Provide guests with a friendly and efficient check-in and check-out experience. Provide guests with general information regarding hotel, amenities, and special events. Sell rooms utilizing excellent customer service skills and yield management. Resolve customer complaints and answer guest inquiries regarding hotel services, events, directions, local attractions, etc. in a friendly, professional manner. Complete all registration forms and computer input. Retrieve and distribute room keys. Calculate and print hotel bills, and accept payment for various room charges utilizing standard cash and credit procedures. Communicate with Executive Hosts regarding hotel stays. Utilize computer to run necessary reports. Balance all transactions at the end of shift (audit out). Operate manual procedures in the event of computer failure. Other duties as assigned by management
High school diploma or equivalent, and minimum 6 months front desk experience. Ability to utilize basic office machines and telephone. Minimum typing speed 45 WPM. 10-key experience a plus. Ability to communicate with guests and staff in English. Knowledge of hotel key system. Must be able to work flexible shifts. Able to stand for long periods of time. Detail oriented and able to multitask. Ability to add, subtract, and audit accounts. Money handling experience and ability to operate electronic draft system. Ability to operate LMS, CMS, and Hot Sauce/Espresso computer systems. Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations.

The Doorman is the first point of contact for guests entering the establishment. They are responsible for greeting and welcoming patrons, verifying the identification of players parking on the front drive, maintaining entry protocols, and providing general assistance and information to guests. The role requires a strong focus on customer service, appearance, security awareness, and adherence to casino policies.
Greet all guests in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner as they arrive at the casino. Check and verify guest identification when parking at the front drive. Maintain a visible and professional presence at the entrance to deter inappropriate behavior or violations of casino policies. Monitor and manage guest flow during peak hours and special events. Coordinate with security personnel regarding any suspicious behavior or entry issues. Provide directions, answer basic questions, and assist guests with inquiries about casino facilities, events, and amenities. Assist guests with mobility issues by opening doors and offering physical support when appropriate. Report any security concerns, hazards, or incidents to the appropriate personnel immediately. Remain calm and composed during emergencies, following proper protocols. Maintain the cleanliness and order of the entrance area. Occasionally assist with crowd control or valet coordination.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, security, or customer service preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to stand for extended periods and work in varying weather conditions. Professional appearance and demeanor. Conflict resolution skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Knowledge of casino operations and gaming regulations is a plus. Working Conditions:
Shift work, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Mostly stationed at casino entrances, outdoor settings. May be exposed to loud noise, cigarette smoke, and large crowds.

Responsible for the daily maintenance operations to maintain the facilities and
equipment at the highest level of efficiency. Responsible for all personnel‐related
matters and for ensuring full compliance with all applicable safety, fire, and building
codes.
Manage the overall maintenance operations to maintain the facilities and equipment at the highest level of efficiency. Responsible for personnel‐related matters including but not limited to interviewing, hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, evaluating, promoting, counseling, and discharging. Develop and coordinate implementation of procedures and preventive maintenance schedules. Ensure compliance with applicable safety, fire, and building codes. Monitor staffing levels in accordance with business needs. Coordinate and supervise sub‐contracted projects. Manage and oversee purchasing and parts inventories
Must be at least 21 years of age. Three (3) years of experience in a similar position preferred. Must have a thorough knowledge of the operation, maintenance and repair of the electrical, air conditioning and heating, plumbing, and mechanical equipment. Team management and/or Supervisor, project management experience preferred. Must have excellent communication skills. Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
