Associate Manager, Marketing Product Operations, CRM Automation
DoorDash USA
About the Role
DoorDash's marketing product operations team is the connective tissue between our Retention Marketing organization and the tools, systems, and data that power it. As an Associate Manager on CRM Automation, you'll own developing the AI-powered automation that helps our Campaign Operators build, edit, QA, and monitor CRM campaigns faster and with fewer errors across every audience we serve.
You'll partner closely with Campaign Operators to find where manual work slows them down. You’ll use these learnings to then partner with our Martech team to design, ship, and scale internal AI-enabled tools and workflows that remove it. This is a highly cross-functional, builder-oriented role for someone who wants to own CRM automation end-to-end.
You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…
- Own and evolve the CRM automation roadmap, using DoorDash's internal AI tools to help Campaign Operators build, edit, QA, and monitor campaigns more efficiently
- Identify high-effort manual steps in campaign build and edit workflows and design AI-assisted automations to replace them
- Apply AI to campaign QA and ongoing monitoring so issues are caught early and surfaced quickly across all audiences
- Partner cross-functionally with Campaign Operators, Marketing, Martech, and Product to define requirements and prioritize what to automate next
- Track and report on adoption, time saved, and campaign error rates to demonstrate the impact of automation
- Build documentation, SOPs, and training that help Campaign Operators adopt new tools and workflows with confidence
We’re excited about you because…
- 4+ years of experience in marketing technology, marketing operations, CRM marketing, program management, or a similar operational role at a technology company
- Hands-on experience building, editing, or operating CRM campaigns in marketing automation platforms (Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, Responsys, or similar)
- Fluency with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) and a demonstrated ability to apply them to automate repetitive work
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional projects – defining milestones, managing dependencies, and keeping stakeholders aligned
- Comfort working with data to track adoption and efficiency metrics and surface insights; experience with dashboards or basic SQL a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills – able to translate technical automation into plain language for campaign operators
- Detail-oriented with a high bar for quality; you notice what's missing before others do
Nice to Have
- Experience building automations or workflows with AI tools, scripts, APIs, or low-code/no-code platforms
- Experience working across multiple brands/audiences (e.g., consumer, B2B, international)
- Basic SQL knowledge for querying campaign or usage data
- Experience writing internal documentation, training materials, or adoption playbooks

Within Dasher Marketing, this role sits across two pods: Dasher Earnings Experience, which helps Dashers understand and trust how they get paid, and Dasher Habituation, which builds the habits and rituals that keep Dashers engaged and dashing consistently. The team is small-yet-mighty and growing quickly.
About the Role
As an Associate Marketing Manager, Dasher Engagement, you'll help bring to life the marketing strategy behind two of the most important levers in the Dasher lifecycle: how Dashers earn, and how often they come back. You'll partner closely with product, marketing, research, and creative teams to execute campaigns, in-app messaging, and communications that build Dasher trust in our earnings products and reinforce the habits that keep Dashers dashing.
You'll support GTM launches for new pay and earnings features as well as always-on engagement and habituation programs, translating strategy into flawless day-to-day execution and reporting on what's working.

