaries governing where and how it can be used.

What Great Looks Like

Twelve months in, we would expect to see:

  1. Intake is fast and trusted. Needs move from raw intent to committed plans in days, and the customer trusts the scoping because it keeps proving accurate.
  2. Requirements stopped causing rework. Stories flow into development without churn, and ambiguity-driven defects trend toward zero.
  3. Every release has a headline. Stakeholders can name what shipped last month and why it mattered.
  4. UAT is uneventful. The business was engaged all along, not summoned at the end.
  5. The roadmap is the plan of record, and it survives policy changes because you built it to flex.
  6. AI is visibly part of your practice, with policy analysis, story drafting, and feedback synthesis running measurably faster.

What You Bring

We care about evidence more than resumes. Expect us to ask which products you have shaped, what your requirements looked like to the engineers who built from them, and how AI functions in your practice today.

  • A product management record on complex enterprise software, with real users, real stakes, and outcomes rather than ceremonies.
  • Housing finance domain fluency. You can hold your own with business stakeholders on day one. Depth in servicing, loss mitigation, or claims is especially relevant.
  • Requirements craft. You write stories and acceptance criteria that engineers praise and testers can automate against.
  • Federal delivery experience. You treat accessibility, security, and documentation as product constraints to design within, not obstacles to resent.
  • Stakeholder range. You facilitate rooms spanning senior officials, field users, and engineers, and you can say no to a stakeholder and keep the relationship.
  • Evidence-driven prioritization, with stated assumptions when data is thin.
  • Demonstrated AI-in-the-loop practice you can show us concretely.
  • Judgment under ambiguity. You make the call, document the reasoning, and own the outcome.

  • U.S.-based, and able to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust clearance.

We do not screen on degrees or year counts. If your evidence is strong, we want to talk.

Helpful, Not Required

  • Direct experience with VA Loan Guaranty, VALERI, or other VA benefit programs.
  • FHA, USDA rural housing, or GSE experience, or lender and servicer operations on the commercial side.
  • Product work on Salesforce or a comparable configuration-first platform.
  • Familiarity with MISMO, URLA, Jira and Confluence, or scaled agile.

Leadership Expectations

This role leads through the product. You set direction that architecture, engineering, and the customer align around, present recommendations to federal decision-makers with evidence, and challenge direction that will hurt the program or the Veteran, respectfully and early, including ours. Silent disagreement is a failure mode here, and so is the PM who relays stakeholder requests without shaping them. When priorities conflict, you make the call and own the outcome.

This May Not Be the Role for You If...

You may struggle here if you need someone else to translate policy into requirements, treat product management as ticket administration, avoid telling stakeholders no, wait for complete information before committing, treat compliance as friction rather than product requirements, view AI as a novelty, or stopped learning when you became senior. None of that makes someone a bad product manager. It makes them a bad fit for this particular job.

Why PhoenixTeam

  • You will be among people who speak your language. PhoenixTeam is a woman-owned small business founded and led by housing finance technologists who still do the work, with years embedded inside federal housing programs from loan guaranty to rural housing to mortgage insurance.
  • Direct customer access. Your product judgment reaches the federal decision-makers who act on it.
  • You shape the product, not just the backlog. You define how product management works on this program.
  • AI-native is practice, not positioning. We fund ongoing AI education and development for the entire team.
  • Fully remote,S.-based, permanently.
  • Competitive salary and 100% employer-paid medical insurance.
  • Mission you can explain at dinner. The product you shape supports the home loan benefit for the people who served this country.

Position Requirements

  • Full-time W-2 employment with PhoenixTeam.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Fully remote.
  • Work supports the Department of Veterans Affairs Loan Guaranty Service (LGY).
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required federal Public Trust clearance. A Secret clearance is not required.

About Dropzone AI

Dropzone’s mission is to scale cybersecurity beyond human limits, and augment every single human security engineer/analyst with an army of AI security specialists. Humans alone cannot sufficiently protect our digital future, and AI augmentation is the only way for defenders to reclaim the high ground. We are an award winning company disrupting the $200B+ cybersecurity market.

Powered by Gen AI advancements, our technology offloads repetitive day-to-day work and frees human analysts to focus on real threats and higher-value projects. We are venture-backed, and our team has a rare blend of deep experience across cybersecurity, AI/ML, and SaaS product development. Join us if you want to be on the ground floor of using Gen AI to transform cyber defense. Learn more at.

