This role supports employee well-being, engagement, and personal development through life coaching, leadership of the Dream Manager Program, and the coordination of enrichment initiatives. In addition, this position is responsible for fostering a culture of growth by facilitating coaching, supporting onboarding and training efforts, tracking program effectiveness, and contributing to organizational development through strategic communication and employee engagement initiatives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide life coaching to employees, including financial and grief coaching. Meet with employees and lead them through the monthly Dream Manager Program modules. Administer the selection process for identifying program participants. Maintain the scheduling system for monthly coaching and/or Dream Manager appointments and order program supplies. Maintain the measurement system for gathering feedback and results from the Dream Manager Program. Identify opportunities to incorporate the Dream Manager Program with the entire organization through team activities (i.e., meetings, workshops, etc.) Develop and provide resources for participants. Identify possible opportunities for staff development or training based on feedback from the Dream Manager Program and life coaching. Explore and maintain innovative ways to connect life coaching and the Dream Manager Program to the organization’s culture. Report program success, progress, and impact to leadership, participants, and the larger organization. Effectively represent and communicate the Dream Manager program both internally and externally. PERIODIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Organize and facilitate the monthly Enrichment Onboarding Orientation. Coordinate the Company’s Suter U program. Organize and facilitate Ramsey+ Financial Peace University classes. Coordinate the Suter Serves program. Assist with developing and maintaining “caring” benefits (i.e. Corporate Chaplain, RightNow Media program, etc.) Assist the Human Resource Team as needed.
