Principal Product Manager, Identity & Trust
Life360
About Life360
Life360’s mission is to keep people close to the ones they love. Our category-leading mobile app, Tile tracking devices, and Pet GPS tracker empower members to protect the people, pets, and things they care about most with a range of services, including location sharing, safe driver reports, and crash detection with emergency dispatch. Life360 serves approximately 102.4 million monthly active users (MAU), as of June 30, 2026, across more than 180 countries.
Life360 delivers peace of mind and enhances everyday family life with seamless coordination for all the moments that matter, big and small. By continuing to innovate and deliver for our customers, we have become a household name and the must-have mobile-based membership for families (and those friends who are basically family).

Life360 is a Remote-First company, which means a remote work environment will be the primary experience for all employees. All positions, unless otherwise specified, can be performed remotely (within the US) regardless of any specified location above.
We are AI Native
We are building an AI native company where AI is an integral part of how we build and operate. AI tool usage during interviews varies by role. You may be asked to demonstrate proficiency with AI tools, discuss how you leverage AI, or complete interview exercises without AI assistance. Your Recruiter will provide clear guidance as you move through the interview process.
Undisclosed use of AI not previously discussed with or approved by your Recruiter may impact your candidacy.
About The Team
The Services/Identity team in Foundations owns the systems that decide who our members are and whether they can get in: account creation, sign-in, session management, and recovery for families across more than 180 countries. You'll work hand in hand with Security, Engineering, Data, Customer Care, Legal/Privacy, and our Growth/Onboarding teams to ensure members can access Life360 easily and worry free while protecting those systems from an increasingly sophisticated threat landscape.
About the Job
Every Life360 moment starts with a sign-in. A parent opens the app to check on a teen's first drive. A grown child makes sure their aging parent arrives home safely. A family shares their live location to coordinate with neighbors on a trip. If the wrong person gets into an account, or a loved one gets locked out, we've created a trust-breaking moment. Identity is the front door to our members' most sensitive data, and it has to be effortless and secure. We are looking for a seasoned product leader with a strong point of view on how to make that true at global scale.
In this role, you'll own and execute the strategy for how Life360 determines who our members are and keeps them safe: identity, authentication, account sign-in, and account recovery. You'll own the problem end to end, from the sign-in experiences members see to the identity services, risk signals, and data models behind them. You'll set the bar for what a world-class consumer identity experience looks like, define the metrics that prove it, and drive alignment across engineering, security, privacy, customer care, and leadership. This isn't a support role. You're a force multiplier for every team that depends on identity, working directly with Foundations and Enterprise leadership to build the practices, systems, and knowledge that keep our members' accounts safe.
The US-based salary range for this position is $178,500 to $261,500. We take into consideration an individual's background, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience in determining final salary. Base pay may also vary based on geographic location, with US work locations falling into one of three geographic tiers.
Total compensation is inclusive of equity compensation in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits.
What You’ll Do
- Own the front door. Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AuthN and AuthZ at Life360, along with the systems that power registration, member access, session management, credential lifecycle, and CIAM integration, across mobile, web, partner integrations, and agentic connectors, spanning both the member experience and the services behind it.
- Make recovery safe and humane. Design account management and recovery that gets legitimate members back in quickly, without handing keys to an attacker. Balance friction against trust, and treat recovery as a security surface, not just a customer support flow.
- Stay ahead of attackers. Partner with Security on Enterprise Tech to anticipate account takeover, credential stuffing, phishing, SIM-swap, and social engineering of our support channels, and build layered defenses before they show up in the data.
- Move beyond passwords. Lead our roadmap for passkeys, passwordless and phishing-resistant authentication, step-up and risk-based authentication, and device-bound sessions, and drive adoption without breaking the experience for members on older devices or in lower-connectivity markets.
- Build for the whole world. Design identity for 180+ countries: phone-number-first behaviors, SMS and OTP deliverability and cost, regional carrier and device realities, localization, and regional regulatory requirements.
- Earn trust with families. Handle the identity questions unique to a family product: teen and minor accounts, age assurance, parental consent, circle membership, and who is allowed to see what, in line with privacy and compliance obligations such as COPPA and GDPR.