Key responsibilities:
- Execute go-to-market plans for new and existing Earnings Experience and Habituation features, spanning in-app messaging, email, push notifications, and other Dasher-facing comms
- Support marketing experimentation (A/B tests) that build Dasher understanding of pay mechanics and reinforce dashing habits, then translate results into recommendations for what to test next
- Own day-to-day execution of campaigns: writing and QAing content, briefing creative, setting up in-app/CRM sends, and coordinating launch timelines across partner teams
- Partner with Product and Analytics to track adoption, engagement, and satisfaction metrics for earnings and habituation initiatives, flagging opportunities as they emerge
- Support customer research, in partnership with UXR and Audience Insights, to understand Dasher sentiment around pay transparency and engagement, and turn findings into actionable briefs
- Help prepare materials for weekly cross-functional business reviews with Product, Brand, CRM, and Operations, and track follow-ups to closure
- Maintain campaign trackers, briefs, and post-mortems so learnings compound across launches
We're excited about you because…
- 2-4 years of professional experience in marketing, growth, lifecycle, or a related operating role, ideally in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with data — able to pull and interpret basic metrics (Excel/SQL a plus) to gauge whether a campaign or test is working
- Strong project management instincts: you can take a plan, break it into steps, and drive it to done across multiple partner teams
- A clear, concise writer who can turn a strategy into Dasher-facing copy and briefs that creative and CRM teams can execute against
- A collaborative team player who's comfortable working across Product, Research, CRM, Brand, and Operations
- A builder's mentality — you're excited about technology products that impact millions of Dashers, and you want to grow your career in marketing at DoorDash
We expect this position to be filled by 11-24-26

Marketing Manager, New Channels Strategy
DoorDash USA
About the Team
DoorDash’s mission is to grow and empower local economies. By building intelligent, last-mile delivery technology for local cities, DoorDash connects people with the local businesses they care about — helping grow businesses and the communities that support those businesses. To further this mission, we’re looking for a marketer who will sit at the intersection of growth, brand, product, and operations to lead DoorDash’s new channels strategy — identifying, testing, and scaling net-new marketing channels (such as Influencer & Affiliate, SMS, and other emerging channels) to drive incremental new customer and MAU growth. This role owns a portfolio of channel bets end-to-end, from early-stage testing through to scaled, always-on programs. The integrated marketing team is a group of marketing generalists responsible for translating business goals into marketing strategies and serving as the general manager across the organization to bring those strategies to market.
About the Role
The Consumer Integrated Marketing team is looking for a strategic, entrepreneurial, and data-driven marketer to lead DoorDash’s new channels strategy — identifying, testing, and scaling new marketing channels to drive incremental new customer and MAU growth efficiently. This role will report into the MAU Marketing lead, and will own end-to-end strategy — from ideation and testing through to scaled execution and measurement — across a portfolio of new channel bets that support our broader new customer acquisition goals. This includes DoorDash’s Influencer & Affiliate program (creator recruitment, commission structure, content strategy, and measurement) as one flagship bet in that portfolio, alongside a handful of additional new channel tests. It’s an awesome blend of working on 0 to 1 nascent bets and driving impact at scale while overseeing a substantial marketing budget.
You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…
- Own the strategy and roadmap for DoorDash’s portfolio of new channel bets — identifying, testing, and scaling channels (including Influencer & Affiliate) that drive incremental New Cx and MAU growth
- Lead the build-out of DoorDash’s Influencer & Affiliate program as a flagship bet in that portfolio — from creator recruitment and onboarding to commission structure and content strategy — modeled after category leaders like Amazon
- Partner closely with Eng, MarTech, and Analytics to build durable measurement and attribution infrastructure (deeplinking, tracking, incrementality) across new channel bets
- Design and evolve incentive and budget structures that balance DoorDash’s efficiency goals with the dynamics of each channel (e.g., influencer earning potential)
- Set content and channel strategy across verticals (Rx, New Verticals, DashPass) and seasonal moments to drive GOV, New Cx, and brand awareness
- Act as the “glue” across the marketing org, aligning new channel plans with priorities from Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Finance
- Communicate with cross-functional partners and senior leadership on program performance, risks, and roadmap progress across the full channel portfolio
We’re excited about you because you have…
- Bachelor’s degree or higher; MBA a plus
- 5+ years of experience in performance, growth, or lifecycle marketing, with a track record of identifying, testing, and scaling new marketing channels from 0 to 1 (e.g., affiliate/influencer, SMS, or other emerging channels)
- Experience collaborating and leading cross- functional workstreams with Product, CRM, paid media, creative, analytics, and finance teams
- The ability to think about the business like a GM, drive forward highly cross-functional projects like a product manager, and speak to consumers (and, where relevant, external partners) like a seasoned marketer
- Comfort operating with imperfect attribution — able to synthesize detailed data to make data-driven decisions while using judgment when full visibility isn’t available
- A creative and entrepreneurial mindset — you enjoy building 0-to-1 programs and finding creative solutions with limited resources
- Excellent verbal / written communication skills, able to manage relationships with external partners as well as brief senior stakeholders
- Nice to have: familiarity with affiliate networks and creator platforms (e.g., Impact, CJ, CreatorIQ, Tagger) and how to evaluate build-vs-buy tradeoffs for program infrastructure
We expect this position to be filled by 11/03/2026.

