Cargoos Logistics is seeking experienced Freight Brokers, Freight Agents, and Logistics Sales Executives with active shipper relationships and a proven history of generating freight business.
This is not an entry-level opportunity. We are looking for established transportation sales professionals who already know how to prospect, quote, negotiate, and manage customer freight.

We are seeking professionals with:
- 2+ years of freight brokerage or logistics sales experience
- An existing book of business or active shipper relationships
- A proven ability to quote, close, and manage freight shipments
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills
- The ability to work independently in a commission-based environment
- A professional and ethical approach to business development
100% Commission-Based
- Premium commission splits for proven producers
- Potential earnings of $90,000 $275,000+ annually
- Higher commission opportunities available for brokers with active self-generated business
