The Certified Nursing Assistant II (CNA II) provides direct patient care and support under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. In addition to performing standard nursing assistant duties, the CNA II is trained and authorized to perform advanced patient care tasks within the scope of certification and state regulations. Responsibilities include assisting patients with activities of daily living, monitoring and documenting patient conditions, collecting vital signs, supporting mobility and rehabilitation efforts, and maintaining a safe, clean, and compassionate care environment.