About the role

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the two squads that decide whether Dropzone works on day one of a deployment and whether it keeps working at scale.

The Integrations squad gets every eligible signal source into the AI SOC Team complete, deduplicated, and once, so no alert goes uninvestigated because of a data gap. The Platform squad makes connecting and administering Dropzone something customers do themselves, including tenant management for MSSPs, access control, audit trail, case management, and governed response actions.

These squads share one outcome: the time from contract signature to trusted, self-serve coverage of a customer's full signal estate. Today that number depends too heavily on our sales engineers and support team. Your job is to make it a product number.

This is a senior individual contributor role embedded in product/engineering trios. You own the customer problem, the business outcome, prioritization, and the honest answer to whether we succeeded. You will not be handed a roadmap. You'll help discover the problem, define the right solution, and own whether it lands. You'll report to the Head of Product.

What you'll do

  • Serve as product lead in two cross-functional trios alongside engineering and design, owning the customer problem, business outcome, and prioritization for each squad.
  • Lead continuous discovery with SOC analysts, SOC managers, MSSP operators, and platform administrators. You talk to customers every week, not every quarter.
  • Define and instrument the metrics that tell us, per customer, whether their signal estate is fully covered and whether they got there without our help.
  • Run the integration prioritization process: reconcile requests from sales, POCs, customer success, and production telemetry into a stack-rank that survives contact with a closing deal.
  • Decide which integration categories Dropzone builds, partners for, or declines, and document the reasoning so the company stops re-litigating it.
  • Turn admin, tenant, audit, and access workflows into product that enterprise and MSSP customers configure themselves, with the governance controls regulated buyers require.
  • Own the response action surface with the maturity model we hold ourselves to: recommend, preview, approve, execute, verify, learn. Nothing executes without human-defined authorization and a verifiable trail.
  • Ship in small increments, measure impact, and adjust. Every release carries the problem it solves, the outcome it supports, a metric to watch, and a named validation owner.
  • Contribute to the product operating model: help define what good discovery, prioritization, and release look like at Dropzone.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years owning platform, integrations, or infrastructure-adjacent product where the customer is technical and the failure modes are quiet.
  • Experience shipping in security, observability, data infrastructure, or an adjacent domain. You can hold your own with a SOC analyst on how an alert moves from an EDR or SIEM into a case.
  • A demonstrated discovery practice. You can describe the last assumption you were wrong about and how you found out before you shipped it.
  • A track record of outcome-based roadmaps: decisions that changed measurable customer behavior, not feature lists that got approved.
  • Comfort being the person who says no to a customer request and can explain why in language the account executive can repeat.
  • Strong written communication. Most of your influence here happens in documents read by people who were not in the meeting.
  • The habit of separating facts from inferences in your own work, and noticing when others do not.
  • A preference for focused ownership over distributed coordination. You do your best work deeply embedded in a problem with a small, accountable team.

Preferred

  • Cybersecurity or security operations domain experience.
  • Experience with MSSP, multi-tenant, or regulated deployment models.
  • Experience at Series A–C stage companies with small, fast-moving product teams.
  • Familiarity with continuous discovery, JTBD, and outcome-oriented product operating models. If Inspired and The Lean Product Playbook describe how you already work, you will feel at home here.
  • Hands-on fluency with data and telemetry tooling, or code-based prototyping.

Work Environment/Travel

We are a 100% remote company where you will work from your home with company-provided equipment to set you up for success. Semi-frequent travel to professional office settings and other events locally and nationally; some overnight travel expected.

Compensation

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range below, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at Dropzone your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition, all compensation packages include significant above market new hire equity grants because we believe in rewarding long term value creation. If you are hired at Dropzone your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth. We also offer a generous benefits package, including company paid health insurance, 401K Plan with employer match, Self-Managed PTO, parental leave, and more.

We're proud to work for a mission-driven company leveraging AI to transform the way we work. CrowdStrikers drive their careers through flexibility and autonomy while also being expected to contribute to a culture of responsible AI adoption, experimentation, and innovation. Ready to join a mission that matters? The future of cybersecurity starts with you.

