As a Market Manager, you will play a crucial role in the retention, growth, and optimization of host entrepreneurs and rising hosts in your assigned territory. You will focus on building strong relationships with these hosts, helping them optimize their listings, improve pricing strategies, and enhance their overall success on Airbnb.

As a Market Manager, you will be responsible for the growth of a book of business in your assigned territories by managing professional host accounts and supply acquisition of high quality inventory. You will build Airbnb’s strong market presence in your assigned region in collaborating with other teams as the local in-market expert. A Typical Day:
- Build and manage partner relationships within assigned territory
- Directly manage accounts to meet and exceed quarterly/annual sales goals

Your Expertise:
- 6+ years of experience in new sales, account management, and partner support, showcasing a deep understanding and capability in fostering business relationships.
- Fluency in English required.
- 2+ years of tech/travel industry experience is a plus, highlighting the value of sector-specific knowledge.
- Proven track record of being able to effectively work a leads pipeline and a book of business, demonstrating expertise in nurturing and converting potential opportunities.

The CS Team Specialist supports one or more internal CS services. This is a full time position based in the West Coast of Canada, though the role may support multiple regions. The CS Delivery Team Specialist is an operational expert and a specialist in case handling. The Team Specialist enables our Delivery team to function smoothly by supporting in-progress casework and arranging a successful operational environment for our teams, specifically providing operational assistance to Ambassadors, Supervisors, OMs, and Delivery Excellence Managers. Team Specialists have a solid understanding of the operations, are comfortable providing guidance and support in real-time, and function well in a fast paced environment while juggling multiple priorities. They may be assigned to support one or more services. This is a full time position based in Canada and requires fluency in English, written and spoken.

Your Expertise
Your background & experience

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range shown below is annualized, is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
