Job Title: Safety Installation Tech
Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dependable and Safety Installation Tech to join our team performing safety installations in warehouse and distribution environments. This position will be responsible for installing and assembling safety guardrails, barriers, loading-area protection, equipment guarding, and other industrial safety products.

The ideal candidate has hands-on construction, installation, maintenance, or industrial experience and is comfortable working with basic hand and power tools. This role requires attention to detail, a strong commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively in an active distribution environment.

Responsibilities:

• Install warehouse safety guardrails, barriers, bollards, rack protection, and pedestrian protection systems.
• Install and assemble loading-area protection, dock barriers, gates, and related safety equipment.
• Install equipment guarding and protective barriers around conveyors, machinery, and other warehouse equipment.
• Measure, Client out, drill, anchor, assemble, and secure safety equipment according to installation requirements.
• Operate basic hand and power tools, including drills, impact drivers, saws, grinders, and other installation tools.
• Read and follow basic installation drawings, measurements, and instructions.
• Work safely around forklifts, pallet jacks, conveyors, loading docks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and properly care for tools and equipment.
• Follow company, customer, and job-site safety requirements.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and customer personnel.
• Perform other general installation and skilled labor duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work in various positions throughout the workday.
• Ability to regularly lift and carry materials and tools.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely for extended periods.
• Ability to work at elevated heights when required and when properly trained and equipped.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding warehouse and industrial environment.
• Experience with warehouse safety equipment, rack protection, guardrails, dock protection, industrial barriers, or equipment guarding is highly valued.
