Job Description
Duties:
Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the overall operations of the gas station, convenience store, and associated restaurant.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient, safe, and profitable business operations.
Recruit, hire, train, supervise, and evaluate employees, including cashiers, customer service representatives, food service staff, and shift supervisors.
Prepare employee work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels to meet operational requirements.
Monitor sales performance, establish sales targets, and implement strategies to improve revenue and customer satisfaction.
Manage inventory levels by ordering fuel, retail merchandise, food products, and other supplies, while minimizing waste and shortages.
Ensure accurate cash handling, daily reconciliation, deposits, and compliance with financial controls.
Monitor fuel operations and ensure compliance with company policies, environmental regulations, and safety standards.
