Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Urogynecology Provider
Academic Urology & Urogynecology of Arizona is seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing team as a Urogynecology Provider . This role will support our physicians in the evaluation, treatment, and ongoing management of patients with pelvic floor disorders and related urogynecologic conditions in a collaborative outpatient setting.
The ideal candidate will be patient-centered, detail-oriented, and comfortable working closely with physicians and clinical staff to provide high-quality care to women with complex and chronic pelvic health needs. Experience in urogynecology, women’s health, urology, or a related specialty is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
Evaluate and follow patients with urogynecologic conditions such as urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, overactive bladder, recurrent UTIs, pelvic pain, and voiding dysfunction
Obtain histories, perform focused examinations, and develop treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians.
Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic studies, labs, imaging, and other testing as appropriate.
Provide patient education regarding diagnosis, treatment options, medications, lifestyle changes, and preventive care.
Assist with in-office procedures and pre-operative and post-operative care within scope of practice.
Triages patient calls and supports continuity of care between physician visits.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure efficient, coordinated, and compassionate care.
Qualifications
Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
Master’s degree or completion of an accredited PA program.
DEA and applicable state prescribing credentials.
Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient specialty practice.
Preferred Experience
Prior urogynecology, urology, or women’s health experience.indeed+2

Familiarity with outpatient specialty care, patient counseling, and care coordination.

Urology Associates, part of The Specialty Alliance, is seeking a compassionate and motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to support our physician in the evaluation and management of patients in our Infertility and Men’s Health practice. This role is ideal for an advanced practice provider who enjoys building long-term patient relationships, working in a collaborative team environment, and developing expertise in a specialized area of urology.
The preferred candidate will have prior experience in urology, men’s health, infertility, reproductive health, or a closely related specialty; however, we are also open to strong candidates with a genuine interest in learning and growing within the field.
Responsibilities
Support the physician in outpatient evaluation and follow-up care for infertility and men’s health patients.
Obtain histories, perform focused physical exams, and develop treatment plans in collaboration with the supervising physician.
Order, interpret, and follow up on appropriate labs, imaging, and other diagnostic studies.
Provide patient education regarding diagnosis, treatment options, medications, lifestyle modifications, and ongoing care.
Assist with office-based procedures and pre-op/post-op care as appropriate to the specialty and provider skill set.

Radiation Oncology Nurse Practitioner
Women's Cancer Institute of Arizona and The Specialty Alliance , is seeking a motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our women’s oncology division in the Greater Phoenix market
General Responsibilities
Provide follow-up care for radiation oncology patients, including assessment of disease status and treatment-related side effects.
Evaluate and manage acute and late effects of cancer therapy, including symptom management and supportive care.
Assist with new patient consultations and coordinate care plans in collaboration with radiation oncologists.
