ECHO is adding a brand new position to our IPE division!  This role supports both internal and external customers by assisting with the identification of spare parts, accessories, and maintenance components for diesel-powered welders, generators, light towers, and other industrial power equipment. Additionally, this role will provide customer-facing basic level technical support and troubleshooting via phone and email.

The Regional Technical Manager supports internal and external customers who install, repair, and maintain heating and air-conditioning systems for a specific geographical region. The Regional Technical Manager is responsible for conducting seasonal training classes to enrich new and existing customers as a technical subject matter expert. This candidate will routinely work with company owned branch employees, Territory Sales Managers, as well as external customers such as Dealers, Independent Distributors and Manufacturer Reps to ensure positive customer satisfaction while meeting departmental goals and objectives.
