Senior Product Manager
Seismic
Overview
Learning is where that mission gets personal. Our vision is Connected Learning: training, practice, and coaching that are always-on and tailored to each rep, grounded in what's actually happening in their deals. Because learning shares context with a rep's accounts, meetings, approved content, and skills, we can deliver what they need next, in the moment they need it, and show whether it moved the number.
As a Senior Product Manager, you'll lead key parts of two of our strategic themes: Adaptive Training, which removes the manual work for enablement teams and gives every rep only what they still need, and Continuous Learning, which brings learning into the flow of work so it sticks. You'll partner closely with others PMs on the team.
At Seismic, PMs operate as the general managers of their areas. You won't be handed a backlog of feature requests. You'll decide where the most valuable, durable opportunities are, place the bets, and own the results: adoption, expansion, retention, and revenue. This is a role for a PM who wants to run a business, not maintain a feature list.
Who you are:
- 5+ years of product management experience building user-facing products (B2B or B2C). You're fluent in discovery, specs, prioritization, and launch, and you don't need training on the fundamentals.
- An AI-forward way of working. You use AI every day to work faster and better, whether that's synthesizing research, prototyping, drafting specs, or analyzing data, and you can share specific recent examples.
- A business owner's mindset. You think in terms of outcomes, unit economics, and durable value, define clear success metrics, read the data, and change course when the evidence says so.
- Technical fluency. You can have credible conversations with engineers about LLMs, agent harness, data, and design tradeoffs.
- A strong point of view, held with humility. You can turn ambiguity into a clear plan and bring engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success along with you.
- Comfort working with distributed teams across time zones, including occasional early or late meetings.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Bonus points
- You've shipped AI products, such as agents, copilots, or AI-powered features, and know what it takes to make them reliable.
- You've built learning products, in corporate learning, sales enablement and readiness, edtech, or consumer learning.
- You're curious about how people learn: spaced reinforcement, mastery learning, coaching, and practice.
What you'll be doing:
- Run your areas like a business. Set the strategy and roadmap, choose the bets that create the most durable value, help shape how they're packaged and priced, and own the adoption, retention, and revenue outcomes that follow.
- Create best-in-class agentic training authoring and training management, so enablement teams turn the content they already trust into training in minutes and agents handle the busywork of assigning, tracking, and following up, whether teams work in Seismic or in the AI tools they already use.
- Make training adapt to every rep, so reps skip what they've already mastered and spend their time on what they still need.
- Bring learning into the flow of work with just-in-time micro-learning, instant answers grounded in training, and peer examples from top performers' real calls.
- Connect learning to performance. Use deal, meeting, and skill signals to decide what each rep needs next, and define how we prove impact beyond course completions.
- Stay close to customers. Talk with enablement leaders, sellers, and managers every week, run discovery with design and research, and bring a sharp point of view back to the team.
- Ship with engineering in fast, measurable increments, including the evals and quality bar that make AI features trustworthy.
What we have for you:
- A category being rewritten. AI is changing how sellers learn and how enablement teams work, and you'll help define what comes next.
- Ownership that's real. You'll run a meaningful area of the business, with the accountability and the room to match.
- Real scale from day one. Your work will reach enablement teams and sellers at some of the world's best-known brands.
- A team that builds with AI, not just for it. We use agentic tools in our own work and expect you to as well.
At Seismic, we’re committed to providing benefits and perks for the whole self. To explore our benefits available in each country, please visit the Global Benefits page.

Sr. Staff Product Manager, AI-Native IT Service Management
ServiceNow
About the team
Service Operations is where enterprises find out whether their technology actually works. An outage starts, someone gets paged, a bridge call spins up, and the first twenty minutes go to working out what broke rather than fixing it.
Our team owns the products that close that gap: incident and major incident, problem and root cause, change, on-call, and Notify. The people using them go well beyond the service desk, from application, platform, infrastructure, and network teams to DevOps and SRE groups who get alerted around the clock and the major incident commanders pulling everyone onto one call. Thousands of the largest IT organizations run their operations on these products. We are rebuilding them AI-native, not AI-assisted, with agents that triage, correlate, and resolve, and with people moving from doing the work to directing it. Our goal is Zero Service Outage.
