The Trim Technician is responsible for trimming, manicuring and the maintenance of Cannabis. Shift is Monday-Friday, 3:00pm to 11:30pm Trim and manicure cannabis plants. Prepare multiple strains, each in their own way, to ensure maximum quality. Responsible for maintaining equipment and tools to ensure operational readiness, safety, and cleanliness. High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Must be 21 years of age and must be able to obtain a Cultivation center agent id card. Ability to spend long hours performing repetitive tasks. Position Overview: This position is responsible for monitoring and maintaining plants’ overall needs during the hours of 7:15am-3:45pm Monday thru Friday. · Pruning and removal of unwanted material. · Assist with topping and cloning. · Inspection for pests and other threats. · Monitor and maintain all areas of plants’ water and nutrient needs. · Calibrating meters, monitoring, and adjusting pH balance and electro-conductivity (ec) levels. · Logging conditions, maintaining cleanliness of grow areas, and adjusting reservoir water as scheduled. · Learn and understand all applicable local and State laws. Minimum Qualifications and Experience: · High school diploma or general education degree (GED). · Must be 21 years of age and possess a Cultivation center agent identification card. · Education/experience in commercial plant production (preferred).
