The Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) works to ensure the execution of assigned studies in compliance with GCP, ICH, HIPAA, FDA Regulations and SOPs.
Essential Job Duties: In collaboration with other members of the clinical research site team, works to ensure the execution of assigned studies. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Screening of patients for study enrollment; Patient consents; Patient follow-up visits; Documenting in source clinic charts; Entering data in EDC and answers queries; Obtaining vital signs and ECGs; May perform basic lab procedures per protocol, such as: blood specimen collection, centrifuge operation, storing and shipping of lab specimens, accountability of specimens and notification of courier for specimen pick-up; Requesting and tracking medical record requests; Updating and maintaining logs, chart filings; Maintaining & ordering study specific supplies;] Scheduling subjects for study visits and conducts appointment reminders; Building/updating source as needed; Conducting monitoring visits and resolves issues as needed in a timely manner; Ensuring study related reports and patient results are reviewed by investigator in a timely manner; Filing SAE/Deviation reports to Sponsor and IRB as needed; Documenting and reporting adverse events; Reporting non-compliance to appropriate staff in timely manner; Maintaining positive and effective communication with clients and team members; Always practicing ALCOAC principles with all documentation; May assist with study recruitment, patient enrollment, and tracking as needed; Maintaining confidentiality of patients, customers and company information, and; Performing all other duties as requested or assigned. Complete all needed activities for study start-up, including completing required training, uploading / printing certificates to file in ISF, etc.; Prepare and attend site initiation visits (SIV’s) and Investigator Meetings (IMs), as needed; May set up, train and maintain all technology needed for studies.
Minimum Qualifications : A Medical Assistant diploma, LPN/LVN, EMT credential OR Associate’s degree AND a minimum of 1 year of clinical research or clinical experience, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience, is required. Proficiency with performing basic clinical procedures such as (blood pressure, vitals, EKGs, phlebotomy, etc.) is highly preferred. Bi-lingual (English / Spanish) proficiency is a plus.
Required Skills: Proficiency with computer applications such as Microsoft applications, email, electronic health records, web applications, and the ability to type proficiently (40+ wpm); Performing basic clinical procedures such as blood pressure, vitals, EKGs, phlebotomy, etc Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. The Principal Investigator conducts and coordinates daily clinical trial activities according to ICH/FDA/GCP guidelines, local regulations, study protocol, and company policies and processes. Working with a local and central team drives clinical oversight and the quality of the assigned studies at the site.

Role Overview
We are looking for a Expansion Manager for the Czech Republic to build and lead our local market.
This is not a corporate management role. We are looking for someone hungry, ambitious and sales driven, who enjoys new products, navigating uncertainty, and pushing a market forward.
The Expansion Manager will be responsible for launching and scaling our presence in the Czech Republic, shaping the local product, building the team, and driving student acquisition.
You will work closely with the Core leadership team and responsible for building the Czech market and turning it into a profitable operation.
This role sits at the intersection of Sales, market building and leadership.

Main Responsibilities
Lead and build the Czech market, acting as the local owner of the business.
Foster and model a culture of collaboration and accountability to ensure alignment with the strategic plan and related KPIs and milestones at all levels of the organisation.
Define and execute the go-to-market strategy in collaboration with Core leadership.
Recruit and lead the local team across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Community and Mentors.
Drive student acquisition and revenue growth through strong Sales execution and localized Marketing initiatives.
Shape and refine the local product offering based on market feedback and commercial traction.
Manage budgets, forecasts and overall financial performance for the Czech market.
Own the country P&L and report performance regularly to the leadership team.
Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and clients.
Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure stability and resilience.
Coordinate with Core teams (Finance, HR, Marketing, Operations) to ensure smooth execution.
Build partnerships and represent the company locally with partners, media and industry stakeholders.
Launch courses, monitor performance and iterate quickly based on market response.
Identify bottlenecks, operational issues and opportunities for improvement.

Czech-based and deeply familiar with the local market.
Excellent Czech communication skills with proficiency in English.
Strong background in sales, business development or revenue-driven roles.
Com mercial instinct, energy and determination. Highly driven and ambitious.
Comfortable operating in startup environments.
Experience working with Boards of Directors, major donors, foundations, state and local officials and the media.
Financial acumen and experience managing budgets.

Do společnosti XPUP hledáme zkušeného grafického designéra, který se připojí k našemu týmu jako mentor kurzu Design Foundations . Vaším úkolem bude připravovat a vést interaktivní workshopy, sdílet praktické zkušenosti z oblasti grafického designu i osvědčené kreativní postupy a provázet studenty během celého studia. Kvalitní design není jen o estetice. Je především o schopnosti efektivně komunikovat myšlenky, řešit problémy a vytvářet smysluplné uživatelské zážitky. Tento kurz studentům představí základní principy vizuálního designu – od typografie, práce s barvami a kompozice až po návrh rozvržení a vizuální hierarchii. Součástí výuky je také využití moderních kreativních postupů založených na umělé inteligenci.
Prostřednictvím praktických projektů a reálných zadání si studenti osvojí kreativní přístup i technické dovednosti potřebné pro tvorbu profesionálních digitálních návrhů. Naučí se efektivně spolupracovat s AI nástroji a uplatňovat osvědčené principy designu napříč různými platformami i typy kreativních projektů.
