The Shift Lead role at Spotless Brands is an operational support position designed to provide high performing team members with exposure to site operations and foundational leadership skills. This role is not a managerial position and does not carry decision-making authority or formal leadership responsibilities. The Shift Lead supports the Site Manager and/or Assistant Manager by ensuring effective execution of daily operations during assigned shifts. Responsibilities focus on maintaining operational standards, directing workflows, and supporting team productivity, safety, and customer service. As a key holder, the Shift Lead may assist with opening and closing procedures under the guidance of site leadership.

The Assistant Site Manager (ASM), also known as Car Wash Manager at select flex locations, supports the Site Manager in executing daily operational tasks, leading the frontline team, and delivering exceptional customer experience at Spotless Brands locations. This role is a direct leadership position that bridges management responsibilities with frontline support and training. While the Site Manager holds full accountability for site performance, the Assistant Site Manager focuses on team supervision, service execution, daily coordination, and customer satisfaction. This role is a critical steppingstone in the operations career path developing leadership talent and building readiness for future site management.
