HVAC Service Tech
Large commercial property management company is looking for an experienced roving commercial HVAC Service Tech. The HVAC Tech will be responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs of the HVAC systems on the properties under management. The properties are Class A office buildings and medical facilities.
90 % of the properties are in Northern Virginia, 5% in NW DC, and 5% in Montgomery County, MD.
This HVAC position offers competitive pay based on experience ($50to $58 per hour), excellent benefits, and a take home service truck with gas card.
Requirements
HVAC Masters License in MD, DC or VA