About the role
You will own a piece of that portfolio outright: what good looks like for it, who it is for, and whether we are honestly there yet. Zero Service Outage is the goal, and the work is making it true for the customers who run their operations on these products every day.
The interesting part of this job is not the model. It is the environment it runs in. Service operations data is the messiest data in the enterprise: half-populated CMDBs, incident descriptions written in a hurry at 2am, alert noise from a dozen monitoring tools, and naming conventions that differ by region. An agent that triages perfectly against a clean eval set can behave very differently against a real customer’s incident stream, for reasons that have nothing to do with reasoning ability. Understanding why, and designing for it, is the job.
We also carry an installed base. Customers run today’s experience in production, and moving them onto an AI-native one is not a UI refresh. It is a change to how their IT team works, who approves what, and what an operator trusts an agent to do unsupervised. You will be making calls about what we carry forward, what we leave behind, and what we have to earn the right to automate.
How we work is changing as fast as what we build. Prototype instead of describing the idea. Put a working demo in front of people instead of a slide about a demo. Draft the spec, stand up a rough eval harness, pull your own data. ServiceNow invests in state-of-the-art tooling and expects you to use it. Product managers are better positioned than anyone to lead that shift, and part of this role is pulling the team around you into it.
What you get to do in this role
Own an AI-native ITSM product end to end, from the customer problem through launch criteria to how it performs in production.
Set product strategy for the Service Operations portfolio that supports ServiceNow’s growth toward $10B+ in revenue.
Build, not just specify. Prototype the interaction, stand up the eval harness, and get into the agent execution logs to understand what happened on the runs that failed.
Define what good means for an autonomous agent in an operational context where the cost of a wrong action is a second outage. Hold the line on it with engineering and have the honest conversation about what we can defensibly promise.
Work with design partners across the teams that run on this: service desk, application and infrastructure support, DevOps and SRE, and major incident command. Build in their environment against their real incidents, changes, and RCAs, then turn what you learn into something that generalizes to the next thousand customers.
Own your outcome metrics, such as time to resolve, change failure rate, and repeat incidents, in partnership with Customer Success, and make sure the instrumentation exists to show whether what you shipped moved them.
Align with peer product managers so the team is working on the right things at the right time and guide multiple teams through ambiguous product development without losing sight of the unified vision.
Write the strategy, the specs, and the analysis yourself.
Coach other product managers. This is a senior role on a small team, and how you raise the people around you counts as much as what you ship.
Qualifications
12+ years of software product management experience, including a track record of shipping complex enterprise products that customers love and that drive meaningful business outcomes.
Have owned an AI-native product end to end and been the person accountable for its quality bar. The ownership is what matters, not the years.
Know what enterprise-grade means for AI: the quality bar, the guardrails, the telemetry, and the work of earning a customer’s trust before they hand an agent real authority.
Have working knowledge of IT service operations: how incidents, changes, and on-call actually run, and why operations teams are slow to trust automation. You know these domains well enough to identify what should change fundamentally, not just incrementally.
Comfortable with platform concepts such as workflow orchestration, workspace design, Flow Designer, and extensibility patterns. You can engage in architecture discussions and make informed trade-offs.
Experience working with large enterprises that have complex customizations, compliance requirements, and high expectations.
Experience defining and capturing product requirements, from customer insights and market analysis to detailed user stories and product roadmaps that align stakeholders and guide execution.
Deep curiosity about customer needs and a track record of building authentic customer relationships.
Ability to drive solution development through systems thinking and to serve as a product lead and mentor for more junior team members.
Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving, whether through AI-powered tools, workflow automation, or analysis of AI-driven insights.
Preferred qualifications
Depth in IT service operations: incident and major incident, change, problem and RCA, CMDB, on-call, or AIOps. You have been on the bridge call, or close enough to know how the first thirty minutes go.
Agent evaluation: eval set design, LLM-as-judge, and closing the gap between offline results and production behavior.
Hands-on prototyping and analysis. You work in the tooling, the data, and the logs rather than describing them.
Zero-to-one experience, where the users, the quality bar, and the economics all had to be worked out at once.
Experience migrating a large installed base onto a materially different experience.
AI-native working habits that are already default, and evidence that you have changed how a team around you works.
Familiarity with other enterprise workflow platforms such as Salesforce, Jira Service Management, Freshworks, and BMC.