- Set the standard. Define company-wide identity and trust KPIs (account takeover rate, sign-in success, recovery success, time to recover, false positive rate, support contacts per account issue, passkey adoption) that let product and engineering move fast without second-guessing the foundation.
- Make the invisible visible. Drive the telemetry, fraud signals, and detection approach so teams can see abuse, friction, and drop-off across the entire identity journey.
- Translate security into decisions. Turn threat models, incident learnings, and identity data into sharp narratives for executives: where we're exposed, what it costs us, and where to place the bets now.
- Unify the ecosystem. Partner with teams across the company, including growth, subscriptions, partnerships, and Customer Care, so identity decisions serve every product and integration that depends on them.
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of product management experience, including significant time at a principal or staff level with cross-functional scope
- Deep, hands-on experience owning consumer identity, authentication, account security, or trust products at scale, ideally for a global consumer app with tens or hundreds of millions of users
- Strong cybersecurity depth: you can talk fluently about threat modeling, account takeover, fraud and abuse, MFA, passkeys/FIDO2/WebAuthn, OAuth/OIDC, session management, and credential security, and you hold your own with security engineers and the CISO's team
- Real empathy for members: you know that a locked-out parent or a worried teenager is on the other end of every flow you design
- Full-stack product ownership: comfort with backend identity services and APIs, and equal care for the mobile and web experience, including login, onboarding, and recovery UX
- Global mindset: experience launching and operating identity flows across many countries, regulatory regimes, languages, and device and carrier environments
- Working knowledge of privacy, compliance, and standards that shape identity (e.g., NIST 800-63, GDPR, CCPA, COPPA); experience with minors' accounts or age assurance is a plus
- Experience driving alignment across large, matrixed organizations, including Engineering, Security, Legal, Privacy, and Customer Support
- Strong analytical instincts; you use quantitative data and qualitative signal to define what good looks like, run experiments, and hold the bar there
- Excellent written and verbal communication; you distill complex security and technical realities into clear business priorities for diverse audiences
- High ownership and bias for action; you identify the problem and mobilize the right people rather than waiting to be asked
Our Benefits
- Medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance plans (100% paid for employees)
- Paid parental leave
- 401(k) plan with company matching program
- Mental Wellness Program & Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for mental well-being
- Generous time off: flexible PTO, companywide holidays throughout the year plus summer and winter shutdowns
- Learning & Development programs
- Equipment, tools, and reimbursement support for a productive remote environment
- Free Life360 Platinum Membership and Tile trackers

Technical Product Manager - AI & Data Analytics
WorkWave
We aren’t just looking for someone to manage a backlog; we’re looking for the founding architect of our customer-facing data and AI strategy.
As a Technical Product Manager (Data & AI), you will sit at the high-impact intersection of cutting-edge Data Science, modern Engineering, and customer-facing value. This is a highly visible, strategic role where you’ll partner directly with executive-level clients to co-develop the predictive models, analytical features, and SaaS data products that will define our industry.
If you want to move away from internal tooling and actually ship AI/ML features that drive massive, quantifiable ARR, this is your playground.
This job is remote in the US
Please note: Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. The company does not currently or in the future provide sponsorship for employment visa status.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Shape the AI & Data Vision
-
Own the Predictive Roadmap: Drive the vision and strategy for our external AI/ML models, advanced analytics features, and data products.
-
Co-Innovate with Clients: Embed deeply with strategic customers and design partners to validate ideas, uncover raw user needs, and co-develop next-gen features.
-
Tell the Story of Data: Partner with UX and Data Science to turn complex backend algorithms into beautiful, intuitive data visualizations and high-impact product demos.
Execute & Ship with Impact
-
Translate Complexity: Act as the ultimate bridge. Translate messy customer business problems into precise technical specs, transformation logic, and data requirements for our engineers and data scientists.
-
Own the GTM: Collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales to launch features that aren't just technically impressive, but actually move the needle on SaaS metrics (Adoption, Retention, ARR expansion).
