Responsibilities: The focus of the work is to facilitate the customer's mission fulfillment through data management support, i.e. continuously improving the degree to which data is visible, understandable, consistent, complete, and interoperable. • Manage and improve manual and automated processes in the Collibra data governance tool and develop additional methods to automate workflows in that tool. • Develop, implement, and manage an organization's data catalog to ensure that data across all systems is accurately cataloged, described, and accessible to stakeholders. • Maintain and enhance metadata standards to facilitate data discoverability. • Responsible for facilitating data access and sharing across the organization. • Have a strong understanding of data management processes and technologies, such as data warehousing, and data governance software. • Be able to enhance the data governance platform with data quality, metadata, process management, etc. • Develop, adhere to, and advise development teams on logical data models, to include plain language naming and description standards for database assets. We are seeking a highly accomplished AWS Principal Architect to lead the strategy, architecture, and enterprise-wide implementation of an advanced AIOps framework supporting large-scale telecommunications network operations. In this role, you will design and deliver intelligent, automated, and highly reliable network operations solutions by leveraging advanced software development and cutting-edge AWS AI/ML services—such as Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Neptune, graph-based learning, and agentic AI orchestration. This is a principal-level position requiring deep hands-on architecture expertise, proven software architecture and development experience, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to lead the architectural approaches from concept through production at scale.

12+ years of experience designing and delivering large-scale cloud architectures, primarily on AWS.
7+ years of experience leading senior engineers, architects, or cross-functional technical teams.
Expert-level proficiency with AWS cloud services, including advanced AI/ML stacks, Bedrock, Neptune, and modern data architectures.
Deep knowledge of AI/ML principles, agentic AI patterns, and MLOps practices.
