This position provides home and community based one-on-one services to clients that have recently moved from homeless to housing. This position provides a collaborative process of assessment, planning, facilitation, care coordination, evaluation and advocacy to meet an individual’s and family’s comprehensive needs through communication and available resources. The DV Advocate provides direct, client-centered outreach and housing stabilization services to individuals and families fleeing GBV. The DV Advocates engages households, assess immediate needs, and remove barriers to housing through short-term, strengths-based interventions and coordinated referrals. The DV Advocates support participants in achieving housing stability and improved self-sufficiency while ensuring timely documentation, compliance with program requirements, and collaboration with community partners.

Functions as the initial and primary focal point of contact for workforce programs participants, job seekers, and the general public. Advises job seekers on programs; resolves problems and errors for job seekers; provides supportive tasks and performs related work as required.

The Case Manager provides intensive case management including, but not limited to, as-needed home visitation services to participants / clients. The Case Manager assesses household needs, coordinates resources based on goals, and provides advocacy, information, and referral services.
