About CoLab

At CoLab, we help mechanical engineering teams bring life-changing products to market years sooner.

We build AI for engineers designing cars, medical devices, and jet engines. Products this complex aren't sketched and sent to production. Teams spend months on iterations, reviews, and tests, predicting how every part performs before anything is built. CoLab is where those reviews happen, and we capture the rationale behind every change. Other tools show what changed between versions. Only CoLab knows why. That's how our AI helps manufacturers like Bobcat, Triumph Motorcycles, and GE Appliances make better decisions, eliminate rework cycles, and get to market faster.

Proudly based in St. John’s, Newfoundland, CoLab started with one customer in 2018. Since then we’ve raised a $72M Series C, been named the 57th fastest growing company in North America by Deloitte (Fast 500™), signed multi-year AI partnerships with companies like Bombardier, and grown to a team of 250+.

About the Role

Mechanical engineering teams rely on a complex ecosystem of CAD, PLM, and enterprise systems to design, review, and manufacture products. At CoLab, we're building software that fits naturally into those workflows.

As a Product Manager for our Build Forge team, you'll own the product direction for how CoLab connects with the systems engineers use every day. Your goal is to make complex engineering workflows simpler, helping customers move seamlessly between CoLab and their existing tools.

This role requires more than traditional SaaS product management experience. We need someone who understands how engineering data moves through an organization, from CAD models and revisions to BOMs, change management, and PLM systems.

You'll work closely with customers, Engineering, Design, and Customer Success to identify opportunities, set priorities, and deliver solutions that create measurable value. One week you might be defining how CoLab integrates with Siemens Teamcenter, the next, you could be mapping a customer's engineering change workflow to identify where disconnected systems create unnecessary work.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • You've spent meaningful time in the CAD, PLM, or engineering software ecosystem. You understand the complexity of enterprise engineering environments and can connect technical details to real customer problems.
  • You're equally comfortable discussing revision management with an engineering team and making product tradeoffs with developers.
  • You bring curiosity, sound judgment, and a willingness to challenge assumptions respectfully. You don't need every answer upfront, but you know how to find the right people, ask better questions, and make progress.
  • If your product experience is primarily in general-purpose SaaS and you're unfamiliar with mechanical engineering workflows, this likely isn't the right fit.

Job Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap for Build Forge, prioritizing CAD, PLM, and enterprise integrations.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer workflows, including revision management, BOMs, engineering changes, and design collaboration.
  • Translate complex customer needs into clear product requirements and measurable outcomes.
  • Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver intuitive, reliable integrations and platform capabilities.
  • Balance customer-specific integration needs with scalable solutions that benefit the broader customer base.
  • Use customer feedback, adoption data, and business priorities to inform product decisions.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and other stakeholders to support adoption and continuously improve the product.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in technical B2B software.
  • Strong domain knowledge of CAD, PLM, or Mechanical Engineering Lifecycle workflows.
  • Experience with platforms such as PTC Windchill, Siemens Teamcenter, Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE/ENOVIA, or Autodesk Vault.
  • Understanding of engineering data, BOMs, revision control, and engineering change management.
  • Experience translating technical customer problems into product priorities.
  • Bonus: Experience with CAD plugins, PLM integrations, ERP connectivity, or engineering workflow automation.

Extra Details

  • Compensation: Full-time, permanent position with an attractive compensation package, including stock options.
  • Benefits: Extended health benefits, unlimited paid vacation, and RRSP/401K matching.
  • Remote/Hybrid: Flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in Canada or the US.

Equity Note

Frequently cited statistics show that people who identify with historically marginalized groups are likely to apply to jobs only if they meet 100% of the qualifications. We encourage you to help us break that statistic and apply even if you don’t meet every single qualification—your potential is what matters most to us.

