As the Executive Recruiter, you will lead executive-level recruitment up to the C-Suite and shape how Yum! Brands attracts and hires its most senior leaders across our global portfolio. Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior leadership and C-Suite roles, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring a seamless, high-quality candidate experience.

Job Title
This position is responsible for supporting franchise partners on growth, including assisting in the transfer process. Other responsibilities include managing all aspects of collection efforts and overseeing the monthly franchisee billing process.
Responsibilities
Franchisee Growth (40%)
• Support and execute various aspects of the franchise Ownership Change process including new franchise qualification, franchisee to franchisee transfers/re-sales, and refranchising/acquisition initiatives.