For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $190,900 - $334,100, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.

We believe building resilience should be simpler—and it starts with bringing critical information and workflows together in one unified platform.
Our core values drive us in our important mission of keeping people safe & informed:
- We’re humans not robots
- Customers always come first
- We work better together
- Simplicity is our strength
- Our reputation is priceless
- Hard work pays off
As one of the fastest growing SaaS start-up companies in the nation, we’re focused on finding the best talent and building the best team to continue accelerating our rapid growth to keep up with our demand.
Who You Are:
As an AlertMedia Product Manager you will have a primary role in setting the vision for our products while also playing an integral part in the day-to-day activities to make the vision a reality. Every day you’ll employ your ability to move smoothly between cross-functional teams, inspiring, learning and leading. Time with customers will be one of your best sources of improvements and new feature ideas. Best of all, you’ll be part of AlertMedia’s amazing culture and an important contributor to our rapid growth.
You are passionate about your products, and maybe even a little obsessive. You see both the forest AND the trees. You are energetic, empathic and earnest. Collaborating with people across different functions comes naturally to you. You are known for your willingness to share information and having no ego. You refuse to give up when the path isn’t clear.
When a critical event unfolds, the hard part is rarely knowing that something happened — it is understanding the impact and coordinating the many steps, people, and systems that have to move in the right order, quickly, and often all at once. AlertMedia is transforming how organizations use AI and data to turn response into action, and this role will lead that effort.
What You Get To Do Every Day:
Customer and Market Understanding
- Develop deep expertise in the personas we serve — security, safety, business continuity, IT, and operations leaders, and the responders who execute when something goes wrong — including how their work is structured, staffed, measured, and escalated.
- Interview customers and prospects continuously. Run discovery conversations, workflow walk-throughs, and feedback sessions that produce specific problem statements rather than feature requests.
- Maintain a clear, current view of the problems we solve well today, the opportunities to solve problems better, and the problems we should be solving 12 to 24 months from now.
- Track industry trends, the automation and AI landscape, platform and integration changes, and the competitive field, and translate them into implications for our roadmap.
Strategy, Prioritization, and Roadmap Ownership
- Own the roadmap for new AI capabilities: decide what we build, what we defer, and what we decline, with reasoning that stands up to scrutiny.
- Shape the strategy and positioning for a product that is still being defined and build the case for where it should go next.
- Balance business objectives, customer needs, and industry trends when sequencing work, and make the tradeoffs explicit to stakeholders.
- Define the problem sets and jobs to be done that anchor each initiative, so the team understands the outcome before it debates the solution.
Working With Development and Design
- Partner with Engineering and Design to translate customer problems into specifications, acceptance criteria, and deliverable milestones the team can execute against.
- Break large initiatives into releasable increments that produce customer value early and inform what comes next.
- Stay close through delivery — grooming, scope decisions, testing, and launch readiness — and resolve ambiguity before it becomes rework.
Prototyping With AI Tooling
- Use AI development and design tools such as Claude Code, Claude Design, and Codex to build working prototypes, pressure-test concepts, and put something tangible in front of customers in days rather than quarters.
- Treat prototypes as a research method: use them to invalidate weak ideas inexpensively and to sharpen strong ones before Engineering commits.
- Bring that fluency to the wider product team and raise the bar for how quickly we can move from idea to evidence.
Measurement
- Define what success looks like before launch — adoption, time saved, workflow completion, reliability, retention impact, revenue contribution — and instrument for it.
- Analyze product usage data and customer outcomes after release, report honestly on what worked and what did not, and feed those findings into the next round of prioritization.
Go-To-Market Enablement
- Work with Product Marketing to position new capabilities, shape messaging, and equip Sales, Customer Success, and Support to sell and support them with confidence.
- Translate product functionality into narratives and practical applications that customer-facing teams can use in real conversations.
- Lead internal training, demos, and Q&A sessions so the organization understands not just what shipped but why it matters to the people who use it.
What You Bring To The Role:
Required
- 3+ years of product management experience in B2B enterprise software, including owning a product or major product area end to end — discovery, delivery, and measurement.
- Experience leading an established or emerging product or major capability: iterating and evolving a product to fit ever-changing market needs.