-
Hypothesize & Validate: Use your analytical skills to dive into data assets, validate assumptions, and prove (or disprove) product hypotheses before writing code.
What You’ll Bring to the Table
-
3+ years of relevant experience across Product Management, Data Analytics, or Data Engineering.
-
Strong Business & Product Acumen: The ability to look at a complex technical feature and immediately see how it connects to customer ROI.
-
SQL Fluency: You are comfortable writing joins and aggregations to explore data yourself. (We care about your analytical problem-solving, not whether you memorized advanced syntax).
-
Data Visualization Chops: Experience with a modern BI platform (e.g., Sigma, Tableau, Looker) and a strong sense of how to present data clearly.
-
The "Translator" Superpower: Elite communication skills. You can pitch a vision to an executive client, align a sales team, and debate data modeling with an engineer.
WHO YOU ARE:
-
Great product minds don’t all follow the same blueprint. You likely fall into one of these buckets:
-
The Seasoned Data PM: You already build data products but want a more visible, customer-facing role where you can co-develop directly with clients on a modern stack.
-
The Data-Obsessed SaaS PM: You manage a standard SaaS product, but you secretly spend all your time in SQL, building dashboards, and lurking in the analytics team's Slack channels. You're ready to make Data/AI your full-time focus.
-
The Product-Minded Analyst: You're a Senior Data Analyst or BI Developer who doesn't just answer "what happened?" but actively tells stakeholders "what's next." You’ve been "unofficially" product-managing your work for a while and are ready to make it official.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
-
3+ years of relevant experience across Product Management, Data Analytics, or Data Engineering.
-
Strong Business & Product Acumen: The ability to look at a complex technical feature and immediately see how it connects to customer ROI.
-
SQL Fluency: You are comfortable writing joins and aggregations to explore data yourself.
WHAT WOULD ALSO BE AWESOME:
-
Our Stack: Experience with (or a burning desire to learn) our modern data stack: Snowflake, DBT, Fivetran, and Sigma.
-
Industry Context: Experience in complex B2B SaaS verticals—especially physical operations like Field Services (logistics, routing, dispatch) or Building Services—is a massive plus. These industries are sitting on massive, unoptimized datasets ripe for AI disruption.
-
Coding Lite: Familiarity with Python or R for lightweight data analysis.
-
AI/ML Exposure: Experience working around the machine learning lifecycle or productionized models.

More about Nash
Nash is the platform that powers modern logistics.
Commerce has inverted. For decades, customers came to where products and services were. Now products and services come to them, on their terms, in real time. That shift has turned every company into a logistics company, even though almost none of them were built to be one. Couriers, fleets, gig workers, parcel carriers, in-store labor, and increasingly autonomous systems all have to be coordinated in real time, against tighter windows and rising expectations, with hard-fought customer trust on the line.
Nash unifies decisioning, execution, and capacity into a single programmable platform. Real-time, AI-native intelligence determines what should happen, operational control executes it, and the platform dynamically orchestrates capacity from any source: a company's own fleets, partners, or the Nash delivery network. Whether a job involves a courier, a gig driver, an internal fleet, a store employee, a technician, or an autonomous vehicle, Nash selects the right resource and manages execution through completion.
We power delivery and logistics for some of the most recognizable brands in commerce, including Walmart, Urban Outfitters, 7-Eleven, and Woolworths, alongside platforms like Shopify and Toast. Over the next decade, logistics will become as foundational to commerce as payments, cloud, and connectivity. Nash is the platform that powers it.
Nash was founded in 2021 by Mahmoud Ghulman (2x Founder, MIT) and Aziz Alghunaim (2x Founder, 2x YC, Ex-Palantir, MIT) and is backed by Y Combinator, a16z, and other top investors. We are headquartered in San Francisco.

Lead Product Manager, Fan Experience
SeatGeek
SeatGeek believes live events are powerful experiences that unite humans. With our technological savvy and fan-first attitude we’re simplifying and modernizing the ticketing industry.
By catering to both fans and rightsholders, we're powering a new, open entertainment ecosystem where fans have effortless access to experiences, and venues have seamless access to their audiences. Because everyone should expect more from ticketing.
