Position Overview:
- The Supply Chain Tech is responsible for the day to day receipt and distribution of supplies to the medical center units and affiliates.

- The Supply Chain Tech is typically assigned to 1 of 4 primary functions; supply re-stock (patient care areas), order sort & distribution (Central Supply), resupply cart stocking (CSUP Resupply area), and shipping/receiving (Receiving dock).
- Each of the aforementioned primary functions carries several sub-functions, some of which are described below.
- These assignments are determined based on departmental needs, and can be changed without any prior notice being provided.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, pack, and unpack items to be stocked and/or delivered on shelves/bins/Point of Use locations (i.e. in Central Supply, storerooms, units, and any off-site locations).
- Receive and/or count stock items with accuracy and correctly record data manually or using the computer.
- Verify established inventory par levels by comparing them to actual physical counts and re-order replenishment stock accordingly.
- Ensure accuracy of received supplies by counting and comparing packing lists/restock lists with delivered goods and inspect for damage, defects, or breaking and report any of these issues to the supervisor.
- Must meet established Supply Chain Policy #1 job performance standards and all scheduled timelines.
- Loads and offloads AGV system supply carts and appropriately parks/stages carts for next utilization.
- Must be able to use AGV system touch screen correctly to send cart types to scheduled location.
- Clean and maintain shelves within stocking areas and work-station areas to ensure compliance with safety and infection control regulations.
- Answer all telephone calls in accordance to the department's telephone script, ensuring calls are properly answered and appropriate actions are followed in a timely manner.
- Apply ICARE and IConnect in all interactions between inter/intra departments. Performs any and all Supply Chain job functions as assigned or required.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- One year working experience in a service industry position or equivalent job experience.
- Must have basic math, reading, and writing skills.
Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (07:00 - 15:30); Job Duration: 13 Weeks
Pay Rate: $25.00/Hour

Job Summary
Under limited supervision, operates equipment such as small presses, riveters, welders and drivers. The machines may be manual or automatic; adjustments are of a routine nature. Tolerances are normally close but not difficult to measure or maintain. Produces a variety of assemblies or subassemblies.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate machines and all auxiliary equipment with minimum supervision.
- Change over equipment and ensure quality of product.
- Make changes in prescribed operating conditions as necessary to produce quality products.
- Perform necessary test and measurements to assure product meets required specifications.
- Keep accurate products data and records as required.
- Correct or adjust any machine malfunction immediately to ensure continuity of production and quality of next process.
- Report any major machine malfunction immediately to Supervisor/Group Leader.

- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Assist in other duties as directed by your Supervisor/Group Leader.

Qualifications

Overview
Responsible for the daily operations of a solo-person site supporting print production, managed print, copy, imaging, mail, courier, hospitality, and related office services. Supports a print production center and maintains oversight of approximately 30 Ricoh multifunction devices. Responsible for maintaining documentation related to print activity and key-operator details, operating required equipment and software efficiently, and maintaining service levels. This role requires daily plant walks to inspect multifunction devices and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Responsibilities-
Manage daily operations of the print production center and provide contracted office services, including copy, courier, managed print, hospitality, imaging, and mail services.

Operate PCs, copiers, multifunction devices, imaging equipment, mail equipment, and related software to meet service level agreements.

Support production print operations and fleet management for approximately 30 multifunction devices.

Perform daily checks and inspections of multifunction devices throughout the plant and report equipment, facility, or service issues.
