This role is critical to building scalable, high-quality talent pipelines—particularly for high-volume and field-based roles—as the organization continues to expand into new regions. The ideal candidate is resourceful, data-driven, and experienced in developing creative sourcing strategies, including outreach to trade schools and alternative talent channels.
