General Services Corporation (GSC Apartments) is seeking an Insurance Compliance Coordinator to join our Compliance team in our Richmond, VA office. Responsibilities Coordinate incident reporting and insurance claims to include investigation, analysis, reporting, follow-up, and resolution. Serve as a liaison between employees and insurance adjuster, broker, and attorney. Stay current on industry standards through research and continuing education. Provide status updates and reports as needed. Prepare for the annual commercial property insurance policy renewal. Assist with projects and duties as requested.
