Growth Product Manager

Time Doctor

**
Remote
Full Time
Posted 20 days ago

Team: Growth, part of the Revenue organization · Reports to: Director of Growth · Location: Remote

Who we are

Time Doctor is a workforce analytics platform that gives distributed teams the visibility they need to improve trust and performance. We serve remote, hybrid and outsourced organizations worldwide, with particular strength in BPO, healthcare and tech services. We are bootstrapped, profitable and fully remote, with team members across 30+ countries. We built a durable business on customer revenue rather than venture capital, and we are now focused on growing it.

About the role

We're looking for a Growth Product Manager to drive product-led growth across the customer lifecycle: acquisition, conversion, retention and expansion. You'll sit in our Revenue organization and own the product levers behind our self-serve motion, with an impact that reaches across the wider customer base.

This is a product management role with a growth focus. You'll work with the leadership team to set measurable goals, build and run the growth roadmap, and work closely with engineering, design and data to ship experiments and product changes that move revenue metrics.

What you'll do

  • Partner with the Director of Growth and Chief Revenue Officer to shape the growth strategy, and translate it into clear priorities and plans.

  • Own the growth roadmap and the metrics it is meant to move, from conversion through to retention and expansion.

  • Identify and prioritize high-impact growth opportunities using product data, funnel analysis and user insight.

  • Design, run and analyze A/B tests and other experiments, and turn the results into clear decisions.

  • Use LLMs and AI tools to prototype and demo ideas quickly, then write clear product requirements and partner with engineering and design to take initiatives from discovery through launch and post-release optimization.

  • Define, track and report on growth KPIs, explaining what is driving movement and what it means for priorities.

  • Bring a point of view on the biggest opportunities across the customer lifecycle, from conversion through to retention and expansion, and make the case for larger bets backed by evidence.

  • Collaborate across product, engineering, design, data, marketing and customer-facing teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

What success looks like

  • Clear ownership of growth metrics. Core KPIs across conversion, retention and expansion have agreed definitions and a regular reporting rhythm, and you can explain not just how they moved but why.

  • A disciplined experimentation program. Experiments run on a steady cadence, each with a clear hypothesis, success criteria and a documented readout that leads to a decision.

  • Reliable delivery. You consistently ship what you commit to and keep stakeholders aligned along the way.

  • Evidence-backed bets. You make the case for larger bets, take them through to delivery, and measure their impact against what was predicted, including the misses.

  • Measurable business impact. Improvements in conversion, retention and expansion can be traced to the work you led.

Requirements

What you bring

  • Product management experience in B2B SaaS, with a focus on growth.

  • A proven track record in a product-led growth or self-serve organization, owning KPIs such as trial-to-paid conversion, retention and expansion.

  • Hands-on experience designing A/B tests and iterating based on what you learn.

  • Strong analytical skills: you can define KPIs, analyze funnels, and turn data into a clear recommendation.

  • Experience with product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel or similar.

  • Clear written communication, from product requirements to stakeholder updates.

  • Experience working closely with engineers and designers, and leading cross-functional work through influence.

  • Fluency with AI tools and LLMs, including using them to prototype and demo ideas quickly, and a habit of using them in day-to-day product work: research, analysis, specs and delivery.

Our values

Time Doctor is fully remote and async-first. Three values shape how we work, and they matter even more in a role that sits across so many teams.

  • Remote Rockstar. You thrive in a remote setting. You communicate clearly in writing, keep your work visible, and stay focused and productive without an office around you, so the team stays aligned across time zones.

  • Self-guided Missile. In a remote team, work only keeps moving when people can drive it themselves. You set direction, make decisions with the information you have, and push initiatives forward without waiting to be told.

  • Teamwork Titan. Growth depends on product, engineering, design, data and revenue teams pulling together. You build strong partnerships, share context and credit, and bring people along to deliver results as one team.

Why this role

  • You own the product levers behind our self-serve motion, with a direct line from your work to revenue.

  • You shape the growth strategy with the Director of Growth and the Chief Revenue Officer, not just execute it.

  • You work AI-first, on a team where prototyping, analysis and specs with LLMs are already part of how product work gets done.