Most fans don't start their ticket search on SeatGeek. They start with a conversation with ChatGPT, a Google search, an Instagram ad, a team's website, an email, or a link from a friend. What happens in the first few seconds after they land decides whether they find their tickets with us or go back to searching.
Today that journey spans many surface areas and responsible teams. We're looking for a Lead Product Manager to focus on the end to end experience, from the first touchpoint through landing and onto the event page, including fans who leave and come back. Once fans land, you'll also own the consistency of the features that follow them across every surface, such as price display and fee transparency, credits and incentives, notifications, saved and followed events, and our guarantee and trust signals. Fans meet these everywhere, yet no single team owns them.
This role doesn't have its own squad. You'll deliver through other teams' roadmaps. That means setting the strategy, making the case, and partnering closely with PMs, engineering and design leads, and marketers to turn a fragmented journey into one experience. If you're energized by impact through influence rather than direct ownership of a single surface, this role is for you.
What you'll do
- Drive the vision, strategy and metrics for how fans get from marketing channels (paid search, paid social, SEO, affiliates, partner links, email, push) through landing and through checkout
- Stay on top of how discovery is changing, including AI assistants, AI-driven search and social commerce, and bring those opportunities to the right teams
- Optimize the strategy for landing experiences (performer, venue, category and campaign pages, plus app deep links), so what fans see matches the ad, email or search that brought them
- Lead the charge for cross-cutting features fans meet after they land, such as price display, credits and incentives, notifications, saved and followed events, and trust signals
- Set up automated quality checks that keep the experience consistent as teams ship, from checks that price display, trust signals and other shared features match across surfaces, to evals for AI-powered experiences and AI agents that continuously walk key fan journeys. Use them to catch broken experiences, regressions and drop-off spikes before fans feel them
- Map the full journey, find where fans drop off between teams, and build the case for fixing those gaps with data, research and clear sizing of the opportunity
- Dig into the data yourself: analyze funnel, channel and experiment results, monitor journey metrics for shifts, and turn what you find into clear recommendations for partner teams
- Run continuous discovery on the shopping experience, including fan research, data deep dives and competitive teardowns, and turn what you learn into a steady pipeline of ideas and experiments for partner teams
- Shape the roadmaps of our Product and Marketing Teams. Bring prioritized, well-scoped opportunities into planning and get them committed
- Run regular working sessions with partner teams to keep journey work aligned, sequenced and moving
- Work AI-native: prototype ideas with AI coding tools to win buy-in from partner teams, use AI to synthesize research and data at speed, and share the workflows that work so other PMs adopt them
- Champion the fan journey across the company, celebrate wins, and mentor junior members of the product team
What you have
- 8+ years of product management in consumer e-commerce, marketplaces or travel, including work on acquisition funnels, landing experiences or growth
- A proven ability to get work prioritized and shipped by teams you don't manage
- Working fluency in paid marketing, SEO, AI-driven discovery, and attribution
- Strong experimentation, analytical and written communication skills
- Experience with pricing, trust or design-system work that spans many surfaces, and strong attention to detail
- Bonus: Experience using automation or AI tools to monitor product quality at scale
- Bonus: live events or ticketing experience
Our stack
You absolutely do not need experience with all of these, but we thought you might be curious. Tools can be learned, so we care much more about your general engineering skill than knowledge of a particular language.