- Prior experience working on agentic and/or AI-native products — workflow automation, interactive assistants, integration platforms, agentic tooling, or similar.
- A working understanding of how AI and LLM-based capabilities are designed into products, including where they add leverage and where they need guardrails.
- A systems mindset — you naturally think in terms of workflows, dependencies, triggers, and how the pieces of a process fit together.
- Strong analytical judgment and comfort making decisions from incomplete or conflicting information.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to hold a technical conversation with Engineering and a strategic one with an executive on the same day.
- Comfort with tools like Jira, Confluence, and product analytics software.
- A collaborative, no-ego approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Resourcefulness — you keep going when the path is not clear.
- Energetic, empathetic, and earnest, with a consistent record of delivering quality work on schedule.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery, APIs, system integrations, and data pipelines.
- Experience in critical event management, emergency communication, security, safety, or business continuity, or with the teams that run them, is a plus.
- Experience with product enablement or go-to-market support.
Location: Strong preference for Austin, TX candidates, but open to remote US based candidates. Please note that we currently do not hire candidates residing in the following states: Alaska, California, Hawaii, Louisiana, Mississippi, Montana, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, West Virginia, and Wyoming.

That's one reason why diversity and inclusion are core to our business.
Join Evolent for the mission. Stay for the culture.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Job Title: Sr Product Manager (Agentic User Interface)
Evolent is building a new AI platform from the ground up, and this role designs how people will actually work with it. As Sr Product Manager for the agentic user interface, you will own the experience through which clinicians, nurses, and operations teams collaborate with AI agents every day: what an agent surfaces, when it asks for a human decision, how it explains itself, and how a reviewer stays in control while practicing at the top of their license. The architecture is still being shaped, the first capabilities are moving into production now, and the company is backing the platform as a central piece of its strategy with dedicated product, engineering, applied AI, and data science teams and standing visibility to the executive team. This is a role for someone who is passionate about user interfaces, working alongside clinicians to design them, and genuinely curious about how the nature of work changes when AI becomes a teammate rather than a tool. If you want to define what that looks like in healthcare, and see it change how care actually gets delivered, this is that role.
Responsibilities
- Lead the product lifecycle for the agentic user interface from strategic planning to tactical activities, including ideation, discovery, development, launch, and post-launch analysis.
- Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for how users interact with AI agents, ensuring alignment with the overall AI platform roadmap, Evolent's company goals, and market trends.
- Conduct thorough user research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback gathering (clinicians, operations teams, and clients) to identify unmet needs and opportunities.
- Translate complex business requirements and user needs into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate closely with UX design, engineering, architecture, applied AI, data science, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and delivery.
- Prioritize the product backlog and manage feature development, ensuring optimal resource allocation and timely delivery against platform and capability delivery dates.
- Develop and execute go-to-market and adoption strategies, including positioning, messaging, training, and enablement materials for the internal teams and clients who use the interface.
- Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics such as adoption, task completion, and user trust in agent output, and identify areas for improvement and iteration.
- Act as a product evangelist, communicating product value and benefits to internal and external stakeholders.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior product managers and team members.
- Lead AI product strategy and roadmap development for the GenAI-enabled capabilities surfaced through the agentic user interface.
- Partner with data science and engineering leaders to define scalable AI architectures, model evaluation frameworks, and production readiness criteria.
- Own definition, execution, and measurement of proof-of-concepts and pilot initiatives to validate emerging technologies and interaction patterns.
- Define product requirements for AI-powered features, including model quality expectations, human-in-the-loop and governance requirements, and user adoption measures.
- Drive decisions regarding AI feature prioritization based on customer value, operational efficiency, and technical feasibility.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business, Healthcare Administration) or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 5-7+ years of experience in product management, with a strong emphasis on software products in the healthcare technology sector, including 2+ years owning user-facing applications or platform products consumed by other teams.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex software products.
- Demonstrated ability to define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market plans.
- Strong grounding in user experience (UX) principles and design thinking, with experience partnering with designers and researchers to ship interfaces that people adopt and trust.
- Hands-on product experience with generative AI systems in production, such as LLM-based workflows, retrieval and document processing pipelines, evaluation and monitoring, and human-in-the-loop review patterns.