About the Role:

Falcon Complete is CrowdStrike's Managed Detection and Response (MDR) service, and it runs on a set of purpose-built internal tools that our analysts depend on every hour of every day. We're seeking an experienced, technical Senior Product Manager to drive the product strategy and roadmap for the internal platforms that power Falcon Complete's operations — including our AI-native investigation and triage tooling, customer ticketing and case management systems, and the analyst workbench used to detect, investigate, and respond to threats at scale.

This is an internal-facing, operations-focused Product Management role. You will be the product voice of the SOC, Falcon Complete analyst and customer excellence teams, translating their workflow needs into a roadmap that improves detection & response speed, investigation quality, analyst efficiency, and customer outcomes. Here, your customers are the analysts, engineers, and operational leaders who deliver the service. You will work in close coordination with the Global Senior Manager, Product Management for Falcon Complete, and with Falcon Complete senior leadership, to ensure the internal capabilities roadmap converges into the broader Falcon Complete vision and strategy.

You will work closely with engineering, data science, Falcon Complete operations leadership, analysts, security advisors, and other product managers across the platform to define and deliver tooling that scales MDR operations without sacrificing quality. The successful candidate will be comfortable balancing the urgency of a 24/7 security operations environment with the discipline of a durable product roadmap, and will know when to drive decisions independently versus when to loop in senior stakeholders for alignment.

What You'll Do:

  • Define and drive the product strategy, roadmap and delivery for Falcon Complete's internal tooling, including AI-native investigation and triage, ticketing/case management, and the analyst workbench, in coordination with the Global Senior Manager, Product Management for Falcon Complete and senior leadership to ensure alignment with overall Falcon Complete product strategy
  • Partner closely with Falcon Complete operations leaders and analysts to deeply understand their day-to-day workflows, pain points, and unmet needs, and translate them into clear product requirements
  • Act as the product leader for initiatives that apply AI and automation to reduce analyst cycles, accelerate investigation and response times, and improve consistency of service delivery
  • Partner with engineering to prioritize, build, and ship features that improve detection triage, case workflows, operational reporting, and customer experiences
  • Define and track metrics that demonstrate the impact of tooling improvements on analyst productivity, response time, and customer outcomes
  • Engage with Falcon Complete operations, support, and other internal stakeholders to gather feedback on recent releases and shape future direction
  • Work on a team of high-performing professionals in a highly collaborative environment

What You'll Need:

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with exposure to security operations, MDR/SOC tooling, case management systems, or other internal/operational platforms
  • Strong understanding of security operations workflows, detection triage, investigation, and incident response, and what makes tooling effective for analysts working at scale
  • Experience partnering with internal, operationally-focused stakeholders (as opposed to purely external customers) to define and prioritize a roadmap
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to translate operational needs into clear product requirements for engineering and leadership
  • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes
  • Track record of planning short- and long-term technology direction in a collaborative fashion, gaining consensus and buy-in from key stakeholders
  • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.

Bonus Points:

  • Practitioner experience as a security analyst, incident responder, or in a SOC/MDR environment
  • Experience building or managing internal tools, case management platforms, or workflow automation products
  • Familiarity with AI/ML-driven triage, detection, or investigation assistance tooling
  • Experience with ticketing systems and case management platforms used in security operations

This role may require the candidate to periodically undergo and pass alcohol and/or drug test(s) during the course of employment.

Benefits of Working at CrowdStrike:

  • Market leader in compensation and equity awards

  • Comprehensive physical and mental wellness programs

  • Competitive vacation and holidays for recharge

  • Paid parental and adoption leaves

  • Professional development opportunities for all employees regardless of level or role

  • Employee Networks, geographic neighborhood groups, and volunteer opportunities to build connections

  • Vibrant office culture with world class amenities

  • Great Place to Work Certified™ across the globe

Overview

About the Role: We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to shape how some of the world's largest retailers manage and grow their digital businesses on Instacart.

You'll own Retailer App as a platform, building a consumer-grade experience where retailers can easily manage their storefronts, discover and adopt new capabilities, and take greater control of their businesses. You'll also build the foundations that enable product teams across Instacart to deliver great retailer experiences quickly, consistently, and safely.

In parallel, you'll own Analytics & Insights, one of Retailer App's core products, transforming retailer data into actionable insights that help retailers grow.

