What You’ll Be Doing As a Trailer Maintenance Technician / CDL Driver , you’ll play a critical role in keeping our fleet safe, compliant, and on the road. This role is primarily based in our trailer shop, with driving responsibilities as needed to support operations. Key responsibilities include: Performing routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on semi-trailers Diagnosing and repairing trailer components, including brakes, lights, suspension, tires, and other DOT-related items Supporting DOT inspections and ensuring compliance standards are met Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized shop environment Operating a semi-truck on an as-needed basis to cover routes during vacations, call-offs, or other staffing needs Communicating clearly with operations and maintenance teams to keep equipment moving and downtime minimized Who You Are Valid CDL (Class A preferred) - minimum 2 years experience Hands-on experience with semi-trailer maintenance and repair Working knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen Strong work ethic, reliability, and consistent attendance Flexibility to transition between shop work and driving responsibilities Commitment to safety—for yourself and your teammates What You'll Get Steady, full-time employment with consistent work A unique role that offers variety —shop-based work with driving as needed Competitive pay based on experience Supportive, team-oriented environment where effort and accountability matter A company that invests in its people and takes pride in the work we do Full benefits package, including: 401(k) with match Health, dental & vision insurance Paid time off Life insurance & more