  • We are profitable and bootstrapped. Your budget comes from customers, not from a burn rate.

  • Fully remote and flexible, working with talented people in 30+ countries.

Our hiring approach

Because experimentation and AI are core to this role, our process asks you to show us real work rather than describe it. Expect to walk us through a growth experiment you designed, what you learned and the decision it led to, and how you have used AI tools to prototype, analyze or ship product work faster.

This is a full-time, 100% remote role. We are an equal opportunity employer and we value diversity and inclusion. We welcome applicants of all backgrounds and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status or disability.

We hire globally. Our Talent Attraction team will walk you through the details during your first conversation.

Engine is the AI-native platform for intelligent travel. For a decade, Engine has built the proprietary technology and supply behind modern business travel, serving over 40,000 customers and nearly 2 million travelers, along with leading travel and AI companies that build on Engine's infrastructure. One system powers business travel, group travel, human agents, and AI agents.

That work has earned recognition as one of Fast Company's Best Workplaces for Innovators (2025), TravelTech's Reservation Platform of the Year (2026), and one of Built In's Best Places to Work (2020–2026).

We're looking for bold, ambitious people to help redefine how businesses manage and experience travel. Working here, you can expect exponential growth, an ambitious pace, full ownership, and high-caliber colleagues who push you to do the best work of your career. Every hire raises the bar.

Come outpace the ordinary and build the future of travel with us.

Your Mission

As part of the Engine team, you'll play a vital role in an environment where innovation meets collaboration. Here's what you'll take charge of:

  • Own Product-Led Growth: Craft and execute experimentation-driven strategies across onboarding, activation, retention loops, and monetization. You'll move the metrics that matter most: activation rate, time to value, product-qualified leads, net dollar retention, and expansion revenue.
  • Build AI-Powered Experiences: Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market partners to apply LLMs, predictive logic, and smart automation that reduce friction, personalize the journey, and get customers to value faster.
  • Grow Every Account: Drive cross-sell and attach across hotels, flights, cars, and groups, and adoption of Direct Bill, FlexPro, and Rewards at the moment of need. Keep accounts booking through quiet stretches and team changes.
  • Connect Product and Sales: Spot high-intent moments in the product and get those accounts to the right sales or account team fast, so self-serve and human help work as one motion.
  • Lead Experimentation at Scale: Form hypotheses, design and run A/B tests, and partner with data teams to turn results into action. Test early, learn fast, and scale what works across Engine's travel and spend management platform.
  • Align and Influence: Translate complex ideas into clear, compelling plans, rally cross-functional stakeholders around shared goals, and make sure every growth feature delivers a seamless, high-impact experience for Engine customers.

What You'll Bring to Engine

We're looking for someone who's ready to make an impact and grow alongside us:

  • Experience: 5+ years of hands-on product management experience, ideally for a self-serve or product-led B2B product. You’ve owned a conversion or revenue metric and moved metrics in at least two of acquisition, activation, expansion, and retention.
  • Skills: You're a problem-solver with strong analytical and experimentation skills. You're comfortable designing tests, interpreting results, and turning data into decisions, and you thrive in fast-paced, innovative environments.
  • Tech-Savvy: You understand how to apply AI to prototype, ship small fixes, and interrogate data. You're fluent in experimentation/analytics tools, e.g. Amplitude, LaunchDarkly, SQL.
  • Mindset: You're deeply curious, outcome-focused, and ready to roll up your sleeves, collaborate, and deliver results that matter.
  • Influence: You translate complex ideas into clear, compelling plans and drive alignment across engineering, design, data, sales, account management, and marketing.

Applications for this role will be accepted through 02/08/2027 or until the role is filled. We encourage you to apply early, as we may begin reviewing applications before the deadline.

More about our team and company:

  • Fleetio overview video:
  • Our careers page:

We’re looking for an evidence-based, customer-centric, and innovative Product Manager to join our growing product org. As a Growth PM, you will play a key role in our product-led growth and self-serve initiatives within our Product Growth team. This team is focused on identifying where the product can do more to help customers realize value and where that value can translate into durable business growth.