- Languages: Python, Go, C#+.NET Core, Swift, Next.js, TypeScript
- Client Platforms: iOS, Android, Web (Desktop/Mobile)
- Technologies: OAuth2.0 & Identity Management, Payment Tokenization
- Event-driven Technologies: RabbitMQ, Kafka
- Datastores: Postgres, Redis, Memcache, Elasticsearch
- Cloud: AWS
- Version control: Git (Gitlab)
Perks
- Equity stake
- Discretionary annual bonus
- Flexible work environment, allowing you to work as many days a week in the office as you’d like or 100% remotely
- A WFH stipend to support your home office setup
- Unlimited PTO
- Up to 16 weeks of fully-paid family leave
- 401(k) matching
- Student loan matching program
- Health, vision, dental, and life insurance
- Up to $25k towards family building, reproductive health services and Gender-affirming care
- $500 per year for wellness expenses
- Subscriptions to Headspace (meditation), Headspace Care (therapy), and One Medical
- $360 per quarter to spend on tickets to live events
- Annual subscription to Spotify, Apple Music, or Amazon music
The salary range for this role is $152,000 - $220,000 USD. This role is equity eligible. In addition, you may receive a discretionary annual bonus based on individual and company performance. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
SeatGeek is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment regardless of race, color, religion, creed, age, national origin or ancestry, ethnicity, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, disability, military or veteran status, or any other category protected by federal, state, or local law. As an equal opportunities employer, we recognize that diversity is a positive attribute and we welcome the differences and benefits that a diverse culture brings. Come join us!

Principal Product Strategist, AI Engagement Leader
Able
Back in 2012, we were a group of engineers and designers who decided we wanted to build things, so we did. Able started as an engineering and product hub building for a portfolio of early-stage startups. We built many relationships while developing products that were thoughtful, effective, and genuinely useful. But, since then, we’ve grown… and so has our ambition.
Now, we’re entering our next chapter, defined by applied AI. AI is a powerful force in the end-to-end software development cycle, and we’re creating practices that allow us to deliver software fast and more effectively than traditional approaches, creating meaningful value for our partners. Today, our builder mindset is driving us to become an AI-native organization across every function. We’re still evolving, and that’s part of the opportunity. If you want to build, learn, and tackle challenges alongside an ambitious team, let’s build together.
About the Role at Able
Able is an AI-native product engineering firm. We partner with organizations that need to move faster, use AI more effectively, and build products that reflect how their teams and customers actually work. We work alongside our clients - embedded, fast, and outcome-obsessed - across industries and stages of product maturity.
This role sits at the center of those engagements. The Principal Product Strategist, AI Engagement Leader will lead discovery, frame opportunities, align decision-makers, define the path to value, and remain accountable as recommendations become product decisions and product decisions become shipped software. The role also helps shape how Able itself works: improving the use of AI across strategy, design, and delivery, and creating a repeatable product discipline that strengthens every engagement.
What Success Looks Like
- Clients view this person as a trusted senior partner who can make complex, ambiguous work feel clear and actionable.
- Able produces more consistent, rigorous discovery, product strategy, workflow analysis, and recommendation artifacts across engagements.
- AI opportunities are evaluated pragmatically - with attention to user value, workflow readiness, data, governance, feasibility, evaluation, and change management.
- The current PM and design team receive stronger coaching, clearer standards, and better tools to do exceptional work.
- Able has a practical roadmap for the future product strategy and design practice, including capabilities, hiring needs, and AI-enabled ways of working.
Experience
- 10+ years of relevant experience in product strategy, product management, design strategy, consulting, agency work, startup leadership, or a closely related product leadership role; 10+ years preferred.
- 2+ years leading product and/or design work through direct management, functional leadership, practice-building responsibility, or leadership of complex multidisciplinary engagements.
- Strong consulting acumen, including leading client discovery, facilitating workshops, shaping recommendations, and building credibility with senior stakeholders.
- Experience supporting pre-sales and account growth: participating in early client conversations, framing engagement approaches, contributing to proposals or SOWs, estimating work, and presenting a clear point of view.
- Demonstrated ownership across the full product lifecycle, from ambiguous opportunity framing and discovery through build, launch, measurement, and iteration.
- Hands-on experience designing, validating, or shipping AI-enabled products, agents, automations, internal tools, or AI-assisted workflows - with practical judgment about where AI creates leverage and where it introduces risk or unnecessary complexity.
- Proficiency using AI applications to improve product work, including research, synthesis, workflow analysis, prototyping, requirements, documentation, and delivery practices.
- Experience partnering directly with product design, software engineering, and AI engineering teams; able to engage in technical feasibility, architecture, data, evaluation, and governance conversations without needing to be the primary engineer.
- Proven ability to translate messy and sometimes conflicting stakeholder input into a clear problem definition, prioritized opportunity set, and defensible recommendation.