## Senior Product ManagerAustin, TX or Remote (US) | Full-time | Salary + Equity## About the RoleThis is one of the most important hires at Suppli. We're looking for a Senior Product Manager who wants the autonomy and impact of a founding product role, with direct ownership of one or two of our core products. You won't just manage a roadmap — you'll define the vision and strategy for your product area, establish what success looks like, and own execution from customer discovery through launch and iteration. You'll work closely with our Head of Product, founders, engineers, and commercial teams to solve meaningful problems for our customers. We're a fast-moving company with an ambitious engineering team. We need someone who can turn customer insights and business opportunities into clear product direction, make thoughtful tradeoffs, and give engineers the context they need to build exceptional software. We're looking for someone who thinks in outcomes, moves fast, and uses AI not as a buzzword but as a daily multiplier — to prototype, design, analyze, and build.---## Who Thrives Here* You think like an owner, not a feature manager. You're comfortable taking responsibility for an entire product area — from understanding customer problems and setting priorities to defining the roadmap and delivering measurable results. You don't need someone telling you what to build next.* You can move from idea to prototype quickly. When you have a product hypothesis, you find ways to validate it before committing significant engineering resources. Whether that's a clickable flow, an AI-assisted prototype, or a functional proof of concept, you make ideas tangible.* You're analytical and decisive. You break down ambiguous problems, evaluate tradeoffs, and make decisions grounded in customer insights, data, and business impact. You know when to investigate further and when to move.* You define success before you build anything. You don't write a PRD without first asking: What does good look like? How will we know if this worked? What's the leading indicator we'll track in week one versus month three? You use metrics to drive decisions, not simply report results.* You're AI-native, not AI-curious. You use AI tools regularly to accelerate your work — whether that's prototyping, exploring designs, analyzing feedback, drafting specifications, or building internal tools. You're resourceful and don't wait for perfect conditions to make progress.* You have a bias for action. You prioritize execution over perfection, move quickly from discovery to delivery, and take full ownership of both outcomes and setbacks.* You communicate with clarity at every level. Whether you're speaking with customers, engineers, Sales, or the founding team, you can articulate the problem, explain your reasoning, and align people around a clear direction.* You thrive in a high-ownership environment. We're building an ambitious company together. You take initiative, embrace responsibility, and step up when it matters.## What You'll Own* Own the vision and strategy for your product area. Take end-to-end responsibility for one or two of Suppli's core products. Understand the customer, define the product vision, build and prioritize the roadmap, and drive meaningful business outcomes. You'll have significant autonomy while partnering closely with our Head of Product on broader company priorities.* Define what success looks like. Establish clear success metrics, leading indicators, and measurable outcomes for your initiatives. Make sure Engineering and stakeholders understand why we're building something and how we'll know whether it worked.* Turn customer problems into product direction. Conduct user interviews, analyze customer feedback, and identify opportunities to solve high-impact problems. Translate qualitative and quantitative insights into clear priorities and actionable product decisions.* Drive execution from concept to launch. Own the entire product development lifecycle, from discovery and requirements through scoping, development, release, and iteration. Work closely with Engineering and Design to ship high-quality customer-facing software.* Prototype before you spec. Use AI-assisted tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Lovable to explore concepts, validate hypotheses, and communicate product ideas. You don't need to be an engineer, but you should be comfortable using modern tools to move faster.* Build a culture of measurement and experimentation. Partner with Engineering to instrument product analytics, define meaningful dashboards, and establish feedback loops. Use A/B testing, phased rollouts, and other experimentation methods where appropriate to validate assumptions and improve outcomes.* Shape exceptional product experiences. Work closely with Design to create intuitive, polished experiences for complex B2B workflows. Bring strong product design judgment and be comfortable developing flows, wireframes, or prototypes when needed.* Identify opportunities for AI-native product development. Collaborate with Engineering to explore how AI, automation, and intelligent workflows can create real value for customers. Balance innovation with reliability, explainability, and trust.* Be the connective tissue across the business. Partner directly with our Head of Product, founders, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success. Bring customer and commercial context into product decisions, communicate tradeoffs, and keep teams aligned around the highest-impact work.## Must-Have* 5+ years of product management experience, including experience in a startup or high-growth technology environment.* Demonstrated end-to-end product ownership — you've independently owned meaningful product initiatives from problem discovery and strategy through execution, launch, and measurable impact.* Strong analytical thinking and product judgment — you can break down complex problems, define success metrics, evaluate tradeoffs, and make evidence-based decisions.* Proven ability to ship customer-facing software — you have a track record of working closely with engineers and designers to deliver high-quality products.* Demonstrable AI-native workflow — you can show how you've used AI tools to prototype, analyze, design, or accelerate your work.* Technical fluency — you understand APIs, integrations, data flows, and system architecture well enough to write precise requirements and collaborate credibly with Engineering.* Product design fluency — you have strong UX instincts and can contribute meaningfully to product flows, wireframes, and prototypes.* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills — You can clearly articulate complex ideas, product decisions, and tradeoffs to both technical and non-technical audiences. You're equally comfortable collaborating with engineers, engaging directly with customers, and aligning senior leadership around a shared product vision.* Comfort operating with autonomy and ambiguity — you're resourceful, proactive, and capable of driving outcomes without extensive oversight.## Bonus Points* Engineering, Computer Science, or Product Design background — you've previously worked as an engineer, designer, or in another technical product-building capacity.* Founder or early-stage startup experience — you've built products or companies from the ground up and understand what it takes to operate with limited resources.* Accounts Receivable / Finance exposure — experience with invoicing, payments, cash application, credit workflows, or adjacent financial software.* Experience with AI-powered products — you've shipped LLM-powered features, automation, or intelligent workflows and understand the practical challenges of building reliable AI experiences.* Fintech or B2B marketplace background — experience navigating complex integrations, multi-stakeholder environments, or financial workflows.

