Requirements
- If you genuinely love being around children and feel confident in your ability to teach games and skills in a fun and quirky manner, then this could be the job for you!

- Lead or assist classes in a structured environment for children 1-7+ years old.
- Need to adapt to varying ages and abilities.
- Previous knowledge or experience with soccer is not required. What is required is a comfort with working with young children.
- Preference given to experience in a childcare or pre-school environment (Early Childhood Education (ECE) units a plus).

The Schedule:

- Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm (actual times of classes will vary)
- Saturday and Sunday 8:30am - 12:30pm (actual time of classes will vary)
Note that this position is for a long-term commitment, not just an engagement over the summer. (College students are welcome to apply but must be based locally and commit to regular hours during the school year.)

Location: Classes are held at schools, daycares, pre-schools, parks, and recreational centers across NOVA. Depending on the location of the coach's primary residence they may be required to travel up to an hour to get to a class location.

- High school diploma with some college (preferred)
- You must hold a valid driver's license, and a reliable personal transportation.
- The ideal candidate would be available most Monday-Saturday mornings and/or afternoons.

The ideal candidate has to love working with young children and be passionate about their development. Flexibility is preferred as the classes will take place during the day, as part of after school programs and possibly on weekends. Classes will be held at schools, recreation centers and parks so a reliable form of transportation is required.
New coaches will typically work from 5 to 25 classes a week (depending on availability, performance and preference) and each class runs from 30 to 60 minutes.

The Company:
Youth Athletes United was created to provide the best programming and service in the market for youth sports, starting with their first sports experience. Our goal is to provide an experience where every child is an athlete. The long-term impact will allow us to create healthy habits at a young age, teach life skills and increase youth activity across the board.
THE HISTORY:
Super Soccer Stars has been in the youth soccer business for over 22 years and have been recognized as the largest operating program in the US.
The Position:
We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Soccer Coach! Who will lead our children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all. Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper or leader), and enjoys working with children. This position is excellent for someone who has an interest in pursuing early childhood education, or child development. New Coaches can work *5-25 classes a week and can earn from $20 per hr up to $25 per hr.

Requirements
The Schedule:
This job post is primarily for mornings. Classes run an hour long, typically 2 30-minute sessions each. Hours for the morning shift will range from 10-15 hours. We have additional hours in the afternoon if interested.
The Location:
Classes are held across schools, parks, and recreational centers. Coaches are expected to travel up to 30 minutes to travel to the fields or class location. Classes will be in Nothern Virginia Area (Arlington, Alexandria, Springfield, McLean