- Comfort building lightweight business cases and articulating value using incomplete data, explicit assumptions, proxies, and outcome-oriented metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including client-facing synthesis briefs, opportunity maps, PRDs, roadmaps, and executive recommendation decks.
- Startup, consulting, agency, venture studio, or similarly entrepreneurial operating experience strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
Client and Engagement Leadership
- Build and maintain trusted client relationships, serving as a senior thought partner to product, business, technical, and executive stakeholders.
- Lead discovery on client engagements: stakeholder interviews, workflow and process analysis, opportunity framing, AI use-case mapping, value articulation, and prioritized recommendations.
- Bring structure to ambiguous problem spaces by surfacing assumptions, clarifying decisions, making risks and tradeoffs visible, and creating shared alignment around the path forward.
- Facilitate executive workshops and working sessions that move teams from disconnected input to clear priorities, product direction, and next steps.
- Develop clear, persuasive written artifacts - including briefs, opportunity maps, product strategy documents, PRDs, roadmaps, and client-facing recommendation decks.
Product Ownership, Delivery, and AI Product Strategy
- Maintain product ownership through build and implementation: translating strategy into buildable work, supporting sprint planning and backlog decisions, and keeping delivery grounded in client outcomes.
- Partner closely with product design, engineering, and AI engineering to validate feasibility, shape product and architecture tradeoffs, and make practical sequencing decisions.
- Define outcome hypotheses, success measures, and learning plans; help clients make decisions that balance user value, business impact, feasibility, governance, and time-to-value.
- Help clients identify, evaluate, and design AI-enabled products and workflows, including agentic experiences, automation opportunities, human-in-the-loop decisions, evaluation approaches, privacy, security, reliability, and change-management needs.
- Use AI as an extension of the product practice - accelerating research, synthesis, prototyping, documentation, and delivery workflows while maintaining quality and judgment.
Pre-Sales, Account Growth, and Practice Building
- Support pre-sales efforts by joining early client conversations, helping frame opportunities, developing engagement approaches, contributing to proposals and SOWs, estimating work, and presenting Able's point of view.
- Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and expand impact while protecting trust, delivery quality, and a clear understanding of scope and outcomes.
- Build and evolve Able's product strategy and design discipline: establish methods, standards, AI-enabled workflows, artifacts, and operating practices that enable exceptional client work today and scale with the company over time.
- Provide functional leadership, coaching, and quality oversight for Able's current PM and design team; establish expectations for strong discovery, strategy, design collaboration, and delivery.
- Help define the future structure, capabilities, hiring needs, onboarding approach, and internal tooling roadmap for an AI-native product and design practice.
- Contribute to the strategy and roadmap for Able's internal platform, tooling, and operating systems when those efforts will strengthen client delivery or the broader practice.
Able is powered by curious, thoughtful people who care about what they build and how they build it. We’re actively investing in our team through AI training, knowledge-sharing, and hands-on experimentation to ensure everyone grows alongside the technology.
This position is 100% remote within USA. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are a requirement. As a team member, you can expect:
- To work 40 hours per week, and be available during normal business hours as needed.
- 18 days of PTO per year, observance of local holidays, and an annual break between Christmas and New Years.
- 100% of health, dental and vision insurance coverage.
- $50 monthly in reimbursements for AI tool subscriptions and costs.
- We provide the equipment.
About Able
Able builds technology products in a portfolio model. We believe that people, teams, and processes are more important than the ideas themselves, so we’ve focused on bringing great people together, and investing in their growth.
We’ve built products in a variety of industries. Everything from media to finance to toys to healthcare. Sometimes we work with management teams to help their businesses grow faster or unlock value using technology. Other times we start or buy businesses outright. Each time, we look for opportunities to leverage technology built at the portfolio-level to drive value faster.
Able is committed to inclusion and diversity and is an equal-opportunity employer. All applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
This is but the beginning of a conversation we’d love to have with you.
Apply, and let’s get this adventure started!

We’re looking for an evidence-based, customer-centric, and innovative Product Manager to join our growing product org. As a Growth PM, you will play a key role in our product-led growth and self-serve initiatives within our Product Growth team. This team is focused on identifying where the product can do more to help customers realize value and where that value can translate into durable business growth.