- Working knowledge of modern AI technologies and the trade-offs among them: model selection, prompting and orchestration approaches, retrieval-augmented generation, fine-tuning versus prompting, and agentic patterns.
- Proven ability to partner with architects and engineers on technical trade-offs, including build versus buy versus partner, canonical data models, and API and event contracts.
- Experience delivering software in a regulated environment with sensitive or protected data (PHI/PII), including audit, traceability, and access-control requirements.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and proficiency in product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Aha!).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Healthcare Administration, Engineering).
- Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including payer, provider, and value-based care models; experience in prior authorization, utilization management, appeals, or payer and provider clinical operations is a plus.
- Direct experience leading GenAI or machine learning product initiatives from concept through launch, and bringing AI-enabled products to enterprise scale.
- Experience shipping conversational, copilot, or agent-driven interfaces, including patterns for explainability, confidence and citation display, escalation to a human, and reviewer override.
- Working knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards such as FHIR, X12 278, and HL7, and of CMS Interoperability and Prior Authorization rules.
- Depth in Microsoft Azure as a primary platform (e.g., AKS, Service Bus, Azure SQL and Cosmos DB, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Document Intelligence, AI Search). Comparable AWS or Google Cloud depth considered.
- Experience with agent architectures and orchestration frameworks, embedding and retrieval pipelines, and model routing through a centralized AI gateway.
- Knowledge of MLOps and LLMOps practices, including evaluation datasets and scoring, shadow-mode validation, drift and quality monitoring, and observability tooling such as OpenTelemetry.
- Exposure to identity, access, and lifecycle governance for AI systems and agents, and to HITRUST or SOC 2 certification programs.
- Experience with product analytics and experimentation tools, including A/B testing and usability research methods.
- Experience collaborating with data scientists on experimentation, model tuning, and deployment strategies.

Senior Product Manager - Falcon Writer
Veeva Systems
The Role
Falcon Writer is Veeva's AI authoring product for regulated life sciences content. It drafts submittable documents from a customer's own data, so medical writers can produce accurate, source-backed content far faster.
We are looking for a Product Manager to join the Falcon Writer team and own a core part of the product. You will work directly with medical writing, regulatory, and clinical teams at customer organizations to understand their workflows, then turn that into a roadmap engineering can build against. This is a hands-on role in applied AI, in a domain where correctness matters more than almost anything else. This role has a preference for candidates based in the Eastern or Central Time Zones. What You’ll Do
- Own and design product features from start to finish, including user stories, functional and non-functional requirements, feature specifications, and quality control checks. Turn ambiguous, early-stage problems into clear technical requirements and prioritized, shippable work.
- Collaborate closely with Development, QA, Project Management, and Product Management to ensure products are built and delivered with quality.
- Acquire deep subject matter expertise in medical writing and work directly with medical writers, regulatory, and clinical teams to understand their document workflows, source data, and compliance requirements in detail.
- Define the metrics that matter, including authoring speed, draft quality, and adoption, and use them to drive prioritization.
- Be accountable for the success of the product
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on product management experience.
- Experience shipping AI or machine learning product features, with the ability to define AI use cases that carry clear user and business value and to reason about how AI systems behave and where they need guardrails, verification, and human review.
- Strong ability to understand complex customer workflows and ambiguous, early-stage problems, and translate them into clear product direction and solutions.
- Extensive customer-facing experience, with clear, direct communication and the ability to independently lead customer discovery and align senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- A builder's instinct. You would rather be in the weeds with engineering than reviewing a roadmap deck.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the Life Sciences industry, SaaS, and/or enterprise products.
- Familiarity with regulatory, clinical, medical writing, or pharma document workflows such as clinical study reports, regulatory submissions, and periodic or annual reports.
- Experience with content management or document generation products.
- Experience with Veeva or Vault.
- Familiarity with generative AI workflows such as prompt design, model evaluation, or AI-assisted authoring.
- Experience building working prototypes with AI coding tools to test ideas quickly.
Interviewing with Veeva
- Follow the application process and submit your resume.
- Within 3 days, you will receive a link to a personality assessment administered by a third party.
- Once you complete the assessment, our team will review your full application package and follow up via email with our decision.
- If moving to the interview stage, the process is as follows:
- A conversation with the hiring manager
- A practical case exercise
