ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team supporting the DOE's Y-12 National Security Complex ! This position is full-time and will be based out of Oak Ridge, Tennessee.
Responsibilities
Work as primary point of contact for all LifeCycle laptop/pc replacements meeting strict deadlines.
Actively move all software from current LifeCycle laptops/pcs to respective replacement device.
Ensure customer’s devices are fully functional before resolving tasks.

As a Systems Administrator at Bally’s Intralot, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality end-user support while helping optimize and secure our workplace technology environment. Here's what you'll be doing :
· Deliver onsite and remote technical support to end users, ensuring quick and effective issue resolution.
· Act as the primary support technician for VIPs and senior stakeholders, providing exceptional user support.
· Manage and support Windows 11 and macOS devices connected to the corporate environment.
· Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Teams, Exchange, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
· Manage endpoint deployment and device management platforms including Intune, Autopilot, and JAMF.
· Support software deployments, patching, OS imaging, and endpoint lifecycle management processes.

To thrive in this role, you should meet these qualifications :
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field will be considered an asset.
· Minimum 2 years of experience in an End-User Computing, IT Support, or similar role.
· Strong expertise supporting Windows 11 and macOS environments, including troubleshooting and deployments.
· Hands-on experience with endpoint management and deployment tools such as Intune, Autopilot, JAMF, or ManageEngine.
· Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and Entra ID administration.