Senior Associate, AI Solutions Architect, Marketing Technology
DoorDash USA
About the Team
DoorDash’s mission is to grow and empower local economies. By building intelligent, last-mile delivery technology for local cities, DoorDash connects people with the local businesses they care about — helping grow businesses and the communities that support those businesses. The Marketing Technology team is responsible for delivering best-in-class tools, data, and processes so teams at DoorDash can effectively acquire new customers, drive retention, and grow new business lines across all our audiences. Our mission is to enable teams to deliver personalized, engaging, and relevant content across all our owned and paid channels. We partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Analytics teams to translate Marketing’s technology needs into measurable business outcomes for our Growth and Performance Marketing teams.
About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Associate, AI Solutions Architect to help build and scale AI-powered tools across DoorDash's Marketing teams. You'll work alongside our existing Marketing Technology AI Solutions Architects to identify opportunities where AI can solve real marketing problems, then build, test, and iterate on the solutions that make it happen. This role is grounded in hands-on building: you'll spend your time prototyping, coding, and shipping tools rather than pitching strategy from the sidelines.
This is a great opportunity to grow your technical and strategic skills at the intersection of marketing and AI. You'll get mentorship from a team of builders and exposure to the full lifecycle of AI development from prototype to deployment. This role will report to the Senior Manager, Marketing Technology within the Growth Marketing organization.
You're excited about this opportunity because you will…
- Build and deploy AI-powered tools and automations, such as automated reporting, QA frameworks, and workflow optimizations..
- Develop MVPs and proof-of-concepts, then iterate based on user feedback within a defined workstream.
- Contribute to AI training materials, prompt and template libraries, and workshops that help drive AI adoption across marketing teams.
- Partner with Data Engineering, Analytics, and Product teams to integrate AI solutions into our existing marketing technology stack.
- Evaluate third-party AI platforms and APIs to identify options that fit our marketing technology stack.
- Track and report on the impact of the AI solutions you build, including efficiency gains and quality improvements.
- Help identify and automate time-consuming marketing processes, working across both the AdTech (Performance Media) and Marketing Platforms (Retention) pods.
- Support the AI Center of Excellence by contributing to frameworks, governance, and best practices for AI adoption across Growth Marketing.
We're excited about you because you have...
- 2-4 years of experience at the intersection of marketing and technology, with hands-on experience building tools or automations.
- Technical experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python (can read, modify, and debug code), along with familiarity with APIs, Postgres, ETLs, SQL, and data structures.
- Experience implementing AI solutions beyond basic chatbot usage: working with AI APIs, MCPs, prompt chains, and low-code/no-code platforms (Zapier, Make, Retool, etc.).
- Comfort working directly with Product and/or Engineering teams to develop solutions and collaborate on roadmaps.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical partners.
- A builder / tinkerer mindset: resourceful and comfortable with ambiguity, able to prioritize your own workstream with input from your manager.
- Nice to have: experience with marketing technology platforms and tools, or a background in Marketing Ops, Marketing Analytics, or MarTech.
Why You’ll Love Working at DoorDash because…
- We are leaders - Leadership is not limited to our management team. It’s something everyone at DoorDash embraces and embodies.
- We are doers - We believe the only way to predict the future is to build it. Creating solutions that will lead our company and our industry is what we do -- on every project, every day.
- We are learners - We’re not afraid to dig in and uncover the truth, even if it’s scary or inconvenient. Everyone here is continually learning on the job, no matter if we’ve been in a role for one year or one minute.
- We are customer-obsessed - Our mission is to grow and empower local economies. We are committed to our customers, merchants, and dashers and believe in connecting people with possibility.
- We are all DoorDash - The magic of DoorDash is our people, together making our inspiring goals attainable and driving us to greater heights.
