Rydal Park, a premier Life Plan Community located in Jenkintown, is hiring a Full-time Activities Assistant, to join our Team! Assists with all aspects of the Activity program of the community. Provides exceptional customer service. Essential Duties Assists in providing a program of activities that meets the interest and the physical, mental and psychosocial well-being and safety of each resident. Provides individualized attention, including those with dementia, which encourages each resident's ability, including one on one visits as scheduled. Demonstrates familiarity with the individualized care plan/support plan for residents and provides support to the resident according to the care plan/support plan as needed.

Join our team as a CDL Driver and help provide safe, reliable, and exceptional transportation services for our residents. In this role, you will transport passengers to appointments, activities, and special outings while delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring passenger comfort and safety. The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, and committed to creating a positive experience for those they serve.

Pay: $21-22.70/hour. This position will identify human and community service needs of residents, facilitate and implement core programs as delegated by the program model, and collect and record data to measure program outcomes.
