Without you, it's just data. AMDEX is seeking an experienced Collibra Developer to join our dynamic team supporting a federal client. Responsibilities: The focus of the work is to facilitate the customer's mission fulfillment through data management support, i.e. continuously improving the degree to which data is visible, understandable, consistent, complete, and interoperable. • Manage and improve manual and automated processes in the Collibra data governance tool and develop additional methods to automate workflows in that tool. • Develop, implement, and manage an organization's data catalog to ensure that data across all systems is accurately cataloged, described, and accessible to stakeholders. • Maintain and enhance metadata standards to facilitate data discoverability. • Responsible for facilitating data access and sharing across the organization. • Have a strong understanding of data management processes and technologies, such as data warehousing, and data governance software. • Be able to enhance the data governance platform with data quality, metadata, process management, etc. • Develop, adhere to, and advise development teams on logical data models, to include plain language naming and description standards for database assets. Required Qualifications: • 8+ years' experience in Data Governance, Reporting, and/or Metadata management • 2+ years' experience in configuring and supporting Collibra or other Metadata / Data Governance tool (s); completion of Collibra developer pathway training is required. • Experience installing and maintaining software tools in Linux • Experience with full-stack development and Java • Experience in setting up complex database connections and queries • Experience in designing and enhancing Collibra Workflows, Groovy/Java, BPMN • Exceptional communication and language skills pertaining to metadata tagging, naming, definitions, and cataloging Desired but not Required Qualifications: • Experience in design of Big Data Environments which utilize technologies such as distributed processing, graph databases, AI, etc. • Experience in the creation of IT data exchanges that adhere to National Information Exchange Model (NIEM)-based data structures and architectures, as well as experience in the creation of NIEM Domains. • Experience in implementing a formal data quality improvement program, including data profiling, monitoring, and reporting • Experience in implementing automated testing • Experience in implementing DevOps or DevSecOps Education and Certifications: • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Library and Information Sciences (coupled with strong database/developer experience), or a related academic focus area. • Must have active DHS suitability / clearance • Due to the nature of the contract, US citizenship is required. Minimum Qualifications:
We are seeking a highly accomplished AWS Principal Architect to lead the strategy, architecture, and enterprise-wide implementation of an advanced AIOps framework supporting large-scale telecommunications network operations. In this role, you will design and deliver intelligent, automated, and highly reliable network operations solutions by leveraging advanced software development and cutting-edge AWS AI/ML services—such as Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Neptune, graph-based learning, and agentic AI orchestration. This is a principal-level position requiring deep hands-on architecture expertise, proven software architecture and development experience, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to lead the architectural approaches from concept through production at scale.

12+ years of experience designing and delivering large-scale cloud architectures, primarily on AWS.
7+ years of experience leading senior engineers, architects, or cross-functional technical teams.
Expert-level proficiency with AWS cloud services, including advanced AI/ML stacks, Bedrock, Neptune, and modern data architectures.
Deep knowledge of AI/ML principles, agentic AI patterns, and MLOps practices.
Strong understanding of telecommunications networks, data flows, protocols, and operational processes.
Exceptional communication skills, with ability to influence executives and collaborate across diverse engineering, data, and operations teams.
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications
AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional or other advanced AWS certifications.
Experience modernizing mission-critical telecom or network platforms.
Background in network automation tooling and ITSM/ITIL-driven operations.
Demonstrated thought leadership through publications, reusable frameworks, or industry contributions.

Key Responsibilities
Evolve, promote, and recommend the end-to-end AIOps architectural strategy for network operations transformation using AI and ML.
Engage with senior stakeholders, communicate architectural decisions, and influence leadership-level alignment.
Drive organizational adoption of AIOps, automation, and AI-enabled network operations.
Architect and implement a production-grade AIOps framework on AWS to automate and enhance network monitoring, event correlation, root cause analysis, and remediation.
Integrate predictive and real-time ML models to proactively identify and prevent network outages.
Establish observability standards (metrics, logs, traces) and enable closed-loop automation for continuous operations improvement.
Lead the design of agentic AI systems using LLMs, tool-driven automation, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and workflow orchestration.
Implement guardrails, policy layers, and safe tooling interfaces enabling AI-driven autonomous decision-making in network operations.
Combine foundation models on Amazon Bedrock with telecom-specific data, workflows, and automation triggers.
Architect scalable, secure AWS environments supporting large enterprise telecom workloads.
Leverage Amazon Neptune for graph modeling of network topology and integrate graph neural network (GNN) techniques for impact analysis, dependency reasoning, and predictive insight.
Incorporate AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, EKS, S3, CloudFormation/Terraform, SageMaker, Rekognition, and Comprehend to create end to end intelligent operations capabilities.
Implement strong IAM, data protection, governance, and compliance-aligned cloud foundations.
Define coding standards, CI/CD automation, and DevSecOps practices for reliable and secure delivery.
Operational excellence & production governance
Lead reliability engineering practices, including HA/DR architecture, chaos engineering, capacity management, and telemetry-driven performance tuning.
Oversee model lifecycle management (MLOps), monitoring, retraining pipelines, and production governance.
Ensure solutions meet enterprise reliability, compliance, and observability benchmarks.
Leadership, mentoring & thought leadership
Mentor and guide senior engineers and architects, fostering a high-performance engineering culture.
Develop reusable frameworks, best practices, and technical assets to accelerate future implementations.
Champion innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning across teams.
