JOB OVERVIEW:  Prepare food items in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: 1.            Prepare food of consistent quality following recipe cards and production and portion standards, per check from servers. 2.            Start food items that are prepared ahead of time, making sure not to over prepare estimated needs. 3.            Date all food containers and rotate as per Crescent standards, making sure that all perishables are kept at proper temperatures.

As a Room Attendant, your contribution helps ensure guests have an enjoyable and confomfortable stay. What will I be doing? As a Room Attendant, you would be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and responding to guest requests in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. As our Housekeeping Supervisor, you will ensure the staff of housekeeping department cleans and maintains guest rooms and public space in accordance with client/guest expectations and Crescent standards of product and service. Supervise the operations of the housekeeping staff promoting a safe environment and quality service to achieve maximum guest satisfaction, protection of assets and minimal expenses.

Perform general maintenance work to ensure hotel maintenance quality standards are achieved and maintained.

As a Front Office Team Member, you are the “face” of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression made. The ideal candidate must be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information to all arriving guests. A customer-oriented approach is essential in this position.

The Engineering Supervisor is responsible for all aspects of the Engineering department to include the proper operation, maintenance and repair of all heating, ventilation, refrigeration, and mechanical equipment. He/she will develop, coordinate, and monitor a rooms' maintenance program to ensure the safety and comfort of all staff and guests. Supervise, train, and manage all Engineering staff. Past Supervisor experience is a plus, HVAC preferred as well.

Serve beverages and/or food to the guests in a friendly, courteous and timely and manner, resulting in guest satisfaction. Also, to prepare beverages for other servers to supply to guests, and act as cashier for the lounge. Craft Cocktail Knowledge is a must. Greet and serve the pool guests according to company standards. Preferred start date- ASAP.