Catena Clearing

**
United States
Full Time
Posted 20 days ago

About the Role

Catena Clearing is the permissioned data layer for freight. One consent-based API connects 290+ telematics and ELD providers, 99.8% of the U.S. ELD market and returns normalized, verifiable data on more than a million live trucks. Unlike read-only feeds, Catena runs bi-directional write-back in production: software doesn't just look at fleet data through us, it acts through us for authorizing fuel purchases, syncing TMS records, and clearing dispatches.

We serve 40+ platform customers across six revenue verticals including fuel cards and payments, TMS and dispatch, load boards, insurance and risk, safety, and AI fleet operations. We are backed by Shaper Capital, Floating Point, Teamworthy, Plug and Play, and 20+ industry angels. Freight never built its shared source of truth. We are building it.

The Role

You will be the product owner for the Catena platform. The person who turns what our customers are trying to do into what our engineers build next. You'll sit between six verticals of demanding enterprise customers, a 290+endpoint API, and a team that ships daily. Product at Catena isn't dashboards and feature counts: it's deciding which data families, write paths, and workflow surfaces make the network more valuable for everyone on it.

This is a high-ownership seat. You'll work directly with the CEO, the Head of Engineering, and our forward-deployed engineering team, and you'll spend real time with customers like fuel-card risk teams, TMS product leads, insurance underwriters, because our roadmap is written from their workflows, not our whiteboard.

What You'll Do

  • Own the product roadmap across the API, Catena Connect (carrier onboarding), the customer dashboard, and new product lines like Track-and-Trace and fleet intelligence.
  • Discover directly with customers to understand workflows, pain points, and decision-making then translate that into crisp requirements engineering can ship against.
  • Operate as the single-threaded owner between leadership, engineering, forward-deployed engineering, and go-to-market on what gets built and when.
  • Shape data products, not just features: normalized schemas, write-back flows, webhooks, scorecards, and the surfaces AI agents will consume.
  • Define success metrics tied to customer outcomes, consumption, expansion, and retention not shipped-feature counts.
  • Partner with Customer Success and forward-deployed engineering on adoption and expansion; our ~200% NRR is the product working, and you'll own keeping it that way.
  • Move fast. We iterate in public, share half-formed ideas early, and ship on predictable timelines.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of product management experience in freight, logistics, telematics, or supply chain. You know what a TMS does, why an ELD matters, and how a broker thinks about a carrier.
  • Experience with B2B data products, APIs, or platforms. You're comfortable reading API docs, debating schema design, and writing requirements engineers respect.
  • A track record of taking products from concept through launch and iteration, on timelines you committed to.
  • Strong customer discovery instincts: you'd rather spend an hour with a dispatcher than a day with a survey.
  • The ability to simplify complex systems into intuitive experiences for developers, operators, and executives.
  • Comfort with high autonomy and high accountability in a seed stage company where product ownership is currently shared by the founders. You'll take it from them.