Across both areas, you'll set a compelling multi-half product vision and strategy, translating customer needs into differentiated products and measurable outcomes. You'll be expected to operate with exceptional ownership and velocity, driving complex initiatives from ambiguity to launch, aligning teams across Product, Design, Engineering, and Data, and working directly with leading enterprise retailers to uncover needs and deliver scalable solutions.

This role offers a unique combination of platform-wide influence, end-to-end product ownership, and direct business impact — with the opportunity to define the next generation of retailer tools.

About the Team - Instacart’s Enterprise Platform team is responsible for the white-label product that enables retailers of all sizes to compete online through their own ecommerce experiences. The team is focused on platform growth and long-term retailer success — from onboarding new partners to helping them acquire, serve, and retain their end customers in ways that align with their unique brand and strategy.

About the Job

Retailer App Platform — Build a consumer-grade retailer experience

  • Build a consumer-grade experience: Make Retailer App intuitive, cohesive, and delightful, with seamless navigation, personalized homepages, and end-to-end workflows that make it effortless for retailers to get their jobs done.
  • Drive feature discovery and adoption: Surface and merchandise the growing suite of Storefront Pro capabilities so retailers can easily discover valuable features, understand their benefits, and adopt or upgrade to unlock more value.
  • Empower retailers through self-service: Build intuitive self-service experiences that allow retailers to explore, configure, and manage their storefront capabilities with greater flexibility, transparency, and control.
  • Enable teams to build fast and safely: Establish reusable components, templates, common UX patterns, and governance frameworks that help product teams ship high-quality, consistent retailer experiences with speed and confidence.
  • Own the end-to-end experience: Set the vision and standards for Retailer App across product teams, ensuring individual features come together into one coherent, exceptional experience rather than a collection of disconnected tools.

Analytics & Insights — Turn retailer data into growth

  • Make performance understandable: Build intuitive analytics experiences that give retailers visibility into their commerce, content, and product performance, helping them understand what's happening and why.
  • Turn data into actionable insights: Move beyond traditional dashboards to deliver personalized, data-backed recommendations that surface the most valuable opportunities to grow.
  • Connect insights to action: Enable retailers to act directly on recommendations through streamlined workflows, automation, and AI-powered capabilities.
  • Shape the future of retailer intelligence: Build toward a proactive, intelligent experience that continuously helps retailers identify opportunities, optimize their businesses, and measure impact.

Product Leadership, Execution & Collaboration

  • Set product direction: Define a compelling multi-half vision and strategy, translating customer needs and emerging technologies into a pragmatic roadmap with measurable outcomes.
  • Execute with speed and ownership: Independently drive complex initiatives from ambiguity to launch, making smart tradeoffs and delivering high-quality products with exceptional throughput.
  • Lead across teams: Influence and align a broad set of cross-functional stakeholders, navigating competing priorities and driving decisions without direct authority.
  • Build in deep partnership: Work closely with Design, Engineering, Data, and other product teams to deliver cohesive experiences across a complex platform.
  • Stay close to customers: Engage directly with leading enterprise retailers to uncover needs, validate solutions, and turn complex requirements into scalable products.

About You

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years of B2B product management experience, including 2+ years building platform products.
  • Exceptional product craft and UX judgment: Strong intuition for creating intuitive, elegant experiences that simplify complex customer workflows.
  • Strong platform product thinking: Experience building scalable platforms, shared capabilities, and frameworks that enable multiple teams to deliver products efficiently and consistently.
  • Exceptional ownership and execution: Proven ability to independently set direction, navigate ambiguity, make high-quality decisions, and ship complex products at high velocity.
  • Cross-functional leadership: Ability to influence teams without direct authority, align stakeholders with competing priorities, and drive decisions across a broad product surface.
  • Customer-centric product strategy: Ability to deeply understand customer problems and translate them into differentiated, scalable solutions.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills: Fluent in quantitative and qualitative decision-making, with the ability to articulate compelling strategies and build trust with senior leaders and enterprise customers.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building B2B SaaS platforms, enterprise applications, or products used to manage complex business workflows.
  • Experience with e-commerce, retail technology, content management systems, or site-building platforms.
  • Experience building analytics, business intelligence, or data-driven recommendation products.
  • Experience using AI to create more intelligent, proactive, or automated product experiences.
  • Experience with configuration platforms, developer enablement, or B2B self-service tools.
