We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Finance & Accounting domain expertise to support business transformation and technology initiatives. The candidate should have solid knowledge of accounting processes, financial reporting, reconciliations, and financial controls, along with strong Business Analysis experience.
Key Responsibilities- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from Finance and Accounting stakeholders.
- Work on General Ledger (GL), Sub-Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
- Conduct current-state and future-state process analysis.
- Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Technology, Operations, Risk, and other business teams.
- Support UAT/SIT, defect management, testing, and production implementation.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements and automation opportunities.
- Support finance transformation, system implementation, migration, and integration initiatives.
- Maintain requirements traceability and project documentation.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and work closely with development and QA teams.
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience.
- Strong Finance & Accounting domain knowledge.
- Experience with GL, reconciliations, financial reporting, and accounting controls.
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
- Experience with BRD, FRD, process mapping, and user stories.
- Experience working with banking/financial services projects is preferred.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience with JIRA/Confluence and Agile methodology is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Act as the primary liaison between business users and automation teams to identify, assess, and document business processes suitable for RPA and Intelligent Automation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• 12+ year's experience as Process/Business Analyst with min 2-4 Years experience in Finance & Accounting domain.
- Engage with business users, SMEs, and process owners to understand current processes and pain points.
• Conduct process walkthroughs, workshops, and discovery sessions.
• Prepare process documentation, process maps, and Process Definition Documents (PDDs).
• Gather business requirements, process metrics, volumes, and exception scenarios.
• Collaborate with UiPath developers and architects to ensure accurate solution design.
• Support UAT, user adoption, and implementation activities.
• Maintain and manage the automation opportunity pipeline.
Required Skills
• Experience in Business Analysis, Process Consulting, or Automation Discovery.
• Strong stakeholder management and requirement gathering skills.
• Knowledge of RPA/Intelligent Automation concepts.
• Experience with process mapping and documentation tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, Jira, or Confluence.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
• Experience working with UiPath or other RPA platforms.
