Description Position Summary: The Project Hope RBT is responsible for the direct implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programming with clients at Westside Children’s Therapy, under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Providing predominantly play-based therapy, the Project Hope RBT will support Westside clients in the development of a wide variety of skills. The Project Hope RBT exclusively provides services during evening and weekend hours. Essential Functions: Implement direct therapy services for assigned clients and caseload, following programming written by BCBA Engage with BCBA during regular supervision sessions to ask questions and receive feedback Collect and record data on patients behavior Complete and submit required documentation (SOAP notes, etc) in a timely manner, aligned with Westside's policies and procedures Develop strong relationships with the children on your caseload and strive to make every session a fun experience Qualifications Required Education, Experience and Credentials: High school diploma or equivalent Active RBT certification upon start Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Proactive problem-solver who works effectively with minimal supervision Strong verbal and written communication skills Competence with a variety of computer applications Friendly and engaging personality with a strong ability to connect with children and families Personal Attributes: Collaborative spirit and willingness to work as a team Passion for working with children with special needs Patient with the ability to redirect clients frequently and compassionately Accountable for personal behavior and performance Receptive to feedback with a commitment to personal and professional development Consistency and reliability to ensure continuity of care Work Environment and Physical Demands: Ability to learn and implement de-escalation skills for client sessions Ability to lift or carry 30 lbs Ability to work in a variety of positions, including on the floor during played-based therapy Travel Requirements Occasional travel to Westside Children's Therapy clinics to provide client coverage as requested/needed Schedule : Monday through Friday 3 - 7 pm and Saturdays from 8 am - 2 pm

Description Position Summary: The BCBA is responsible for managing a caseload of clients providing Applied Behavior Analysis services. They are responsible for the development and maintenance of client’s ongoing therapy programs. The BCBA is also responsible for consistent parent training, as well as mentorship and training for the RBTs on their caseload. Essential Functions: Assess incoming clients for treatment using various assessment tools, and provide a clinical recommendation for weekly treatment hours based on client need Develop individualized therapeutic programs to address client goals, drawing heavily from NET principles Maintain all client programming to ensure it is current, accurate, and reflective of each client's active treatment plan and clinical goals. Support RBTs via mentorship and training for children on their caseload Provide supervision for 5-10% of an RBTs supervision hours Direct work with clients, always being ready to model a skill for an RBT or client Complete and submit required documentation, including, but not limited to, SOAP Notes, Evaluations, Progress Reports in accordance with practice guidelines Coordination of care with other professionals and disciplines Supervision of at least 1 student earning their BCBA fieldwork hours, if necessary Mentor and train new team members as requested by Clinic ABA Director Participate in weekly meetings with the clinic’s ABA team, as needed Maintain targeted caseload Qualifications Required Education, Experience and Credentials: Master’s Degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Experience working in a clinic setting Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to mentor and develop RBTs and future BCBAs Competence with a variety of computer applications Familiar with a wide variety of ABA assessments Personal Attributes: Collaborative spirit and willingness to work as a team Comfortable persona to better develop relationships with children and their families Development mindset, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement Passion for working with children with special needs Dedicated clinician with a passion for quality outcomes rooted in education, training and development Accountable for personal behavior and performance Receptive to feedback with a commitment to personal and professional development Honest and transparent communicator Work Environment and Physical Demands: Ability to learn and implement de-escalation skills for client sessions Ability to lift or carry 30 lbs Ability to work in a variety of positions, including on the floor during played-based therapy Travel Requirements Minimal travel within assigned region for training, meetings and supporting client coverage needs.