Your goal will be to understand the core value levers of our product and use strong growth instincts to drive activation, adoption, monetization, retention, and expansion. We believe the strongest product-led growth comes from helping customers realize value through thoughtful product experiences, not from forcing growth at the expense of customer trust.

Reporting to the Growth Group Product Manager, you will build growth loops, develop hypotheses, run experiments, and turn insight into product improvements that create value for both customers and the business. You will partner closely with engineering, design, data, marketing, sales, customer success, and other cross-functional teammates to deliver meaningful outcomes.

Who You Are

Our ideal candidate is curious, proactive, customer-centric, and energized by solving growth problems through product. You have strong product judgment, a bias toward learning, and a demonstrated ability to turn customer insight and data into measurable impact.

You have experience in product-led growth and self-serve product development, with a strong understanding of funnels, loops, lifecycle optimization, and experimentation. You are comfortable moving between strategy and execution, and you know how to use both quantitative and qualitative inputs to make sound product decisions.

You are self-sufficient with data, comfortable exploring dashboards and analyzing funnels, and able to use evidence to influence priorities. You are also fluent in modern AI tools and concepts, whether through building AI-powered features or using AI to improve the quality and speed of your work.

You are a strong cross-functional partner who collaborates effectively with engineering, design, research, data, marketing, sales, customer success, and other stakeholders. You care deeply about craft and customer experience, and you believe the best growth comes from helping users realize value faster and more often, not from adding friction or compromising product quality.

Your Impact

  • Drive product growth across key parts of the customer journey, including activation, adoption, monetization, retention, and expansion
  • Build and optimize growth loops that are repeatable, scalable, and measurable
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer behavior, funnel performance, lifecycle moments, and value realization to identify high-leverage opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, data, marketing, and customer-facing teams to develop effective strategies and deliver measurable outcomes
  • Use quantitative analysis, qualitative insight, and product judgment to inform priorities and decisions
  • Generate and test hypotheses through thoughtful experimentation and rapid iteration
  • Contribute to growth strategy and roadmap decisions by identifying opportunities, recommending priorities, and driving execution within your area
  • Guide initiatives through the full product lifecycle, from discovery and prioritization through launch, analysis, and optimization
  • Communicate progress, trade-offs, learnings, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and leaders
  • Help raise the bar for experimentation rigor, evidence-based decision-making, and product quality across the team

Your Experience

  • 3-5 years in product management, including meaningful experience in product-led growth and/or experimentation-focused roles in modern B2B SaaS environments
  • BA/BS/MS in Computer Science, Business, Design, or related equivalent field/experience
  • Strong quantitative business acumen and comfort using data to identify opportunities, evaluate performance, and inform decisions
  • In-depth knowledge of product growth best practices, experimentation, and funnel analysis
  • Passion for customer and business success, shortening time to value, and the craft of product management
  • Strong ability to understand users and rally teams around the right problems to solve
  • Proven track record of strong cross-functional collaboration
  • An entrepreneurial spirit – you are self-driven, accountable, and comfortable presenting to customers, prospects, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Egoless self-starter with great product sense, curiosity, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a growth mindset.
  • Ability to operate both strategically and tactically, from shaping direction to driving execution and iteration
  • Demonstrated fluency with modern AI tools and concepts, either through building AI-powered product experiences or using AI meaningfully to improve product thinking, execution, analysis, and decision-making
  • Champion our core values of intelligence, intensity, integrity, and ownership

Considered a plus

  • Experience in fleet, automotive, transportation software, vertical SaaS, or a related space
  • Experience writing and reading SQL
  • Experience across multiple growth surfaces, such as onboarding, trial, adoption, monetization, or lifecycle experiences
  • Experience with hybrid B2B PLG and SLG products
  • Experience optimizing mature products as well as exploring zero-to-one opportunities
  • Experience building, launching, or iterating on AI-powered product features or workflows
  • Experience working in design-forward, product-led environments with a strong emphasis on user experience, craft, and thoughtful growth

Benefits

  • Multiple health/dental coverage options (100% coverage for employee, 50% for family)

⌘Role Overview

The Growth Product Manager at Timeleft owns the acquisition-to-purchase funnel: everything a new user encounters between first landing screen (on mobile app or mobile web) and a paid, booked seat.

