• Own the functional design of FP&A planning and management-reporting systems.
• Translate business requirements into planning models, drivers, dimensions, and hierarchies.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, allocations, and scenario planning.
• Ensure integration and reconciliation of planning data with GL/ledger and workforce sources.
• Develop Power BI dashboards, management reports, and executive reporting packs.
• Support headcount, workforce, and cost planning/reporting.
• Use SQL and data-modelling concepts for analysis and reporting.
• Improve and automate FP&A planning and forecast processes using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Challenge and eliminate manual or inefficient processes within planning models.
• Partner closely with FP&A, Finance Business Partners, IT, and senior leadership.
• Support the end-to-end annual planning cycle, monthly reporting, and forecast cadence.

Drive improvements in planning-cycle efficiency, data accuracy, and reporting quality.
