JOB OVERVIEW:  Prepare food items in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: 1.            Prepare food of consistent quality following recipe cards and production and portion standards, per check from servers. 2.            Start food items that are prepared ahead of time, making sure not to over prepare estimated needs. 3.            Date all food containers and rotate as per Crescent standards, making sure that all perishables are kept at proper temperatures.

As a Banquet Houseperson, you will be responsible for manual set up, break down, and service all meeting rooms in accordance with Crescent high standards of quality.

In this guest-focused role, you will take and deliver food and beverage orders, provide attentive service, and support a positive dining experience. Serve beverages and/or food to the guests in a friendly, courteous and timely and manner, resulting in guest satisfaction. Also, to prepare beverages for other servers to supply to guests, and act as cashier for the lounge. Craft Cocktail Knowledge is a must. Perform general maintenance work to ensure hotel maintenance quality standards are achieved and maintained.

As our Housekeeping Supervisor, you will ensure the staff of housekeeping department cleans and maintains guest rooms and public space in accordance with client/guest expectations and Crescent standards of product and service. Supervise the operations of the housekeeping staff promoting a safe environment and quality service to achieve maximum guest satisfaction, protection of assets and minimal expenses.