Timeleft connects strangers in real life — thousands of people every week, in more than 60 countries, around 10,000 bookings a day across different experiences from Dinners to Coffee and Drinks and more. Timeleft is a mobile-first subscription business: growth depends on flows that converts intent into a booked seat, and on a subscription that users continue to renew.

This role owns onboarding and activation, paywall strategy, pricing and packaging across 3 platforms (iOS, Android, Web), and the experimentation programme that drives all of them. The role works closely with Marketing, Data and Engineering. It is accountable for revenue from new subscribers, and for the two components that determine it: conversion to purchase and lifetime value per subscriber.

You will report to the VP of Product.

⌘Key Responsibilities

1. Conversion to Purchase

  • Own conversion to purchase and lifetime value per subscriber across the full path from first screen to completed payment. Neither is a target on its own — improving one at the expense of the other is not a gain; total revenue from new subscribers is the measure.
  • Map that path end to end across mobile app and mobile web, identify where intent is lost, and prioritise fixes by revenue impact.
  • Own continuity between web and app: the handover from a web landing or checkout into the application, and the differences in payment, billing and refund behaviour between store and web purchase.
  • Account for acquisition channel in funnel design: paid, organic and referral users arrive with different intent and require different flows.

2. Onboarding & Activation

  • Own the onboarding flow: what is asked of new users, in what order, and how the answers are used.
  • Define activation for Timeleft, instrument it, and maintain it as the company-wide definition.
  • Reduce time and friction to the first booked seat while preserving the information that matching requires.

3. Paywalls, Pricing & Packaging

  • Own paywall strategy: placement, timing, design and what is gated.
  • Own pricing and packaging across markets and currencies, including trials, offers, upsells and win-back, and own ARPU as a result.
  • Balance first-purchase conversion against renewal quality and attendance.

4. Experimentation

  • Run a continuous experimentation programme across onboarding, paywalls and pricing.
  • Apply consistent statistical standards: pre-registered hypotheses, adequate power, and decision criteria set before launch.
  • Evaluate every experiment against downstream behaviour — attendance, renewal and LTV — in addition to its primary metric.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Marketing on channel mix, creative strategy and continuity between advertising and the first in-app/landing screen.
  • Partner with Data on instrumentation, attribution and experiment design.
  • Coordinate the handover of activated users into the wider product experience, and define with the Core team what onboarding must collect.

⌘Expected Outcomes

  • Revenue from new subscribers grows. Pricing and paywall changes are evaluated on total revenue, not on conversion rate alone.
  • Conversion to purchase and activation are instrumented, trusted metrics that improve quarter over quarter.
  • Onboarding is differentiated by acquisition channel and user intent rather than uniform.
  • Paywall and pricing decisions are based on measured elasticity.
  • Lifetime value per subscriber is held or improved as acquisition volume grows, without degradation in renewal quality or attendance.
  • Experiment throughput is high and every result is readable against downstream retention.

⌘Skills & Competencies (Must Have & Nice to have)

  • B2C mobile product depth: has owned a consumer mobile application where the application is the primary business surface, with practical knowledge of how iOS and Android and Mobile Web differ.
  • Subscription monetization: experienced in paywalls, trials, pricing elasticity, tiering, upsells and win-back, and in the distinction between acquiring a subscriber and retaining one.
  • Subscription economics: reads conversion and lifetime value together, distinguishes a conversion gain from a revenue gain, and recognises when a pricing change has increased volume at the expense of value.
  • Funnel analytics: builds behavioural funnels and growth models, works directly with behavioural and payment data, and identifies conversion blockers from evidence.
  • Experimentation rigour: sustains high experiment velocity alongside disciplined interpretation, including discontinuing tests that improve first purchase at the expense of retention.
  • Conversion craft: understands the mechanics of a first purchase — framing, social proof, personalisation and timing — and applies them accurately.
  • Cross-functional influence: operates effectively across Marketing, Data and Engineering without line authority; direct, structured, comfortable operating with founders and challenging decisions with evidence.

