You will build empathy for our users, solve complex problems and drive business success for our customers and for AcuityMD. You will work cross-functionally with engineering and customer-facing teams.
Team Mission
We are building a world-class platform products team to meticulously craft and deliver agentic platform level capabilities that enable new workflows and power AcuityAI to solve customer problems. Our team is the critical link between what our engineers build and what our customers need. We are looking for product leaders to develop deep empathy for our users, apply data and AI to prioritize user needs, and bring new capabilities to life by aligning and coordinating across technical and customer-facing teams.
Responsibilities
- Own shared agent capabilities that improve AcuityAI and help other teams build faster: deeply understand customer problems, clearly articulate desired outcomes and acceptance criteria, prioritize ruthlessly, and ship thoughtfully.
- Prototype, test and deliver new agentic capbilities with engineering and small, nimble cross-functional teams
- Drive discovery by partnering with customers, product marketing, and other teams to uncover unmet needs and turn them into compelling, scalable software
- Integrate AI effectively, both in how you work (e.g., research, analysis, content generation) and in what we build, leveraging LLMs and automation where they create user value and differentiation.
- Communicate clearly and regularly - both in meetings and in writing. You’ll drive a compelling roadmap to ensure everyone is working toward clear goals and outcomes.
- Balance short- and long-term bets. Keep the team focused on measurable outcomes today while building toward a compelling long-term product vision.
- Own key metrics to measure and improve product and business outcomes
- Uphold high standards of integrity, curiosity, and ambition—championing what’s right for our users, our team, and the business.
Your Profile
- Motivated by building exceptional products and building a winning AI company.
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in vertical B2B. You’ll have a successful record of managing and shipping great software products.
- 1+ years leading and building AI solutions.
- You have built complex data products as part of a cross-functional team.
- You have practical hands-on technical experience and use it extensively. You’re not afraid to get your hands dirty digging into data, building code with AI tools and tracking metrics.
- Strong grasp of product fundamentals: discovery, prioritization, metrics, user feedback loops, and go-to-market alignment. You know what good product management looks like.
- Adept at using AI tools in your daily work and experience delivering AI powered features. You have a realistic understanding of LLM capabilities and limits.
- Proven ability to make smart tradeoffs in ambiguous environments—handling technical constraints, business priorities and strong personalities.

We're backed by Benchmark, Redpoint Ventures, Ajax Health, ICONIQ Growth and several other leading software and medical device investors. Since Acuity launched in 2020, we've brought on customers ranging from publicly traded Fortune 500 companies to innovative growth-stage companies and regional medical device distributors.
The Product: AcuityMD uses data and software to help teams collaborate around the complex relationships they have with the users of medical technologies: doctors. Our platform empowers medical technology companies to see how their products are used, understand why outcomes vary, and identify opportunities where physicians or sites of care can better serve their patients.
How We Work:
AcuityMD is a remote-first company. We believe the best talent isn't confined to one zip code, so our team works from wherever they do their best work, across the U.S.
We also believe some of our best work happens face-to-face. Critical projects move faster, our products get better, and our community gets stronger when we're in the same room, so we bring the team together throughout the year for company-wide and team on-sites built around that work.
In practice: expect 4-5 in-person opportunities a year through company/team on-sites and in-person collaboration for critical projects. If you're based near our Boston hub, there's no set requirement for how often you come into the office, that's your call, based on what works best for you and your team.
AcuityMD is an Equal Opportunity Employer
AcuityMD is seeking to create a diverse work environment because all teams are stronger with different perspectives and life experiences. We strongly encourage people of all backgrounds to apply. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, gender, religion, color, national origin, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status. All employees and contractors of AcuityMD are responsible for maintaining a work culture free from discrimination and harassment by treating others with kindness and respect.

Senior Product Manager, Agent Platform
BambooHR
Please Note: This is a remote position available in the state listed on this job. Additionally, employment with BambooHR is contingent on passing both a background and credit check.
AI at BambooHR
At BambooHR, we’re all about setting people free to do great work, and we believe AI is a powerful partner in that mission. We’re leaning into intelligent tools to streamline our workflows, giving us more time for high-impact innovation. We look for curious, forward-thinking people who are ready to explore how AI can elevate their work and help us reimagine the future of HR.
Essential Job Duties
We're looking for a Sr. Product Manager to own how agents run at BambooHR: the execution layer they run on, the triggers they respond to, the governance every agent action passes through, and the instrumentation that makes agent work measurable and billable.
This is the first dedicated product seat for a surface every team building agents depends on. Teams building agents have no product front door today, and you will be it. You'll inherit production load, real consumers, and years of accumulated architecture. No roadmap or vision document is waiting for you, so you'll create the roadmap.
You will:
- Own product direction for the Agent Runtime: durable execution, human-in-the-loop gates, auditability, and capacity and reliability posture as agent count grows.
- Be the product lead accountable for an architecture decision on the legacy agent platform.
- Own a dated migration plan onto a new runtime, sequenced by consumer impact so downstream AI experiences never discover a regression by surprise.
- Own agent governance as a product: the trust framework every agent action passes through before acting, built on the BambooHR platform's authorization and attribution patterns.
- Define and drive usage instrumentation, including instigation flags, output lifecycle events, and a metering schema that keeps the company's monetization options open.
- Run intake and prioritization for every team building agents, and publish an answer on whether to build on what exists now or wait for that runtime.
- Draw and maintain the boundary between the platform agents run on and the AI experience surfaces built on it, with named consumer stakeholders on every decision that touches them.
- Coordinate how agents are triggered: which platform events agents may respond to, and what subscribing to them requires.
- Be the named consumer stakeholder on context and signal standards, say what agents need from workplace signals, and take part in decisions that affect how agents use them.
Success in the First 180 Days
- Deliver a written architecture decision for the legacy agent platform, with a dated migration plan sequenced by consumer.
- Stand up an intake path for teams building agents and publish guidance on whether to build now or wait for that runtime.
- Establish runtime capacity and reliability reporting that leadership can act on.
- Ship the first version of the metering schema, with instigation and lifecycle events flowing.
What You Need to Get the Job Done
- You feel aligned with the BambooHR values.
- 5+ years of product management experience in platform, infrastructure, or developer-facing products.
- Technical depth in execution systems, workflows, or eventing. You can reason about durable execution, retries, and what makes a migration safe.
- Experience as the product owner for internal platform consumers, with intake discipline, published contracts, and a roadmap those consumers can see.
- Proven ability to drive alignment across teams without direct authority.
- Judgment to make migration calls where engineering convenience and consumer safety pull in different directions.
- Comfort with AI and agent systems, and with how quickly their patterns change.
- You instrument before you assert, write decisions down, and sequence work by consumer impact.
What Will Make Us REALLY Love You
- Experience with agent frameworks, LLM orchestration, or workflow engines such as Temporal.
- Migration or sunset leadership on a system with live production consumers.
- Product experience with usage-based pricing or metering.
What You'll Love About Us
- A Great Company Culture that has been recognized by multiple organizations like Inc, and Salt Lake Tribune
- Comprehensive health, life, and disability insurance
- Generous leave policies that include 4 weeks of vacation, 12 company holidays, parental leave, and volunteer time off so you can enjoy quality of life
- 401k plans with up to 6% company match
- $2000 Paid-Paid Vacation bonus
- EAP through Headspace
- Check out all our benefits that benefit you
