Service Coordinator: The Service Coordinator reports to the Quality Department and is responsible for coordinating referrals and linkages to clinically indicated services supporting housing retention and eviction prevention. The Service Coordinator’s role supports providers through an integrated approach to case management and community outreach while implementing program improvements that strengthen care management, member access, and health outcomes. This role additionally ensures quality of data reporting and project performance outcomes, including increasing income and non-cash benefit measures.

As a Homeless Outreach Worker, you will work in pairs to meet clients on the streets, in shelters, on the CTA, and at any other location where people who are homeless may be found. You will build relationships with potential and current clients to determine what needs can be met by Thresholds services or linkage to other providers. You will develop a service plan in partnership with the client with goals related to housing, benefits, treatment, advocacy, and other identified needs. In addition to working on long-term goals, you will also address immediate needs: food, water, harm reduction kits, hygiene items, and warming/cooling supplies.

The Media Relations Manager will work with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities to elevate the University’s public reputation through proactive public relations initiatives, earned media, and thought leadership. This position will be responsible for telling Adler’s story in support of the University’s enrollment, fundraising, and awareness goals by engaging with American and Canadian local, regional, and national media, as well as other key influencers.

The Social Media Manager will lead paid and organic social media strategies and campaigns for Adler University’s U.S. and British Columbia locations. This position will develop compelling content that drives meaningful results across the University’s social platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and YouTube. The Social Media Manager will also support and manage social media content and strategy for the President, helping strengthen her executive presence and advance the University’s mission, vision, and strategic priorities.

The Crisis Worker, Mobile Crisis Response will work as part of a team responding to mental health crisis in the community. The Crisis Worker facilitates de‐escalation, assessment, safety planning and direct connection to community resources with the goal of increasing stabilization and promoting overall safety. This position reports to the Team Leader, Mobile Crisis Response.