⌘Required experience

  • 5+ years in product management, growth or lifecycle roles, including direct ownership of a consumer subscription funnel.
  • Demonstrable conversion-rate and revenue improvements in a consumer mobile product.
  • Hands-on ownership of paywall and pricing experimentation.
  • Proficient in analytics tooling and able to query data independently.
  • Fluent English required

Nice to have

  • Marketplace or supply-constrained business experience.
  • Experience with a product whose value is delivered offline.
  • Experience operating across multiple markets and currencies.

We develop proprietary software that learns and adjusts to the habits of each person as it delivers immersive content that guides them on their own individual fitness journey.

ABOUT THE ROLE

iFIT is building its next generation subscription product, and the Growth Product Leader owns the funnel. You are accountable for every step between a new visitor and a paying, retained member: activation, onboarding, trial to paid, free to paid, referral and viral growth, and in product save flows. You lead a small team of product managers and analysts and run the Growth lane of the single product backlog.

You report to the Head of Product and partner daily with the Chief Subscription Officer on offer economics, with Marketing on acquisition, with Retention on save flows, with Design on growth surfaces, and with Analytics, who hold the experiment gate.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

  • Paywall and plan surfaces. Own the paywall and plan presentation surfaces. Pricing, plans, and packaging remain with the CSO.
  • Trial to paid and free to paid. Decide the product experience that converts trials and free users to paid members. Work with the CSO, who sets offer economics and pricing, and with Retention on offer strategy.
  • Paid subscriber Conversion. Own the number of visitors, trial users, and free users who become paid subscribers. Set the targets, decide the experience from first session to checkout, and run the experiments that lift conversion.
  • Activation and onboarding. Decide the activation and onboarding experience and own onboarding conversion.
  • Referral growth. Make the final call on referral and viral growth mechanics.
  • Product led growth. Own product led acquisition strategy and the product levers behind organic and App Store growth. Marketing decides overall acquisition, paid, and brand. You decide the product experience.
  • In product save flows. Own churn related in product save flows and the lifecycle programs they feed, in partnership with the Head of Retention, who owns the retention number.
  • Growth roadmap and experimentation. Own the Growth roadmap, PRDs, and backlog lane. Run Growth A/B tests through the Analytics experiment gate, where no test ships without methodology sign off.
  • Partner driven acquisition. Own the product experience of partner driven acquisition, working with the Partner Product Leader.

HOW YOU DECIDE

  • Decides - Activation, onboarding conversion, trial to paid, free to paid, referral growth, and the Growth roadmap and PRDs, paid subscriber conversion.
  • Consulted on - Paid acquisition, Core engagement features, retention lifecycle programs, design system standards, and UX research.
  • Measured by - Analytics, which owns KPI definitions, cohorts, and LTV and CAC.
  • Does not own - Pricing and offer economics (CSO). Overall acquisition, paid, and brand (Marketing). The retention number (Retention). Engagement outcomes (Core).

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

  • Substantial revenue and subscriber growth.
  • Efficient marketing funnel driven by the product.
  • Building the #1 app in Fitness
  • Best in class onboarding conversion, activation rate, trial and paid conversion, CAC, and save rate.
  • A steady, well run experiment cadence with documented learnings and clear readouts.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 8 or more years in product, with 3 or more years leading growth for a consumer subscription or mobile product. Senior Director candidates bring 12 or more years and experience leading multiple teams.
  • Proven record of moving funnel metrics through experimentation: onboarding, paywall, trial, and conversion.
  • Strong command of subscription metrics: LTV, CAC, cohort retention, and conversion funnels.
  • Experience managing and developing product managers and working closely with analysts.
  • Skill working across Marketing, Design, Engineering, and Retention without owning their budgets or roadmaps.
  • Direct communication and a bias for shipping, measuring, and iterating.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience in fitness, health, wellness, or content driven consumer products.
  • Experience with AI driven personalization in onboarding or conversion.
  • Experience with referral programs, partner distribution, or App Store optimization.