Your goal will be to understand the core value levers of our product and use strong growth instincts to drive activation, adoption, monetization, retention, and expansion. We believe the strongest product-led growth comes from helping customers realize value through thoughtful product experiences, not from forcing growth at the expense of customer trust.
Reporting to the Growth Group Product Manager, you will build growth loops, develop hypotheses, run experiments, and turn insight into product improvements that create value for both customers and the business. You will partner closely with engineering, design, data, marketing, sales, customer success, and other cross-functional teammates to deliver meaningful outcomes.
Who You Are
Our ideal candidate is curious, proactive, customer-centric, and energized by solving growth problems through product. You have strong product judgment, a bias toward learning, and a demonstrated ability to turn customer insight and data into measurable impact.
You have experience in product-led growth and self-serve product development, with a strong understanding of funnels, loops, lifecycle optimization, and experimentation. You are comfortable moving between strategy and execution, and you know how to use both quantitative and qualitative inputs to make sound product decisions.
You are self-sufficient with data, comfortable exploring dashboards and analyzing funnels, and able to use evidence to influence priorities. You are also fluent in modern AI tools and concepts, whether through building AI-powered features or using AI to improve the quality and speed of your work.
You are a strong cross-functional partner who collaborates effectively with engineering, design, research, data, marketing, sales, customer success, and other stakeholders. You care deeply about craft and customer experience, and you believe the best growth comes from helping users realize value faster and more often, not from adding friction or compromising product quality.
Your Impact
- Drive product growth across key parts of the customer journey, including activation, adoption, monetization, retention, and expansion
- Build and optimize growth loops that are repeatable, scalable, and measurable
- Develop a deep understanding of customer behavior, funnel performance, lifecycle moments, and value realization to identify high-leverage opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, data, marketing, and customer-facing teams to develop effective strategies and deliver measurable outcomes
- Use quantitative analysis, qualitative insight, and product judgment to inform priorities and decisions
- Generate and test hypotheses through thoughtful experimentation and rapid iteration
- Contribute to growth strategy and roadmap decisions by identifying opportunities, recommending priorities, and driving execution within your area
- Guide initiatives through the full product lifecycle, from discovery and prioritization through launch, analysis, and optimization
- Communicate progress, trade-offs, learnings, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and leaders
- Help raise the bar for experimentation rigor, evidence-based decision-making, and product quality across the team
Your Experience
- 3-5 years in product management, including meaningful experience in product-led growth and/or experimentation-focused roles in modern B2B SaaS environments
- BA/BS/MS in Computer Science, Business, Design, or related equivalent field/experience
- Strong quantitative business acumen and comfort using data to identify opportunities, evaluate performance, and inform decisions
- In-depth knowledge of product growth best practices, experimentation, and funnel analysis
- Passion for customer and business success, shortening time to value, and the craft of product management
- Strong ability to understand users and rally teams around the right problems to solve
- Proven track record of strong cross-functional collaboration
- An entrepreneurial spirit – you are self-driven, accountable, and comfortable presenting to customers, prospects, partners, and stakeholders.
- Egoless self-starter with great product sense, curiosity, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a growth mindset.
- Ability to operate both strategically and tactically, from shaping direction to driving execution and iteration
- Demonstrated fluency with modern AI tools and concepts, either through building AI-powered product experiences or using AI meaningfully to improve product thinking, execution, analysis, and decision-making
- Champion our core values of intelligence, intensity, integrity, and ownership
Considered a plus
- Experience in fleet, automotive, transportation software, vertical SaaS, or a related space
- Experience writing and reading SQL
- Experience across multiple growth surfaces, such as onboarding, trial, adoption, monetization, or lifecycle experiences
- Experience with hybrid B2B PLG and SLG products
- Experience optimizing mature products as well as exploring zero-to-one opportunities
- Experience building, launching, or iterating on AI-powered product features or workflows
- Experience working in design-forward, product-led environments with a strong emphasis on user experience, craft, and thoughtful growth