Nice to Have

  • Hands-on experience with telematics platforms (Samsara, Motive, Geotab), TMS systems, or fleet-adjacent fintech.
  • Exposure to geospatial or real-time event-driven systems.
  • Experience at an early-stage or high-growth startup.
  • Familiarity with AI/agent-facing product surfaces or data-intensive products.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary and meaningful early-stage equity (range shared during the process).
  • Employer-covered medical, dental, and vision.
  • Flexible PTO, US holidays, and paid parental leave.
  • 401(k) plan.
  • A seat at the table as we scale through our Series A, every function here is run by a named person, and product will be yours.

How We Work

We are builders first. We iterate over perfecting, communicate openly, and measure ourselves on customer outcomes. Fifteen people run six revenue verticals, 290 integrations, and an enterprise customer base, capital efficiency is the operating system, and everyone ships.

In addition to this application:please send your resume and a short note on a product you shipped for the freight or logistics industry to .

Catena Clearing is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.

Product Manager — Service of Process

ABC Legal Services

**
United States
Full Time
Posted 26 days ago

About ABC Legal ServicesABC Legal Services is proud to be the national leader in service of process. We are a team of 1000 and growing with offices in Los Angeles, Oklahoma City, Phoenix, Brooklyn, Chicago, Washington DC, and more. Seattle is our home and headquarters. We've been successful in this unique business for over 30 years and we continue to advance our technology and business processes to remain years ahead of what our competition is able to offer. Our focus is to expand our technology lead, acquire and integrate less efficient competitors, and tap into new segments through an integrated inbound marketing and sales approach.

Job Overview

ABC Legal is a tech-forward, tech-enabled legal services business — we use technology to power a core operational service, not the other way around. We're hiring a Product Manager to help own one or more of our Service of Process product line: the mobile app process servers use in the field, the customer-facing web portal, the enterprise APIs our largest clients integrate with, and the proprietary platform that powers job assignment, routing, task management, and evidence chain.

Reporting directly to the CTO as a Product Manager, you will own discovery, requirements, cross-functional coordination, launch readiness, and outcome accountability — not backlog grooming and engineering coordination. You'll work directly with process servers, our operations team, enterprise customers, and engineering, Our product team today sits closer to the execution side of product and is strong at delivery, lighter on discovery, market insight, and outcome ownership. Part of your role is to model what upstream product work looks like at ABC.

Why This Job Is Interesting

Every job we run is a physical-world logistics problem — get a real person to a real address, at a time they'll actually be there. Our product has to serve a distributed field workforce, a demanding set of legal customers, an internal operations organization of hundreds, and a court system that has different rules by county.

We're also further into production AI than almost anyone in this industry: dozens of AI agents run live today across service validation, document handling, evidence review, and operational decision support. You'll help decide where that belongs in the product and where it doesn't. Process serving is one of the most analog, paper-bound corners of legal services with county-by-county rules, physical proof of service, workflows that haven't changed in decades. We intend to be the company that rebuilds it around AI first, not the one playing catch-up in five years. You'll help decide what "AI-native" actually means for our business.

Key Responsibilities

Own your product area end to end

  • Own outcomes, not just output, for your area of the Service of Process product line like the APIs and integrations our largest clients build against, and the proprietary platform behind job assignment, routing, task management, and evidence chain, as well as the customer web portal and our field mobile app.
  • Set and defend the priority order. Decide what gets built, what waits, and what we stop doing
  • Maintain a rolling roadmap that survives contact with reality: sequenced, tied to business outcomes, revised openly when the evidence changes.

Run your own discovery

  • Get into the field. Ride along with process servers, sit with the operations teams who work jobs all day, and watch customers use the product.
  • Run structured discovery with customers — interviews, win/loss input, support themes, usage data — and turn it into a written point of view about what to build and why.
  • Serve two distinct user populations: external customers who want speed, price, and certainty, and internal operators whose throughput determines whether we can deliver it.

Turn insight into shipped software

  • Write the requirements: crisp problem statements, success criteria, edge cases, and the operational and legal constraints that apply by jurisdiction
  • Own the backlog for your team(s) within our SAFe cadence: features and stories, acceptance, iteration planning, and PI planning.
  • Work directly and daily with mobile, web, and backend engineering. Break work into releasable increments, unblock decisions fast, and make tradeoff calls
  • Own launch readiness end to end: rollout plan, internal enablement, support readiness, migration and backfill, and a defined rollback path.
  • Own release quality for your area. We have no separate QA team: you decide what needs testing and to what depth, shape the test approach, and coordinate the business owners and operations partners who validate the work in their own domain.
  • Make the go/no-go call, and confirm after release that what shipped does what the requirements said and that the customer and operational outcomes you predicted show up in production.

Partner with Operations as a first-class customer

  • Treat internal operations as a product surface with real users and real cost. Tooling that saves an ops team minutes per job compounds across hundreds of thousands of jobs
  • Find where automation, better routing, or better decision support removes manual work — and quantify what that work is worth before committing to it

Ship AI into the product responsibly

  • ABC runs AI in production today across service validation, evidence review, document handling, and operational decision support. Own where AI belongs in your product area
  • Define the accuracy bar, the human-review path, and the failure behavior for every AI-assisted feature before it ships. Default to advisory; earn the right to automate by clearing a threshold you set in advance.
  • Hold AI features to the same outcome accountability as everything else: measured agreement with the qualified human who would otherwise make the call.

Measure, and be accountable to the measurement

  • Define the success metric for every initiative before it ships, and name the dashboard where it will be watched.
  • Pull your own numbers. You'll have direct access to our analytics environment and reporting to decide what worked and what didn’t and act on it

Manage risk and compliance

  • Understand the regulatory and evidentiary texture of this business: jurisdiction- specific service and filing requirements, chain-of-evidence integrity, proof of service standards, and the handling of sensitive case and party data.
  • Identify compliance and operational risk early and design around it — a product decision that creates a defect in a proof of service is a legal problem, not a bug.
  • Ensure changes clear the appropriate cross-functional review before release.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4–7 years of product management experience, including at least one product spanning multiple technical surfaces (e.g. mobile + web, or a field/consumer app backed by a core platform).
  • Demonstrated track record of running your own discovery and turning it into shipped requirements — not just executing a spec you were handed.
  • Comfortable working directly with engineering across mobile, web, and backend teams simultaneously.
  • Hands-on backlog ownership in a scaled agile environment — writing and accepting work, running iteration planning, and participating in quarterly planning. SAFe specifically is a plus; scaled agile of some kind is expected.
  • Experience with B2B APIs, integrations, or platform products — versioning, developer-facing documentation, integration partners, enterprise technical requirements. This is where the role is most likely to center.
  • Comfortable with data. You can pull your own numbers and build your own view rather than waiting on an analyst. SQL is a plus, not a requirement.
  • Evidence that you've raised the product bar around you — introduced a discovery practice, moved a team from output to outcomes, or influenced peers and leaders who don't report to you. This role carries a change mandate, not just a delivery mandate.
  • Experience owning release quality without a dedicated QA team behind you — scoping what to test, running UAT with business stakeholders, and holding people who don't report to you to a testing commitment. If you've only shipped with a QA org catching things downstream of you, this part of the job will be a real adjustment.
  • Some go-to-market experience — comfortable partnering on launch messaging, sales enablement, or customer rollout, not just handing off a shipped feature and moving on.
  • Experience navigating a cross-functional sign-off or impact-review process before release, or a clear point of view on why one matters.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

  • Native mobile product experience (iOS/Android), especially apps used by a field workforce in real working conditions.
  • Experience building for internal operators — where the product's users are colleagues and their throughput is the business.
  • Experience shipping AI-assisted features, and a clear point of view on where automation should and shouldn't replace human judgment.
    • Legal services, legal tech, process serving, litigation support, courts, or another regulated / compliance-heavy industry background. Genuinely a plus, genuinely not required — we'll teach you this domain.

Benefits

We know that a company's success starts with its employees. We also know that an individual's success starts with the right career opportunity. Join our team today!

  • Health, Dental, Vision insurance
  • 401(k) with company matching
  • Paid time off
  • 7 Paid company holidays
  • 4 Floating holidays per-year
  • Life Insurance and AD&D Insurance
  • Long Term Disability
  • Health Care Reimbursement Flexible Spending Account
  • Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account
  • EAP (Employee Assistance Program)
  • Pet Insurance

Schedule: Full-Time Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
